Their men urinal is out of service and they have only one in men’s washroom. I told the guy at the front desk it’s not working. He said what shall I do then.

The staff here are AWESOME! Attentive, polite, courteous, and professional. Thank you for your excellent service.

You people need to start taking a little more pride in your establishment, The pumps are broken with pieces of metal flying off with high winds almost decapitating consequences with the almost certainty that someone is gonna have their head cut clean off when these things go flying one day, It's unbelievable they still haven't solved these problems yet, I see a lawsuit coming soon.

Car wash skips cycles and the manager refuses to even acknowledge it as a problem. Plus there isn’t even a single deal on drinks like all other gas stations. The place is run by someone really cheap for sure because they know it is a truckers will still come here.

I go daily for getting diesel for my truck and everyday there is problem that no windshield is available, no paper inside. Please improve these things.

What can I say! This has station met every single one of my lofty expectations! From overpriced snacks to gas and cigarettes Dixie and 401 esso is everything you could ever expect from a gas station. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would!

Love they always have the green log books! Please always keep them in stock (1 truck, 4 trailers)

I got to Tim’s here coffee made good usually but wraps are never the same some of the people are nice some aren’t

Diesel and DEF available on commercial cards and cash/credit card. Limited truck parking available. Nothing to clean windscreen. Tim Hortons and convenience store within complex.

Would give negative stars. Bad customer service! Just had a FULL WASH but the drier is not working which left smears of water all over the top, hood and trunk. Showed to manager Prabjhot who acknowledged that the drier did not work properly but was not willing to either do anything about it except saying sorry.

I entered the code for a wash and the system shut down. The guy inside didn’t notice so I had to use the info button. Took 20 minutes to get it working again. I purchased the full wash for 13$ with tax. But I expected more. The dyer didn’t even dry my car at ALL.

Never going back again

Very convenient with easy in and out exits, has a Tim Hortons and the usual gas bar snack options. Fast and pleasant customer service at both the Timmies and the gas bar.

The gas station attendant was incredibly rude and discriminated towards me. She said that because she couldn't understand my Quebec driver's license, which is in French, it meant that the ID is "not a valid government ID". We have two official languages in Canada, and if someone is in a position of carding people they should know WHAT other licenses look like, especially ones from provinces that are right next to hers. I have never felt so insulted in my life, and do not recommend this gas station to anyone.

Clean place friendly service not a lot of truck parking but they do have a Tim Horton donut shop inside. Restroom was very clean as well. Ladies at Tim's were a bit on the slow side however they lady who served me at the gas counter was friendly and very attentive no waiting for her she was ready and waiting when I 2as ready to pay for my purchase. Thank you to her.

When you fill your diseal there is nothing to clean your windows with there is also no windshield water nor there is no squeegee to clean either

Worst car wash. Rude employee. The soap was not working properly, went in, asked for rewash. An employee named Shikha was rude and refused at first. All she answered was “but your car is washed right”? Avoid! Horrible service. Grumpy employee. C
