Dixon’s Car and Truck Rental

Went to rent a car. Told me they had a vehicle for me. Took my Drivers license and credit card info. So I told my ride there that I was all set. Then they turn around and tell me that they don’t have a vehicle for me. Luckily I live in Brockville or I would have been stranded. Totally unprofessional. Poor service. Don’t waste your time or your money. Go to Enterprise. Now that I’ve read the reviews I’m glad I didn’t give my business to this place. Sounds like nothing but a headache. Nice reply. Felt that I was under the influence? No wonder you get bad reviews. I neither drink or use drugs of any kind for you to deem me under the influence. Read the reviews before you decide to rent from here. Enterprise is right up the road. Rented a car from them last week and had a great experience. The only reason I went here was because Enterprise had no vehicles at the time. Hmmm. Enterprise has no cars to rents. I wonder why that is? Oh that’s right because they’re a professional company. Not one who makes false accusations about their potential clients. Thank you for the laugh. If you’re looking to go to a comedy club and get a good laugh then head on down to Dixons. Lol

Secured a rental from Dixon's Car and Truck Rental by way of email as it was after hours. The following morning, I received a very courteous call confirming my rental and provided the necessary information to ensure both parties were aligned.

Really appreciated the professionalism, the clean car and full tank of fuel upon pick up. Nice work everyone and will be sure to rent again from Dixon's in Brockville! ELJ

Have rental there a number of times with no problems. Great people and great prices. Would recommend to anyone who rents a vehicle.
