First time shopper, at this location.
Clean bright store. Produce looks great. Staff is very friendly.
While this store is slightly out of my way, (I am in White Oaks) it will be my good to store. Worth the extra few minutes

I got all the stuff I needed and that was on sale. The store is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful too.

I shop at this location whenever Food Basics has sales on the items I want. You have to come here with a shopping list and know what you want and what to look for. Meats that are on sale, such as pork chops, Prime chicken breasts, or ground beef...

Food Basics offers easy shopping with a diverse selection, including Indian and other ethnic products. Fresh vegetables abound, though the absence of price matching may deter bargain hunters. Overall, a convenient spot for unique grocery finds.

Empty shelves in every Department. Spoiled produce such as cucumbers and peppers. But worst of all is they are installing self-serve checkouts people should not have to run through their own groceries when they have to pay such an exorbitant amount...

This store has changed like most grocery stores across the city, now there is more self checkouts than anything, workers dont seem as happy and well overall a once great place is getting bad.

Not sure if Sunday is a picked over day but shelves were empty, Rotten produce and awful smell when entering store.

I was at basics on notre dame and the cashier serving us stopped to put an order through for one of the staff so unprofessional she made the lady she was serving wait to pay for her order while she served a coworker who does that! I've never had...

there shelves are always empty they have skids of
merchandise on the isle that you can’t get around
them with a buggy and there self serve scanners are the worse I ever saw.

Their produce section isn't as big as some of the other grocery stores in the area but what they carry are really fresh

We have given this store many opportunities and have come to the conclusion it is possibly the worst managed and staffed supermarket this side of hell.

Clean store. They offer a lot of different foods than you’d see at other grocery stores. They carry a lot of ethnic foods and spices. Even their frozen food section had a lot of options I’ve not seen elsewhere.

The most clean beautiful and nicely organized Food Basics I've seen. Exterior archetectural style looks high end. Parking lot offers car charging stations.

I shop at Food Basics all the time. The prices are so much cheaper than other supermarkets for the same items. Fruit and vegetables you can't get better prices.
