Recently I was purchasing a Kitchen Aid fridge at this location. The store has a big selection of all appliances or even they can find you a fridge you are looking for.
Salim the manager is a very nice person, all employees were helpful and polite. Very prompt service with delivery on time. Definitely 5 star!

Disappointed with the product. Disappointed with the services. We bought a fridge from Dixie Electronics on a friend's recommendation. The ordeal (which we are still going through) started when we ordered a Frigidaire. It was delivered after eight long months. When it was installed, there was no cooling. So Dixie Electronics (DE) arranged a replacement in a few weeks. The replaced fridge is also faulty. It gives out loud banging noises at irregular intervals. Sometimes in the middle of the night. We informed DE. But they asked us to call the manufacturer, who arranged a tech. The tech visited for fifteen minutes. During his visit the loud noise did not happen, so he informed the manufacturer that there is no fault. Calling the manufacturer/ or the third party is a nightmare, as it's difficult to reach them. Long story short. Never buy a Frigidaire fridge. Avoid Dixie Electronics if you can.

I bought a bosch dishwasher and LG washer from Mr. Saleem, provided with great knowledge and service and at the best price’s available in the world! It got delivered in this bad weather on time even though it was snowing a lot. I’m personally very greatful and would love to purchase all my appliances from here highly recommend this place.

After looking everywhere, called Sam and you feel he took the time to understand the situation, suggest options and help me get what I needed. Taj and Saleem at Dixie Electronics were just amazing. From helping identify the right products and arranging the delivery, the experience has been wonderful. We needed a new stove and dishwasher and wanted a name brand that was reliable. They haven't dissappointed us. In fact, I bought a Samsung soundbar too!

INSTALLATION - typically it is a hit or miss with the after sales service but Saleem's installation person - Checkley, was simply the best.

I highly recommend that if you need any applicances or home entertainment equipment that you make this your first your stop.

Support this amazing Mississauga retailer, especially since his big box comeptitors can have you shop in their store but he can't.

Prices are ridiculously high compared to other stores. So greedy. I guarantee you will save much more money for the same product somewhere else

Very good service
I would give it 6 stars. I was planning on a TV that would of meant a larger purchase but as we talked I realized it I had not thought it through and ended up with a less expensive model but fit my needs much better and that gained my trust and I will definitely shop here again even though I live Scarborough, I don’t mind traveling to support smaller canadian stores Costco gets enough business
