I have a bad experience this time when I went here. The lady didn’t help me with the Color selection. And she made my nails fat and thick. And she didn’t paint them nicely either, some the nail polish is on my fingers and other the full nail is not painted

Good work when it comes to nails, but customer service and treatment could be so much better.

Staffs are very Nice, Kim is the best. She did my daughter's nails and excellent job. Cindy did my pedicure and I appreciate her patience.

I live relatively close to here and have been going here for a long time. I absolutely love the service and how kind the staff are to the point that I confidently treat my mom to the experience as well. The staff here are patient, kind and take their time to do a stellar job each and every time! I would recommend this location to anyone!

This place is a joke. But what do you expect from these nail salons. They are all the same. Rushed, Crooked uneven messy acrylic application. They give one price and then charge a whole different price at the end. For BASIC jobs. They dont like to listen of course, dont like when you analyze or critique what they are doing, poor sanitation after each client and of their tools and lets be honest i dont think anyone actually expects great quality work from these small nail salons, but choose them when we need last minute service or whatever. Horrible service. Waste of money and i might need to remove one of my nails because it’s been throbbing for hrs or i might just remove the whole set because their uneven anyway. With the amount of BAD reviews you think they would do better but they dont care they still get their money right? And disrespect you in their language? Never will i ever step foot in this place again. They could be offering free sets and id pass. Practice your craft as “professionals” all of you need a refresher course, train your new employees PROPERLY and stop taking advantage of clients. Yes im ranting because its MY money being completely wasted.

RESPONSE TO YOU: its been less then a week and my nails already need a fill. I dont know what you’re talking about in your response to be honest. What does looking back on your camera do about the poor service I received? Everything i mentioned was factual im not a crazy person going and leaving poor reviews on businesses for no reason. And lastly i am not cheap either I make a decent amount of money and dont need to complain about prices, for a service. I work in the beauty industry as well. But when the work isn’t quality or worthy and you’re overcharging, lying, being rude and acting delusional it’s problematic. All of you working at this business should invest in refresher courses and revamp your business. Point blank period. But who cares what i think, you all will still make your money staying exactly the same running a poor quality business. And i wont be coming back there so it doesnt even matter to me. Look at how you respond to your bad reviews.all you do is gaslight the client. Take good care. A further response isnt needed.

I had a shellac polish change today at 11: 30.

I’ve tried this twice before. I went again because I really wanted this place to work because I live right across the street.

Once, I had a pedicure, they didn’t cut my toe nails. I didn’t notice because I was so caught up on how rude the main lady was to another customer. I let that experience slide because I guess I should’ve been more focused on my own service.

By the way, there is one lady in particular who is very rude. I think she’s the owner. She talks rudely and bosses around customers. If you only want a manicure, she’s like, well why not toes? Again, of course a business wants to up sell and should, but not in a rude, judgemental manner. The ultimate proof in how rude this salon is in their responses to the customer reviews here. It’s typed out in black and white. It is undeniable. And, almost all reviews here are based on how rude and short the services are.

The second time, I went in for a polish change. They talked me into doing a shellac manicure. They talk all customers in getting additional services, which is fair for a business to up sell, but this salon is relentlessly pushy, and can’t even deliver the basics on the service they push on you. That experience, my nails were uneven, i didn’t say anything because I was in a rush.

Today, when I went, I made sure to have enough time to focus on my service.
Yes, this is a cheaper salon. I usually do French with my shellac, but I went with something easy and did one solid colour, something that isn’t hard to mess up. I did cut my cutlies before coming. The lady insisted I get a manicure, I said no, she said yes, because cuticle so long. Whatever, I went with it. I thought if I went with her upsell she would be happier and do a better job. Let me tell you, I had to guide and coach this nail tech with each nail, because she kept getting polish on my skin. She kept saying, polish only on nail, I said no, it’s also on the skin, she proceeded to scrape it off with her nail. After the 4th nail and reminder, I asked if this is what they normally do. But of course she didn’t answer. Even though I asked her 10 times for each of the 10 nails to remove the polish on the skin, there was still polish. And to top it off, my nails were not shaped evenly. I really don’t care how much I pay for my nails, I just want a good job. Paying $30 for shallac is pretty average. Just because you’re priced slightly below market price means we get rude bullies providing horrible unsold service? Why upsell service if you guys are not capable of painting a nail? Maybe the salon needs trained techs?

To the person at this salon who will reply to me. I ask that you do not respond with a rude rant. Please be professional and calm. Please don’t be a bully. Please provide a solution. You are free to call me, you have my number.

To anyone deciding to come here. Just don’t, unless you want to guide and coach a nail tech to paint in the lines and guide and coach how to file a nail. I came here three times hoping the experience would get better. It just kept getting worse.

I came in to get my graduation nails in june.the lady left a ton of air bubbles in my nails and didn't do the nail polish strokes evenly.my acrylic nails were uneven in height, i asked for ballerina shaped nails and i got square instead.the head employee (i think?) isn't very friendly either.would not recommend unless you want pricey nails that aren't even good.

The owner and her sister in law are NOT NICE or WELCOMING! I I got full set and pedicure with shellac. My polish on my feet came off in two days and my nails on my hands were so thick it actually looked bubbly. These people think they are doing us a favour by servicing us (shows in their attitudes). WHAT A SHAME! Their services are not worth the cost. Will not recommend to anyone, unless they are extremely and I mean extremely desperate! Giving them star!

Pretty bad the painting of the nails is poor and my nails look horrible. It looks like a toddler painted my nails. This place is usually good so I'm a little surprised how bad it was, it depends on the nail technician you go to.

As you can see in the pictures the quality of these nails look poor.

Made me wait 45 minutes after I booked an appointment and then informed me they were unable to do what I booked for and provided no solutions that did not require me to pay more money. Really bad service. Would give them less than a star if possible.

I want to give 0 stars, but that’s not possible. Worst nail salon in the country - do not go here. I would rather let a three year old do my nails because they would do a much better job. I asked for a shellac manicure. Before even reaching the manicure, the tech used an electric file to file my nails paper thin instead of using acetone like any trained nail tech would do. Even my boyfriend was shocked at this nail job and he knows nothing about nails. Save your money, your nails, and your time by never even considering going here. The staff were also extremely rude and refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong. Instead, they just mumbled in chinese. If you’re still undecided, let me make the decision for you, DO NOT GO TO DK NAILS.

Poor quality nails.fell off after 2 days and was really expensive. Will not come back here or recommend

Mai and Helen are amazing along with the other ladies. Although they are often busy, they take their time with each client and provide great service
