This is my first time writing a review but i'm sitting in my bed, in awful pain, trying to cut my acrylic nails off because of the poor application. I had an appointment for just my acrylic nails and was around 10-15 minutes late thats on me the holidays are busy so I expected to wait but not only did i wait for 40 minutes before I started the nails but i waited 15-30 minutes between the first steps of my application and was bounced between 3 nail techs.got there at 6: 15 with an appointment for 6 ended up leaving at like 9: 30 and they serviced people who came in an hour + after me before me - i was the last person in there! Was just going to not come back ever after this didn't mention anything to the staff the owner or boss was gone before i was, but now it's been around 2 weeks and my nails are all breaking underneath the acrylic and in trying to remove them i've found that the nail tips are like glued to my skin.this is so sad as i used to really enjoy this spot but they quality of work has gone down and lack of professionalism has gone up sadly.

Very rude staff who are not upfront about what they’re capable of doing. Showed the nail tech a picture of the nails I wanted and he said it was no problem however when I brought up that what he was doing looked nothing like the picture he yelled at me and said “what do you expect the nails you want are too hard” (they were 2 drawn on crosses) while I was in there I witnesses 2 other nail techs yelling at customers seemingly over very little. This place is a joke and extremely overpriced!

I usually call to book but thought I would dm the nail tech this time.although I don’t get them done that often I go to the same nail tech every time. When I dm the nail tech they said they are not taking new clients and would not let me book.guess I have to find a new nail tech now: (found it to be pretty rude.

My wife went yesterday for a pedicure while my daughter had her nails done. It took the woman 3 hours and two different polishes (they were sticky, needing replacements). She then told my wife her nails were dry and put her socks on. When she arrived home her nails were stuck to her socks and absolutely ruined.
We returned today so she could get it fixed, she even went with a shallack and they charged her another $20. She ended up spending more money than what it cost if she had gone with a shallack initially.
The owner even came to inspect her nails and attempted to blame her for putting her shoes on too soon. She asked him if after 3 hours, should they not have been dry?
Don't waste your money.

TO EMPHASIZE HOW TERRIBLE THEIR EYELASH EXTENSIONS ARE. Listen up, if you actually care about your eyes and want to avoid getting an infection, do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague when it comes to your lashes. I made the mistake of trying out this place for my lashes, and let me tell you, it will NEVER happen again. So, last Tuesday (Aug 15), I stupidly let Lynn/Lin work on my lashes. As if that wasn't bad enough, during the process, my right eye decided to become hypersensitive and stung like hell. Did I mention that this was my first time here? Well, it's definitely the last. I frantically informed Lin/Lynn about the distress I was feeling, and what do I get? A dismissive response that it's just the glue drying. Seriously? I knew it was worse than that, and I even asked her about an allergic reaction, to which she casually assured me it wouldn't happen. Fast forward to the next day—my eye is now a watery, itchy mess that's keeping me up all night. I tried to get in touch, but of course, no response. I thought it might miraculously get better, but no such luck. So, I dragged myself into that disaster zone on Sunday (Aug 20th) and talked to the manager, who made me jot down my misery on a sticky note, promising Lin/Lynn would call me. Spoiler alert: she didn't. Oh, by the way, I consulted a pharmacist who confirmed that I'm having a full-on lash-induced meltdown and need to get these things out. Next day, no call. I waited and waited, and by 5pm, I had had enough. I dialed their number, and guess who answers? Mr. Attitude. He was disgustingly rude and made this whole nightmare even worse. I've honestly never been treated this horribly in my life. Completely fed up, I stomp my way to the salon tonight, fully aware that Lynn/Lin is on duty. I confronted the manager, who initially claimed Lin/Lynn wasn't interested in reaching out, then later conveniently remembered he forgot to give her the note. Accountability? Not in their vocabulary. Once I finally got my turn with Lin/Lynn, I detailed my allergic reaction, the rash, and the incessant watery eyes. And what does she do? She basically calls me a liar, insisting that eye reactions result in swollen eyes. I don't know where she got that nonsense, but different people react differently! I told her a pharmacist confirmed it was the lashes causing the chaos, but she couldn't care less about my misery. All she cared about was how "beautiful" they looked. Seriously, that's not my concern! My concern is the health nightmare I've become, something I've NEVER dealt with before. After much argument, she reluctantly agrees to remove the disaster she put on my eyes, but refund or even a 50% discount? Yeah right, that's too much to ask, apparently. Let me also mention the guy who answered the phone, inserted himself into the conversation, and was very rude to my boyfriend when he was trying to help me. Classy move. This whole ordeal has been a colossal nightmare, and I'm absolutely taking this public health hazard to task. They're getting a visit from the health inspectors, mark my words. So, guess what? No refund, no discount, just an abundance of frustration and aggression. Ladies, let me tell you, if you have any affection for your eyes whatsoever, especially if you're new, STAY AWAY. And if you're a fan of competent service and decent human interaction, steer clear. This place is an absolute joke.

I gifted my parents a gift card to this place. The service was horrible and the staff were really rude. Don’t waste your time & money going to this place it’s not worth it.

The worst nail experience in my life. I had to use tools myself to avoid getting hurt further (clipping my nail too short and exposing blood). Way too much gel on my nails and they let it dry to my fingers and peeled it off. I had to ask three times for them to make it thinner and they still didn’t. I had to go to CP nails and spa where I always go and they fixed everything for me and did an amazing job. Never go to this place. I should have never switched it up, no one can ever beat CP nails. Don’t waste your money here.

The staff are nice but they just aren’t consistent enough. I’ve had manicures I’ve liked and others are just really bad. Go elsewhere to be safe.
