I recently purchased a new used vehicle and promptly needed winter tires. After a lot of shopping around, including contacting businesses whom I have previously dealt with before, I found Discount Tire via Google. Arif was very pleasant, welcoming, offered same day service, and offered me the best quote around. Including comparisons with online “discount” options/self instalment. Upon arrival, SK was super lovely and cool. Fabulous nails. Arif showed me the exact tires I would be purchasing for final approval before installation. SK also completed the paperwork and it was completely easy to navigate/transparent. The entire process from arrival to payment completion was less than an hour. They were all beyond accommodating and put my mind at ease. Shout out to the technicians, too. My vehicle is now winter ready and I feel much safer on the road. And, to top it all off… this is the real surprise: the final cost was LESS than the original quote! As a low income parent, this gesture was a huge bonus and really brightened my day. I've been their customer for some years now buying and installing my tires. They've never dissapointed. I find their tires to be cheaper then other locations, I do shop around to ensure their prices are the cheapest and so far I haven't found anything lower. I only buy brand new tires, not used.

The installation process is efficient and quick. Pre-COVID, it was first come first serve but now you will need to schedule an appointment which is great in order to avoid over crowding and long wait time. Delivery of my new tires is always on time and I always drive away happy. Never had any complaints about damage or lost items.

I was looking for a shop that did a safety inspection for vehicle registration. Found them through maps and got an appointment the next day (which was great because every other place was booked for the next one or two weeks). I was concerned that lifting my Tesla Model 3 without the jack pads might damage the bottom. They ordered those and then used it to lift my car for the inspection. I definitely recommend this place. They carried the brand of winter tires I wanted (Gislaved Nord Frost 200) at the lowest price in the area. There are large shop windows so you can watch the work as it happens. Waited 5 days after installation before reviewing, so far no problems. Only thing was tires were slightly underinflated. 5 stars.

I did some online research, found some All Weather tires I liked what I read and then searched for several name brand dealers for prices. Along the way I discovered Discount Tire and got a quote that was the best of the bunch. Sent an email and got a positive reply the next day. They called me two days later telling me they had them and when did i want the install. Made an appointment and they were on and ready to go in an hour! An hour, wow! The price was right, the service was right, the people were good. I would recommend them to anyone. I'll be back! Thanks fellas.

It was a very positive experience. My tires were properly installed as promised at the agreed price. Arif, the owner, was very pleasant and greeted me and brought out a tire to show me for my approval before installing them. The mechanic later came to explain a problem that I was aware of with the lack of a sensor on one of the wheels. Very good service!
