Worst to deal with. They forgot to send parts 3x even after numerous of calls.

Just found a false review on my company because I made this review from them. I did get an email acknowledging about forgetting us on the next day.

Worked for this place years ago. When Terry’s father ran the business it was an amazing place to get parts. The best in town actually. The old man died and the son took over and year by year it’s gotten worse and worse. They could no longer afford a large operation and had to downsize to the smaller buildings down the road and rent their space to stay in business.
The employees there have always been rude and unwelcoming, like you’ve wronged them by asking for the very thing they sell. To work there is to be treated as a dog. A dog in unsafe working conditions. They once convinced a kid to drop out of high school to become their loader driver. They paid for the course and then proceeded to underpay him for his qualification.
You will literally save yourself money if you shop at Nicklin’s in Guelph or Cambridge auto wrecker; even after you burn the gas going to them. Plus you’ll be treated as a human.

Any recycler who goes online to buy a new part is not worth it. I went there for used they checked for parts online likes of you. Don't trust them

Minimum price of 25 dollars and wanted twice the price for one mirror than any other auto Wreckers.

The other reviews are right that these guys are quite unpleasant to deal with over the phone or in store. However, the part I got from them was in decent condition and for a great price.

The price they asked me for a piece was 2 times More than another store! That says a lot about the way they do business. I hope I will never have to go to them again.

I got very bad experience today. He give one price over the phone and give my credit card number for deposit and when I went there to pick the item asking different price. Owner of this store talk rudely

Super quick to share the good news that my part is in stock and the only one around this area. Surprised that it had a lower cost than I expected and they are holding on to it for me.didn't even have to ask them for this favor during my follow up phone call.

Super easy to deal with, pleasant over the phone and minimal automated robo voices telling you what I don't even need to hear. Thank you for this as well!

Poor service, coz my part was really cheap. They did not bother to get it for me. They stated it would take 2-3 business days for them to take it our their stock. It was small part not that expensive. Guess they only spent time for high end goods.
The rep over there- i tell ya.he clearly showed no interest to help out and said its not worth the deal to go in the cold.

If you dont want to do business. By all means-shut your store

I ordered a part on Thursday and was told it would be in for sure the next day. Saturday morning I went to pick it up and low and behold the part wasn't there. Not super impressed as I came from out of town. Now I have to wait till Monday when I could have had my car fixed over the weekend.
Don't get me wrong, the part I ordered is substantially cheaper than anywhere else but I should have been informed that it may take a few extra days.

It's a hit and miss. You are not allowed to go in the yard. They pull the parts off and give it to you.

I guess they were good. I drove my buddy there to get a part that he needed for his 2009 VW Beetle.

These guys had what I needed and the place next door to them also had what I needed. Same owners I believe they just rent the land out to these people that run scrap as well but not cars but steel and posts and railroad ties all kinds of stuff for projects.so these guys get 5 stars I'd give 10 but cant

They didn't know the different models of VW. Drove there to view the wrong style car and walked away empty handed

I was looking for handles, and Lindsay was very helpful getting those for me.
I definitely wish I could have bought them cheaper, but no other supplier had them.

Wish I would have scrapped my car anywhere but here. Had a request to see my car get crushed (first car, lots of memories), she assured me that they would call me and let me know when so I can come see. Heard nothing from them for 2 months so I call them. She didn't seem to care at all, tells me that she was actually gone for a couple weeks, but couldn't bother to relay the message or tell anybody else. When I asked her to check if the car was already gone she couldn't be bothered to look through the paperwork. Take your car somewhere else! You'll get more money for it and better service!
EDIT: Don't care when the car was crushed, no effort was put in to bother calling me and was only rude, even in your reply, that's not what I said at all.

Wow all the comments about rude service. Not a bad place, but I guess they should really work on costumer service skills.

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. If you need any used parts for a vehicle this would be my first place to visit. Great prices as well.
