Lost our entire home due to a fire. Brian Kelly and Team was outstanding in all areas; client service, communication, feedback, responsiveness and workmanship. I am extremely happy with the work that was done on my house and the property, and the attention to detail. I was also impressed with the timeline of the completion of the work, plus the additional upgrade changes that I requested. I would gladly rate DKI-CRCS a AAA+ rating - this is a company that actually cares about the homeowner and the work that they do and operates with integrity. The team was onsite almost immediately and were so professional and delightful to work with. They communicated consistently throughout the entire restoration process and were at the house when they said they would be. Every tradesperson they brought in was excellent - I felt very confident in their services. The entire CRCS team were wonderful and really made this difficult and stressful situation easy to deal with.

Chuck and his team were incredible, always willing to go the extra mile and facilitate a renovation post-fire from a distance. They completed the work with great communication and did a great job!

Thank you so much to CRCS DKI for the speedy and professional response dealing with our damaged gazebo. Chuck responded to our insurance claim and was onsite within 24hrs of the incident. Work started the following day to remove the neighbours fallen tree from our property as well as the damaged gazebo. The tree service was amazing, with everything cleaned up and taken way within hours. The new gazebo was up in a very short time. It is an exact replica of the original, only better! Incredible workmanship and top of the line materials. The work area was spotless and great care was taken to avoid damaging an established garden. From start to finish Chuck and CRCS DKI and their contractors were amazing to deal with. Thank you so much for a job well done.

DKI was sent to us by our insurance after our apartment building was damaged by a tornado in 2022. They initially came promptly to look at the damage. However, after about a month, when nothing seemed to be getting done, I tried to contact them but they would not return my calls or emails. Eventually, the insurance company just told me to get my own contractors. So, I then had to do the job that DKI was suppose to do: research contractors, meet with them, get quotes, submit them to insurance and supervise their final work. This took a lot of my own time and I had to delay other work because DKI would not respond to me.

There was a small siding job that they finally did (one year after the initial damage) on the same property after being prompted by the insurance company. While the work was good for this small job, it was priced at what I believe was about 3 times more than it was worth.

I'm sure they will say they were busy but this makes no difference to me since my property would have been damaged even more if my superintendents and I hadn't stepped in.

After my experience, I cannot recommend these folks to anybody.

In the worst possible situation Chuck and his team were there for us. They were the designated emergency response contractors to our house fire. They were thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as the house was cleared to enter, Chuck was there to assess the damage and walk me and the adjuster through what would need to be done. Any engineer or other expert was called in as needed and everyone he worked with was both thorough and professional. The cleaners they used were amazing and kind. Everything from top to bottom was cleaned from the smell of smoke and smoke residue. All replacement equipment was excellent. The emergency work to get out house back in liveable condition was done with care and attention to detail. Each day that I reached out to Chuck he would provide an update of where we were at. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that his business was so busy that it was necessary for me to call when I needed information, not the other way around.
He also ensured that any minor damage that came from his work or workers was handled and repaired as well.

This is an amazing group of people working here! Everyone was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I couldn't believe how quick their response time was after contacting my insurance company and cannot thank them enough for making me feel safe and comfortable again. The team came in quickly to remove all the water that was in the house to ensure we wouldn't get mold. The reno's took a little longer then anticipated but the job got done. Who cuts holes on EVERY CEILING for asbestos check? Then refuses to do insurance job, leaving more damage for next company and customer to pay out of pocket? Terrible communication from Project Manager. Never took our call, and also ghosted Insurance adjuster repeatedly.

The folks at DKI/CRCS made what started out as a very stressful situation and turned it into worry free and easy process.

A stressful water damage situation was made very manageable and easy with the team sent to help us. Our main contact, Kaz Silininkas, was very responsive and helped ease the tension of the situation. Every team member that worked on the restoration was professional, friendly and full of great knowledge for us first time homeowners. They truly made us feel comfortable and walked us through each step of the process. Would definitely recommend their services!

My basement flooded in the middle of the night. After calling my insurance company I received a call from CRCS DKI within an hour. They had someone out within hours to start the clean up.
Everyone that came in my house was professional and respectful. They made a very stressful situation manageable. I would recommend them for not only insurance claims but also general renovations.

Within 90 minutes of my calling the Insurance company Brad was on site and the cleanup crew arrived within another 60 minutes. The cleanup crew worked for most of December 23/24th to remove the water, take up carpet where required and install multiple fans and dehumidifiers. After receiving approval from the adjuster they began to replace all of the damage. We were kept informed at all times of what our options were, what timelines were in place. All of the tradesmen, and women, were professional, arrived on time, were respectful of our property and did an excellent job. No one wants to experience an event like this but the team from CRCSDKI made the recovery a great deal easier.

I honestly can't say enough about the CRCS team. From the first phone call to the last item of work completed, the project was managed efficiently and professionally. As the loss was related to a death, the support and compassion shown by each of the CRCS team was exceptional. Thank you!
