The overall experience here was great, with exceptional customer service and support when dealing with window works. The process was fairly simple and easy, and I didn't have to worry about my insurance as they graciously took care of it. It was hard to find places where I can leave my Jeep Gladiator in peace, yet I had no trouble at all at Dixie Auto Glass. I would definitely recommend it for everyone.

They give higher prices to shops than customers. Gave one of my customers a price 200 dollars lower than they gave to me. Stealing customers and making my business look bad. Never calling again. Btw problems with leaking windshields is a standard here

I just wanted to take the time to mention Nick from Dixie Auto glass and talk about the type of person he is.

I met Nick at a nearby restaurant. Never met the man in my life. The way I was introduced to Nick is when I went to pay for my food the option of payment was to pay cash or to insert you credit card but it would not allow tap as a payment.

After I made my order and I was advised of this, I walked out. Before I left the building, Nick yelled out that he had me covered. Again, I have never met this person before but out of the kindness in his heart he paid for my lunch.

I will be sure to use Dixie auto glass in the future.

Quick and professional service with reasonable price. No long waiting. They replace and repair the windshields for semi trucks too. I have visited them thrice for windshield replacement, and they started working right away. Very pleased with the service.

These guys have not: knowledge, proper tools, experience or training for this job. I had my W900 windshield replaced; more than 2 hrs looking at these 2 guys jumping around and on top of my motor. They were completely lost; not knowing where nor how to remove a windshield. The installation was another tedious waiting time. After 3 hrs I got out; it was raining and the leaking water soon soaked wet the upper dashboard. 31 hrs later it the windshield cracked without any contact with an object. Just horrible work. I will never go back to this place. Stay away from these guys.

Nice little shop. Worked on my 2007 Camry SE. Always answer phones and the job was done on time within 1 hour. Price won’t be beat anywhere else in Brampton. I loved the quality of finishing as I only go to shops to change glasses and to install tires on rims in my cars.

I had Went to them because my sunroof stopped working.they Took me in same day and had it fixed within 20 minutes of being there. Very professional and amazing customer service. Anything to do with glass repair on your vehicle these are the guys to go to, thanks again.

0 star rating guys just change my windshield and got cut on my car interior. They are not professional and don’t know how to change a windshield I would say just keep away from these cheap guys.

Tony did an amazing job and was able to fit me in the day it happened when all other shops I called were 1-3 days out for the glass. Very professional, highly recommended.

Very nice people. I got my windshield replaced. They did it in time, gave me a discounted price (best I found in GTA). There was a little scratch on the windshield I found after installation, I showed it to the guy who gave me an option to get it replaced again or to have more discount. I opted for discount. Really nice of the staff. If you need to get the windshield repaired or replaced.hands down this is the place for you. Recommended over everyone else

They replaced my entire sunroof on my Ford Expedition. I contacted countless places looking for help, and Dixie Auto Glass was the only who could repair my vehicle. They turned around the repair including ordering parts in a couple of days. Back to normal again, and I appreciate them fixing what was otherwise turning into a nightmare - sunroof stuck open in the middle of a cold winter. Great price too!

WOW. What a great place to deal with. Tony was awesome along with his employees. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast, clean work. I called him at 9am and was there by 9: 30 getting the windshield repaired. In and out, did a great job. I will for sure use them again for car glass work/replacement and you should too.

We had our car broken into and had to replace the front passenger glass. Initially, we thought it would be a big headache and a very big expense.

However, once I called in, Tony was very polite and explained everything to me. Then, when my husband and I went in, we got to meet Nick.

Nick was awesome. Our car key has been broken for a while, but it still works to start the car. As soon as he took a look at it, he took care of it straight away and didn't even charge extra! The he took care of our window and even did a quick clean of the interior. Wow! Dixie Auto Glass is super professional, polite, do not take advantage of their customers and go above and beyond.

Thanks again for taking care of us. We will def be back in the future for any auto repairs.

Got a quote from them for PGW glass for my truck but when i went to replace the glass they put FUYAO. Upon asking they said oh this is very good glass made in USA etc. Poor cleaning and also broke my cover as shown in picture. Speaking with each other in Arabic language thinking that i do not understand what they are talking. I lived 5 years in middle east. They might think no one knows what they are doing. Do not cheat time do not remains the same. Everyone please be careful. Thanks

I went here to get the windshield replaced for my 2013 Ford Edge Limited. Truly professional service. The guys at the shop were not only friendly but also fast. They managed to install my new windshield in under 20 minutes. I had visited several other glass shops that were quoting me between $500-1000, while Tony at Dixie Auto Glass only charged me $375. The right place to change your windshield. You pay for the product and the good service. If you prefer to go to a "fancy" place, you'll pay three times or more for the same service. I'll back there for sure if I need it.

I went to this place to replace windshield of my Hyundai Tucson. It was recommended by a friend and I h thanked him few times for that. People here are very friendly and knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They can come to your place to change the glass with little extra money. You don't need to make an appointment but it is always nice to give them a call before you go. I was out in less than an hour with new windshield. They guarantee their work. I call my insurance company but they told me to make an appointment which was in next week. I call two other places after I had my work done just to check their prices but this place was cheaper.

The service was very quick and reasonably priced. I had to get my windshield replaced and I was in and out in 2 hours. Would have been faster but they had to deliver the windshield.

I wouldn't even let them replace my windshield for free.slobs and lack of professionalism.

I got a mobile installation on my suv, one guy shows up, puts shoe prints all over my door frame, glass from shattering my windshield all over my seats and dash.

No cleaning at all was involved.

I call in to complain about the mess and the rudeness that I recieved was unbelievable.

Great service, reasonable, lowest price, highly recommended, I was a bit hesitant because my rear/back window was entirely shattered and I drive an Audi Q7. But they were experienced, even cleaned up the mess, work was done thoroughly and suffiently. Great people, Appreciate it!
