We bought patio furniture, pillows, and furniture covers at Distinctly Patio. Helpful and thorough shopping service. And once you buy, they keep a database on your purchases just in case. We needed that, with the covers not holding up in wet conditions. No problem! This store came through for us. The furniture continues to be comfy and fashionable. 6 stars out of 5.

Product seems like good quality, but don't expect a response if you have an issue. We bought our patio chairs in March, notified them a couple of weeks later of an issue that we noticed once we were able to set the chairs up on our patio and it's been unanswered emails or phone calls ever since. I was able to speak with Diana a couple of times now and she assured me that she would get back to me "shortly" and that she would discuss our issue with the owner. It is now almost a month since that phone call and we still have not heard from Diana despite sending yet another email and have left yet another phone message!

If I could give less than a zero I would. Horrendous! Ordered a beautiful set. When I recieved it screws were sticking out the sides, legs dont match and are the wrong size, cushions completely faded. The company would do nothing about it. Are refusing a refund. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

We have been everywhere looking for a good quality patio set at a reasonable price. Went into Distinctly Patio on a recommendation and I have to say the customer service was excellent. All of the staff were very warm and friendly. They welcomed our dog in to the store and gave her a treat and water … she loved that! We dealt with Diana and she spent over an hour with us helping us to pick the right set for our needs. She is very knowledgeable about their products and went over and above to answer all of our questions and to assist us with our selection. We never felt pressured at all. Shopping at Distinctly Patio was a great experience for us! Good quality, great service!

Purchased two white St. Tropez chaise loungers yesterday. When my husband opened the box to put one of them together, he saw a screw sticking out of one of the arms. I reached out to Distinctly Patio and they said bring it back and we will get a new one for you. When I arrived, I was greeted by Diana. She told me the warehouse had closed at 4, this was about 530 and they close at 6. I said I really need the new one. She was very helpful and understanding and got me the new one. She helped me load it in to my car. About 30 mins after I left and they were closed, she called to make sure I got the lounger home okay and told me if there is any problems with the new one make sure I call and they will take care of it.
I also would like to mention the other wonderful sales lady. She helped me last week with lumber pillows. On that visit, I was looking for two pillows and we could only find one. She searched the entire store and found me a second. I went back a week later looking for a third and she came through again for me she was also the one who helped me with the original purchase yesterday. I am sorry I can't remember your name. I am incredibly happy with my purchases and a big thanks goes to you.

Distinctly Patio went above and beyond to make sure we were buying the right size of furniture for our space. We went in with our dimensions and plans of what we “thought” we wanted for our space. My mom and I were both styling our own patios and needed more help then we realized. Kim sat down with us for well over an hour and she did a patio layout of furniture that was a much better use of our space. All the products are the highest quality and will last for years. We have had our furniture for 3 years and everything still looks brand new. We were so happy with our patio furniture that we bought all our furniture for the cottage from Distinctly Patio. My wife and I went to distinctly patio with our 18 year old daughter, We decided to go with the California conversation set. The show room cushions are too soft for me and my wife the sales lady told us not to worry that they will come nice and firm that the set in the show room has been there for a long time and too many people have sat on it. “Don’t worry she said” after waiting 3 months and a few phone calls it finally came in I’m not complaining about that, we are in the middle of a pandemic and things take longer than normal totally understand that. My issue is The second I sat on our New set The cushions are horrible I can squeeze the cushion down to half an inch.when you sit on the couch you can feel the bars. Sitting on the cushions like this is very uncomfortable and it’s going to ruin the wicker and stretch it out over time so I called and sent pictures, the response from the owner was if you don’t like it return it or pay $50 to have upgraded cushions NOT sorry let’s see what we can do. Told her I would talk to my wife and call her back. My wife decided let’s go with the upgraded $50 cushions she’s not going to go through this process all over again and wait so I called the owner back 20 minutes later and was told she was in a meeting and couldn’t talk to me. The gentleman on the phone who is very nice, tried to help me. I told him that we would like to go with the updated $50 cushions but I would like to feel them first to make sure they actually are firm. I don’t want to spend more money and waste peoples time if there still not going to satisfy us. To much to ask? Don’t think so. In the background I can hear the owner say “is he crazy just give him his money back we don’t wanna deal with this, cushions come from China and we have no control on how they come”
I could hear every word she was saying. I asked him why doesn’t she just pick up the phone and talk to me instead of yelling in the background and I thought she was in a meeting? Hmmm
I will never ever recommend distinctly patio to anyone whether they have good furniture or bad furniture is not the issue, they have a horrible owner and customer service. I am going to a local company to have them put in firmer Cushions and give them the money. You don’t understand how upset I am that they don’t get it, they don’t understand customer satisfaction they could’ve apologized, they could have offer to pay half of that $50 or the hole thing $250 for 5 cushions as we just spent $3500 there and was planning on going back to get a $1500 BBQ. Not now not ever. Do NOT buy here.

We had a great experience with Distinctly Patio, our new set great and we received superb service. The delivery/set-up was very quick and having all the packaging removed is such a blessing. After everything was set-up I realized that we didn’t have the coffee table. I called the drivers, let them know and was told that they would look after it. THEY DID! I was surprised to see them back at our house only a few hours later with the missing piece. Mistakes will happen, it’s how you deal with them that is important. Thank you to Distinctly Patio and staff for doing a great job

We will be shopping with them again in the future

We have purchased ALL of our patio furniture from Kim and her amazing staff over the past five years. Prior we had been purchasing from the Big Box Stores… and you get what you pay for! Kim has designed her furniture with an eye for exceptional visual appeal, functionality, and quality that goes above and beyond! Every detail - from lightweight aluminum framework - to high density seat cushions - to fade-resistant fabric (and seat cushion covers that are removable and washable) … it’s in the detail! We have been so impressed with Distinctly Patio - it’s staff - it’s attention to customer service - and the ‘personal touches’ that we have referred at least a dozen friends, coworkers, and family - all who have made quality purchases!

If you want good customer service and timely delivery this is NOT the place to go! I don't even know where to start. We spent around 7-8K last year from May to September. We bought a fire-table, Napoleon BBQ, Napolean sideburner for the Built in BBQ and Patio furniture. For the firetable and BBQ we waited for a couple months which in todays Covid world seemed somewhat reasonable. However, when there were delays, it was always me that had to call. And getting someone to return a call or email is almost impossible. We have been waiting almost 8 months for patio furniture (couch and 2 swivel chairs from CR Plastics) we ordered last Sept and 11 months for a sizzle side burner I ordered in June. We still have not received either. We paid up front to receive a discount and free delivery, the price was great, but it is ABSOLUTELY shameful I have not received a phone call after being promised the furniture in Nov, then again for March. Still no furniture and no phone call for an update. How is it possible they are 8 months behind? I wouldn't know as no one has communicated this. At one point we were offered our money back but at this point the thought of starting this process over made me sick to my stomach. We finished a renovation last summer and I am left with an empty patio and a hole in my granite countertop where I hope to someday soon fill it with a Napoleon infrared sizzle zone side burner.
I realize they are at the mercy of their suppliers, but as my mother-in-law says it might not be your fault but it is your problem.

We recently purchased the Sonoma set from Distinctly Patio and are in love with their store and everything they carry. So many beautiful pieces, I want them all. The staff went above and beyond with delivering my furniture, following all covid protocols and very friendly and kind. My dog just loved them! The sales staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I was concerned of the possibility of delays with the pandemic they were upfront about stock and when I could expect my order.

I'm looking forward to my next piece, a fire table for out back!

Will absolutely shop here again and highly recommend them.

I can’t even begin to express how unprofessional this business is. $20k plus order placed 5 months ago with assurances right up to last week for a complete delivery today. “Everything is here and ready to go”. Staff and management completely lied about it and today, delivery day, they don’t have our order. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for your patio needs.

If you’re looking for good customer service this is not the place to shop.
My family and I have shopped here for years with the previous owners, and went back this year specifically for them. When we realized it was new owners, we decided to still shop there. The service in store was awful, it took forever for any associate to help us. We were told we were getting a certain piece for the coffee table. We were told it would be 6 weeks for our furniture to come in. At 7 and a half weeks I called, and my furniture wasn’t in. I called just after 8 weeks and my furniture arrived. I was surprised that I had to call to find out, rather then them communicating with me. Upon delivery, only 1 piece of the coffee table arrived. When I called the store to get my missing piece, I was then told that piece was never ordered and I was only suppose to get 1 piece. After explaining everything and my situation, I was offered a $100 store credit. A store credit I will never use because I will never shop there again.
The quality of the pieces I got is great, and I’m happy with that. But overall customer service needs to be improved on.

We ordered treasure garden umbrella. The order was 2 weeks late, which I was not happy about as I have two small kids that could not use backyard, however the store has great selection, quick customer service and unbeatable prices. The same model of umbrella that I got at this store was $ 1000 more in different outdoor furniture stores in GTA. I would recommend this place and we will be back.

We purchased an outdoor sectional during the pandemic via phone and I was so impressed by the product knowledge of the staff, seeing as we were purchasing it sight unseen. We were very impressed with the quality of both the base of the unit as well as the cushions - super comfortable! It suits our outdoor space so well:) We did have an issue with the corner unit - damage caused by animals - and after an email to their customer service department, the issue was resolved at no cost. They went above and beyond and we will definitely recommend and return for future purchases!

Amazing customer service. Kim, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure her customers leave happy. Last year we purchased a sectional patio set and an awesome fire table from Distinctly Patio. We have enjoyed many family gatherings in our back yard and this set still looks brand new. This year due to a bad wind storm our fire table windshield was blown off our fire table and shattered into many pieces. One of the glass panes was left. I texted Kim @ Distinctly Patios asking if she may have some extra glass panes just lying around that I would be able to purchase. Her response was no problem the next time that you come to the store I will replace the windshield with a new one at no extra cost. Wow! Now that's customer service. I would highly recommend the store to anyone. Fantastic selection of great products! Keep up the great customer service - you don't see that too often.ps. My parents love our fire table so much that they will be purchasing one once they move into their new home. I will keep you posted. Gisella

Very disappointed with the after-care service. Purchased a propane fire table one year ago at the National Home show. This year, only after a few uses the entire table caught fire. I reached out, and per my own research and their suggestion, cleaned the venturi tube which can cause an ignition. Tried to light it again, and the entire underside of the table went up in flames. Clearly this was not a maintenance issue.
This was very dangerous, and I reached out to customer care in the Spring. I realize due to Covid things are taking a bit longer but I have been very patient.

It is now September. More than a dozen emails back and forth and I have ben told this is a 'maintenance' issue and they would not be able to assist, yet how can something be deemed a maintenance issue if no one even came to look at it?
The entire summer has now come and gone and I have not been able to use this product due to the fear it would explode.
Several unanswered emails, showed a copy of my invoice - why has it taken almost 5 months for this to be looked at?

I am very disappointed that I purchased a product over $1000 and have been completed ignored about my concerns due to the dangerous nature of the situation. And worse, that I cannot even enjoy it for my personal use. No attempts have been made to rectify this, however I did receive an email back saying I could pay an additional $400 for a new table.

What more can you ask for, their priority is clearly a happy return customer! We absolutely love our new sectional couch. Unfortunately the wicker was chewed at by a squirrel during cherry season. Although they offer couch covers and we declined at purchase, they provided us with a new corner section after the incident. I know this is NOT covered in our warranty, and my wife and I can't say enough about customer first approach. Highly recommended!

Our new Sonoma set was delivered in June, and we are very pleased with the quality and comfort. We decided to keep the seating covered when not in use to protect the set from the elements. Early in August we discovered that a critter had got under the cover, torn into the cushion and started to build a nest. The cushion was ruined. We returned to the store fully expecting to order and pay for a replacement cushion. What a pleasant surprise to be handed a replacement cushion at no charge. This type of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend Distinctly Patio.

When purchasing from this company everything is great. Customer service after they have received payment in nonexistent. I tried many times to get a response regarding a defective item. Kim will not respond to emails or phone calls. I would not buy from this company for that reason.

We have fully furnished our patio with distinctly patio over the last few years. We love their selection, prices and great delivery option. Even the pieces we purchased three years ago look brand new. It’s sometimes hard to get ahold of customer service but it’s worth the wait, they are all wonderful and helpful once you do. Just ordered an amazing CRP Stratford set today with Lois and cannot put into words how wonderful the entire experience was. I was having a difficult time settling on a fabric choice for my yard and Lois put me at ease by taking the time to go through all of the swatches until I landed on one that I loved to order. Lois went above and beyond and helped me to find some unique decor pieces as well to pull the entire space together. I cant wait to see how the set comes together once delivered! I cannot recommend Distinctly Patio enough!

Distinctly Disappointing
We were in the Distinctly Patio store Friday, May 17,2019. We asked if they had a windshield for the Cobra Round Fireplace we purchased in 2017; a computer check revealed that they did not. However, one suddenly appeared in the backroom, in a nondescript box and we paid for it in good faith. Upon returning home after the weekend, we discovered that the nondescript box did not contain hardware. We also found that 2 of the 4 glass panels had minor chips on corners and were noticeably dirty.
After calling the store several times, we received the missing hardware. We were concerned that the unit was not new but a ‘return’: it was not in a vendor’s box, 2 panels dirty and chipped, no hardware. We were told that we were wrong as we had been given a substitute brand. We installed the windshield on our fire-table and after only 5 uses, a 4” crack appeared in one of the panels. We contacted the company June 22,2019, but have not had a reply as of today, July 4,2019 - 8 business days). I guess we shouldn’t expect one.

We bought a patio set here about 2 years ago and the service was great! We recently returned to purchase a replacement cover. Even though the store was busy, they took the time to look into the warranty. It so happened our covers were still under warranty and they exchanged them at no cost. We wouldn't have known, if they didn't put in the extra effort!
