Had a wonderful experience here. Jordan was my salesman and I dealt with Eric for financing, had my new car within a few days! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Bought used truck from here back in January. I had a vehicle to trade in that was being fixed at time of deal due to an accident. When it came time for my trade in to be done the dealer forged my insurance paper work to be able to obtain the vehicle quicker without my knowledge and included items in the sale that were not to be included (toolbox on bed) I had thousands of dollars of personal items in the truck as well that I never received back. There Wasn’t a word that they had gone to pick up the vehicle or that they had it in their possession. This was done at the end of February and I still continued to pay insurance on the traded in vehicle until August (different problem) Don’t deal with this dealership very shady and still no communication since then.

Disbrowes service and parts department worked hard to fix the issue on my vehicle right away! Very timely service, and great attention to detail! I will always keep coming back when my vehicle needs service

Disbrowe did a great job start to finish on helping secure a hard to find vehicle they had allocation for and kept us in the loop as order and shipment progressed. After many months of waiting for our order it was a smooth experience on final delivery and Jeff, Jordan and Angela made it a flawless experience with a spotless new vehicle.

We were visiting London and decided to drive to St. Thomas to check out the stores. On the turn into the town, my tire light came on. Just so happened that the dealership was right in front of us. We went in and met the friendliest service person Amber. No problem she said and had our SUV in the shop asap. This was the Tuesday after Labour Day. Amber found that we had picked up a nail in our brand new tires. She had the car in for repair, washed and out within the hour. Fantastic service. She also found out that the key fob battery needed to be replaced and she took care of that too. If I lived closer this would be my dealership! Thank you Amber!

Dis GMC is good. Gib dem 4 stars! 1 star for having dis part, only gm dealership in ontario wit dat part, now its on my vehicledoohicky and no one has dem in ontario har har! Gib dem 1 star for friendly service advisor! Gib dem 1 star for checking on my lidenc plate holder. Gib dem 1 star for honest sales staff! Maybe half a star for taking time to show me cars. Like cars! Will update might bring dem 2021 mercedes to trade in. We c how Disbrowe deal. Maybe i might gib dem last star.

I got a vehicle from here, I told the sales person I wanted these thing fixed before I buy it and than when the day came. They rushed me out the door and I contacted them in that week and heard no response. Then I took it to service with in my 90 days and explained to them they looked at it didn't fix anything and charged me 316 dollars for nothing. When I got back into my vehicle everything was moved my seats were put down and my stuff from my trunk was up front and and the stuff was on the seats were all over the floor.

I do not trust this company. Every time I have taken my vehicle here I’m worse off than before I went. The last time I went, I was scheduled to pick up at 2, at 2: 30 they didn’t like me simply saying that I would have appreciated a call that my car wasn’t going to be ready at 2, when I got in my car they had reprogrammed both my seating positions to be jammed up against the steering wheel. This was the last straw as I have also experienced a damaged side panel from their wash service, shuddering brakes after a proactive brake service (they told me I must have dropped a rotor, which I would have had to do while they were working on it because it didn’t do this before they had it), alignment issues after their “proactive complimentary alignment check”. Crazy! I’m never going back. Todd offered to “make it right” but I consider the seat reprogramming as willful tampering and therefore do not trust them.

Only place in town that was able to get my tire repaired that day and replaced with in 24 hours

I had financed a truck, and it was supposed to come with a topper and roof rack, but after sitting with the salesman kent he said np np the topper with roof rack and toolbox. So months and months later the topper finally came innbut there was no roof rack, and it wasn't even the right one for that ruck bed. So now i have to go buy my own and paul the man who owns it said no i cant help you with a check for a roof rack sorry you had to buy one yourself there is alot of deals going on in there amd it needs to be on audio or video record so you have everything on your end cover. They sold me a lemon beat up truck saying no worries just take this one for now then now im not aloud back in to get a better truck of course not now that i cant trust you or your staff. Jeff lauzon and the management staff is just as garbage as others say i would highly recommend you go elsewhere to make sure you dont get treated like i did.

My wife and I had one of our better vehicle buying experiences here. We feel we we treated fairly and with no pressure. Kristen was great to deal with and even followed up to see how things were going with our truck.

I’ll start by saying I have always used Chevy dealerships to service my truck and recently purchased a used, safetied Sonic from another dealership which I began taking to Disbrowe thinking I would be getting quality service and workmanship from professionals who understand my cars - I couldn’t have been more wrong.

The Sonic went in for a routine oil change functioning PERFECTLY and when I came to pick it up (at the end of the day when conveniently all the staff had gone home) it had a check engine light on, my traction control light was stuck on and the car was chugging like crazy. HOW can you possibly allow a customer to pick up a vehicle in this condition? Unacceptable.

Furthermore, I had to pay an additional $750 for spark plugs and coils because they apparently discovered this was the problem. Suspicious to say the LEAST. Best part? My car now has another check engine light on within 2000km later. I can believe things go wrong on vehicles and parts need to be replaced but this is too sketchy to believe. DO NOT get your car serviced here. They will rob you blind with a smile on their faces.

Outstanding place! They really pushed to help me get into the vehicle I desperately wanted, and when I got approved they washed my old license plates by HAND! Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, I really recommend shopping here!
