DNSnetworks Corporation

As a small business, I was looking for a reliable IT services provider that could understand my needs as my company grows. I recently started working with KC to update the tech I am working with and he's been fantastic. Fast service and super responsive. Plus, they are able to break things into terms that a non-technical person can easily understand. Great client service so far.

DNSnetworks Corporation (Shawn Ebbs) bought from us 2 x Juniper SA4500 with 250 user license. They paid for 1 only. They don't want to pay for the second one. Every week they said that they would pay but we haven't got the payment yet. It seems that one SA4500 was stolen by DNSnetworks Corporation. I can only imagine what they can do with other people data's if they're capable to steal from others. No more business with DNSnetworks Corporation and Shawn Ebbs. I don't trust them at all.

Excellent IT solutions provider, always concerned with our needs from start to end and then ongoing. Really cares about customer service needs and makes a unique solution per client. Great staff as well. Highly recommend

My company used DNS Networks on a wifi upgrade project. Here is what my staff reported: "Elvin from DNS Networks was fantastic last week. Very happy with their service and felt that the entire process was done professionally and efficiently. He knew his way around a MAC (woot-woot), fixed the printing issues. Very thorough. "

Rather than resolving our connectivity issues, DNS Networks has decided to contact our landlord and complain. They are unresponsive, "love their haters" as per their response to another 1 star review, and all around a bad choice.

Shawn and his team have been an integral part to the growth of my business, and they are extremely agile and flexible in what they do, something lacking from many in their space. If you're looking for a team passionate about what they do, and that are able to deliver, you've found the right team to work with.

I rarely leave reviews, but DNS deserves accolades for their phenomenal service! Any time we contact their helpdesk to get assistance with setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the tech world in general they are on top of the request in minutes! For a small business that does not have an IT department, I put huge value on our partnership with DNS. It feels like they're right here in our own building! Way to Go!

My apartment building signed an exclusive contract with DNSnetworks for our internet, and the speed quality has been abysmal. Judging by the other 'reviews' here, it is clear most of this is just astroturfing done by the company itself with fake 5-star reviews. The profiles all have the same writing style and the profiles are clearly just used to write this review, and their customer service phone number has a fake queue set up that eventually dumps you off at a voicemail box.

We get ~50kbps download speeds, though our upload speeds seem relatively acceptable for some reason. If they could contact me and get this sorted I will change my review, but this is all very sketchy on the part of DNSnetworks. I look forward to getting this resolved, but this appears to be the only avenue of direct contact I can find to go through.

We have been using Shawn and DNS for the past 24 months and we are SUPER happy.they are solid, reliable and honest! I highly recommend them!
