I strongly recommend Dr. Ali Rubayee @ Disera Dental for dental implant, I was impressed with the first dental consultation. Today I completed the tooth preparation and the bone grafting, Dr. Rubayee was extremely knowledgeable and professional with his work, that made me feel that I am in a good hands and I have nothing to worry about. Looking forward to complete the implant work in a few months, Very satisfied

We visited the clinic to do fillings for my 8-old son. From the beginning we asked to ensure that our insurance would cover it and if not, told us before treating.
So, at first, they tried to do X-rays without sufficient results. Then the doctor started doing filling and my son felt the pain, I asked for injections, and they did it without cooling paste, and my son screamed and cried. After, the doctor tried to continue without good pause for painkillers to work: (That was awful!
And in the end it appeared that the insurance didn’t covered it!
That was a terrible experience!
Strongly advise against that clinic!

I am writing this review while I am getting my teeth cleaned. This establishment is always punctual with their scheduling. They are always making sure you are aware of your appointments so you don't miss them.

Also, the work they do are always great and I've been with them for a year or two now.

I had several amalgams replaced. After 30+ years, they were due to be removed. Two visits and they were done. I'm so happy the metal fillings are no longer a concern.

Amazing office! Dr. Ali was so patient in doing my root canal treatment, which ended up being a complicated one. He was able to successfully finish it and I was pain-free in an instant. Also did my check up and fillings there, and everything was superb! Everyone is so helpful and friendly, including the assistants, front desk staff, and hygienists. Highly recommend!

Since working from home, I have switched my dentist to Dr Ali instead of going to downtown for my dental visit. I waited for couple months to write this review. I now can recommend that Disera dental to everyone. It's a great clinic providing excellent dental services. From the facilities, to the receptionist, hygienist, manager, Dr Ali. The entire staff made you feel warm and welcoming.

Clinic is super clean, very important during the pandemic, team well organized. Anita and Lilian are so friendly every time that I visited during the past few months. Thanks to Anita taking extra steps to call and check with my insurance company to ensure that I am covered since I am close to my retirement. Dr Ali is very professional, every visit went so smooth and made me at ease.

I did a root canal by another dentist in the clinic while Dr Ali is on vacation. Sorry I forgot his name, he is a great dentist too, explained very clearly about the procedure. The surgery went well. No pain after the anesthetic has gone, just as a little discomfort for a day or so and it's back to normal. I am happy with the painless surgery!

Lastly Dr Ali will not recommend any treatment if it's not necessary though you are covered with insurance. A very honest dentist.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. First time with Disera and very impressed. I approached them for a second opinion about cavities. Dr. Ali Al-Rubayee communicates well, is professional, not aggressive with billing or treatment, and technically sound. Even though my issues were minor, he did not trivialize it. The secretaries are great. Lillian in particular provided same day service to get my insurance coordinated, and X-ray films from the other clinic to be transferred. Will be coming back again for sure!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ali's for almost 8 years now and he always gets the job done! He never rushes with his procedures as he wants to ensure that you get the results YOU want. Receptionists are very friendly and will make sure that you have coverage before you even book your appointment. Angel (the dental assistant) was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ali is the only dentist that I will trust with all my dental needs:)

I used to hate visiting the dentist, to the point where I would avoid it at all costs. Since I found Disera Dental, I will never go anywhere else!

Julie, who is not working during COVID, is the most charismatic, kind and nurturing front desk staff I have ever encountered. She was the first face I saw when going into the clinic and she was always incredibly helpful and friendly. She used to call me to remind me to book appointments because she knew I had a habit of forgetting, and was so kind and understanding anytime I had to reschedule or cancel.

During COVID, the new receptionists are also incredibly kind and helpful. I have called them multiple times to ask questions post-wisdom tooth recovery and they have been so responsive and helpful!

Dr Ali is unlike any dentist I've ever visited! I just got my wisdom tooth extraction done by him and it was the fastest and easiest procedure ever. I was admittedly very nervous because of wisdom tooth-related horror stories I've heard (not at this clinic), but Dr Ali reassured me and was EXTRA understanding, helpful and kind throughout the entire thing. He moved so quickly and with precision!

I was a little paranoid 3 days in during the healing process so I called in and right away, they booked me in to see Dr Ali the same day. They were totally understanding that I was concerned and to give me peace of mind, they booked me in the same day.

I've also gotten fillings and cleanings done here before and everything has been 10/10.

Cannot recommend this dental clinic enough!

I am so lucky to have Dr. Ali for my crown instal! He is so nice and thinks for patient. I lost my front teeth in a car accident two years ago, and it’s pretty difficult for me as an international student. Thanks god I met all the good people as my key helpers including Dr. Ali. He keeps discussing with the lab to give me screw retained crowns as it’s cleaner and easier to manage from the future perspective. Front teeth crowns are not easy as it requires to take appearance as an important consideration. Dr. Ali helps me to form a natural triangle between my two front teeth. And because my implants are not that straight, it’s harder to do the screw retained crowns as the extensions would touch each other. But after Dr. Ali’s effort, I got what we want finally! He always thinks optimally for me. The price is reasonable and no extra charge. I consulted two more dentists before I picked Dr. Ali, and the quote of Dr. Ali was considerable and reasonable. Highly recommend him! The receptionist is nice and sweet as well. Very appreciated.

I came to Disera Dental with a crown that was in bad shape and painful. Dr. Ali was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and went to great lengths to ensure the treatment to resolve the problem was in my best interest. He and his assistant were very professional yet personable. They worked together seamlessly in a manner that put me at ease and were very focused on fixing the tooth. Any physical discomfort was minimal and both Dr. Ali and his team were encouraging and positive. A very good experience.

Never knew what a good dental office was supposed to feel like before going here. The entire staff is warm and welcoming. The hygenist remembered something I was concerned about months earlier, which is amazing! Dr Ali is responsible and careful to explain in detail if I request it. And what can one say about Julie that no one already said in the comments? She's amazing and thoughtful, makes the whole dental experience something to even look forward to.
