I went yesterday with an emergency to fix engine try and guy did it within 15 minutes without charging me anything. I visited 2 garage and they ask me to book an appointment after 2 days for just 15 minutes of work. I really appreciate it. Lives up to its name Discount Tires. Very great winter tire selection at a very competitive price. Before i found them, Costco was the cheapest quality winters i could find (Michelin X-Ice).

Service was good and FJ was very pleasant to talk to. Got me an appointment on a favourable day for me and the service was completed within a reasonable time frame. I would definitely recommend this particular location and would come back in the foreseeable future.

Though the only complaint i would really say is that the wheels that were coming off wasnt at least hosed down. However thats just me. One thing that really bothered me is one of the techs got the interior quite dirty, but i guess its understandable since getting in and out of the driver seat where the lift is right next too you is difficult. At least he didnt scratch the door.

My experience is one of warm and friendly customer service and FJ was so kind when I told him I was helping out a friend to have some winter tires put on their car. He actually offered me a discount, and stated that he also wanted to contribute to a kind act for a friend. You don't get that very often these days from a business, so they will definitely be getting MY business in the future! Good job discount tire!
