This dealership is full of scammers. The used car manager and leasing manager Ivan lowballed me 15,000 dollars on a trade in. I took my vehicle to their sister dealership Meadowvale Toyota to confirm pricing, and what a surprise my vehicle was actually worth 30,000 trade in value. Don’t waste your time here.

Last July 2023, my husband & I came to Dixie Toyota to shop around and we meet Jody for the first time. Then in august 2023 we came to another Toyota to book for the 2023 Highlander. We waited for 1 year we still couldn’t get the car then they asked us to wait more. We decided to cancel our order.
October 28,2023 we came back to Dixie Toyota just for a quick look to see if we are lucky or not. And we meet Jody again for our second time. He showed us the new 2024 Grand Highlander XLE and that’s what we were planning to get. We have 3 big kids and with the 8 seats SUV that’s perfect for a road trip. We came home thinking for 2 days then my husband decided to call Jody that we going to buy the Grand Highlander as a gift for our 25th Anniversary. Thank you Jody & Allen for your kindness & help us with paperwork and explaining to us all the features of the car. We are very happy with the Grand Highlander 2024.

Several months ago, I asked to change the all brake and I paid 500 dollars, today they said I have to change the front brakes and I have to pay 450$, from the beginning I requested to change the whole brake front and rear so how come they told me the front break need to chand, this is means that they do not know how to work and do not deal well with customers or they don't give a good explanation.
It’s not accepted to pay 1000$ for break because one of staff

I was in the dealership for a 32,000 service on my Toyota Corolla. I scheduled my appointment for 8: 05am and I was greeted promptly when I arrived. I was told my car would be ready in one hour so I waited. The waiting room faced the shop so I could watch them work on my car and others. The shop techs were quick and accurate as I watched them work on at least three cars right in front of me. My car was finished earlier then they said which was impressive as to me they looked super busy. I’ll do all my service here although this isn’t where I purchased my car.

Ask for Frank. Go in to buy, when you are serious, and have already done your research on what you want, and what is the price in the market. He will generally be able to get you the best deal, if there is any to be had. If there is no deal, like these days, he will also let you know.

All of the cars that I was interested in online were not available when I got to the dealership. Both times I got the same salesman who was not very friendly. He quickly showed me the cars in their lot and when I said that I wasn't ready to buy today he ended the conversation.

Absolutely terrible customer service no regard for calling you back if you need a car go anywhere but here 3 different new sales reps treated me with such disrespect and disregard made my buying experience very unpleasant

I don't recommend to buy your next car here. I bought from the sales named Frank there and my experience was terrible.
First of all, i checked their stock before i go there for the car i wanted. After signing all the paper work and called them back the 3rd day since the credit approval took 1 day, and they told me to wait 2 weeks at least. I wouldn't placed the order with them if they did not have the car in stock. I was hooked in. Secondly, i asked them to deliver the car to my location which is 15km away from them and Frank kept saying yes, no problem etc. However, when the car became available 3 weeks later, and they refused to deliver my car. What a horrible customer service and care. In addition, their business manager, and i don't remember what name it is, and he did not value my business as well. When i refused all the extra BS protection plans, then his attitude changed. Maybe because he did not get extra commission out of me, especially for the foolish electrical anti rust device.
In summary, i like Toyota, but i never come to dixie Toyota again nor refer it to my friends.

This place was horrible the sales person lied to get a sale we realized before we signed the financing person we talked to was rude and almost called us liers will never shop there.thank God we got the 1000 we put down back and we went to another toyota and got the car from them. I would say never deal with these people

I do not recommend this place at all.very bad attention, the seller never informed us about the status of the credit, we called him on several occasions and sent him emails and only when we could communicate with him he gave us reason. It seems that they did not care about selling.they do nothing for the customers.

6 days ago, I emailed them with the vehicle unit that I saw on Auto Trader. First nobody responded to let me know whether the unit is available or not. Two nobody responded to offer any other help. Three, I called them too and went to voice-mail, but I was already discouraged to leave a voice-mail. I sent another email today after 6 days of waiting for a response. Let's see if I get a response. Its a new dealership, but they're too busy making sales to follow up on just an email and phone call. Maybe I'll walk in, but then they'll probably say I need an appointment. Waste of my time and efforts

Bad communication, ignorant behavior if they see you are looking for alternative, no response via emails, had two cars from them, tried shop around with different Toyota dealer and they start ignoring me, very bad lease end experience.they also most of the time brought up item which require repair cost (wear and tear items) on my 2nd visit with new car and its repeated all the time

I am very much impressed with the service provided to me by Frank, Carl and Mr. Alam. These guys are great.

BEWARE if you are a younger buyer. Lots of prejudice coming into this dealership, especially after my interaction with Ivan Oorloff. We were honest in stating that we didn't intend on purchasing on the same day, and would likely need some time to think it over - which is fairly normal for purchasing a car.

We felt very rushed on our test drive (took a total about 5 minutes to test drive 2 cars). He didn't even help us with a pricing package or explained financing in further detail, which would have aided us in our decision. Instead he hurried us out the door, and as soon as we turned our backs we could hear him complain to a colleague that "they only wanted to test drive, man" (verbatim), which was quite unprofessional.

I highly suggest visiting another dealer, preferably one that won't hold bias to individuals who are younger. When we visited the neighbouring Honda dealership, they gladly helped us with a test drive and pricing plan even after stating our intention to not purchase on the same day.

Well my last visit was better than the bad experience I had earlier. You guys should keep in mind mask exemptions though for customers who have problems wearing masks. As for my last service it was OK. Thanks.

Fantastic Customer Service. The rep helping me was Walter Molina. Walter was extremely professional, and did everything he could to get me what I needed. He was very accommodating, and ensured the service happened at the time that they had promised. Dixie Toyota also offers pick and drop service, which makes it a simple process to leave your car, get dropped of where you need, and be picked up once the car is ready.

We got our very first car in this location last and came back to trade it in to a highlander just last week. Both deals were great and the service were great.
Ehab Botros was our dealer for the trade and he made sure we were satisfied with our deal.

Got my new car from Dixie Toyota before new year. My agent, Ehab Botros an engineering background salesperson, is very knowledgeable on vehicle specification and patient to answer my questions. He is straight forward and don't play game to me that makes me feel comfortable when I make decision.

Worst Customer service. The adviser was so rude, as like there is no other dealership and he knows everything. I told them to check for the rattling noise from the car. In a general practice they should bring the solution and ask us if we want to fix it and what will be the cost. These guy just came to me and said we fixed the issue and you have to pay.seriously, the tone of this adviser was rude. Good part is I was watching the 3 technicians working who literally did nothing than showing they are working. You are charged for this and the rattling noise is still there. I would never recommend this dealership. I wish there was a rating below 1.

I had been looking for a used 2014 car everywhere but I wasn't successful. Until I went to Dixie Toyota and met with Ehab Botros. Not only did he provide me with an excellent price, but he took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a used car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set. I highly recommend Ehab Botros at Dixie Toyota. It was worth the drive to get there.

I moved from Toronto East to Mississauga. I always took my car
for oil change/tire change at Toyota On The Park. I naturally gravitated towards Toyota Service Station when I moved. Quickly realized Dixie Toyota is not going to be a pleasant experience.

They damaged my winter tire in Spring 2018 when I went there for the change over. I realized this when I went to another service station to switch back to Winter tires. Someone damaged my tire and packed it in the white bags and gave it back to me. My mistake I didn't inspect the tires upon receiving, or i trusted they'll do the job right.

I went to Dixie Toyota yesterday to bring this to their attention. No apologies. After brief discussion with the individual-was offered half off on one tire. I have to change all four tires now, you offering me half of one tire? Really? ! Do the right thing, apologies and pay for a new tire. Not asking you to buy me all four tires.

Just disappointing. All the best to future customers.

I recently bought a new RAV4 from Dixie Toyota. The customer service in this place is really great. I dealt with Ehab, who honestly was really helpful and very respectful. Its not easy to find sales rep these days that actually tries to help you for real. He knew what he was talking about and presented all my options clearly. Get your Toyota from Dixie. Many good reasons. Let me name a few. Sales staff has amazing knowledge of getting you into the right Toyota, Service dept.is prompt and state-of-the-art service bay, Managers are available should you need their attention, prices are simply awesome because Dixie Toyota is the second largest volume dealership in Ontario (saving you time from running pillar-to-post searching for reasonable prices). I m pretty satisfied with Dixie team. Its your turn to go in and visit them and come out with a big smile on your face.:)

I had an appointment for simple oil change. There was a long line up for service. There were 5 cars inline to be serviced. All the drivers were outside of their cars for more than twenty minutes. None of the employees acknowledged that we are here. Not a nod, not a aye contact. I get called in. I said to the service advisor that they seem very busy. He said yes, but not ny fault. I was surprised with his answer, but not responded. After two hours, I asked what happened to my vehicle. It will be next car in line be patient. I went to the service manager to ask why does it take more than hours for simple oil change. He responded I am leaving now and can't talk to you. Please talk GM who was in his office. GM called a lady to find out my car and left. He did nothing except to say we are busy. Employees emitate their management. It is not the employees faults when they see management who do not care why would they care. Simplest and broadest sense they don't care about customers.

I went in to buy anti-freeze. It was quick and and easy. I also had a hot beverage there while I looked at their beautiful vehicles. Anti-freeze cost me approximately $25.
