I received great service at the reception and vice versa with the doctor. The most unprofessional doctor I have come across. Don't waste time going here please.

Very bad visit, I had to get a needle but she refused to receive me because it was approaching 6pm. I left it and visited another center. I visited the center again two days later today at 5.30 p.m, I complained a lot and said to help her, give the needles something bad and without much financial benefit, and she gave me the needle barbarically.

Dr Nadarajah is a doctor who's working at pediatric hospital and is coming at Dixie office just 4 days per week always starting at 3.00 pm and closing at 5.00 pm.
Because of this her office is very crowdy by patience and the time for each consulting it's very short.
Approx. 5 min each consulting.
She is helped by a front desk assistant who's in charge with patients files archive also and scheduling appointments. They don't doing a professional job due by incompetence and to busy by to short time and to many patience. Also Dr Nadarajah ask a very big fee for fill up documents, procedures which are not covered by OHIP. 4-5 times more expensive always cash and don't release receipt for this money. Also because of her incompetence She use to lie often the patience about many scheduling appointments and medical procedures which she can't cover as her doctor speciality. Only good think she's doing is that she accept to refer the patient to any specialist doctor who even the patient him self is suggesting to her that the patient likes.

I have been seen Dr. Nadarajah for last 18 years and she's very experienced, professional and also compassionate. Her clinic is always packed due to the fact that she is one of the best doctors in the area, she would always try to get to the bottom of the health issue one has and treat accordingly, she might not be on time most of the time, that's okay with me, it's understandable because she works at a hospital full-time.

I have gone to Dr. Nadarajah since I was 8. She is an expedient doctor who provides only satisfactory service. I wouldn't recommend her by virtue of the fact that she is not thorough enough, and cycles through patients very quickly.

The doctor is money hungry and unprofessional. Save your time & money by going elsewhere.

The Doctor has taken care of me since I was seven. She helps a lot of people, So if she seems rushed just remember she always has people waiting.
