The representatives think the person ordering is a fool. These girls have no sense how to talk. Like you gotta have some sense to talk to anyone no matter what! Have some sense

I would not recommend buying your Diwali mithai from This place.
It's too much suger, they are selling sugar in the name of sweets.
Even if you eat any sweet even 1 piece, next day you will have soares throat.
Don't buy.

Good service with a very contained food menu. Which is really great for a small pickup place point of view. Nice food quality and making my dinner with kids amazing

If you are going there atleast keep calling them for your food to make it ready because they don’t care about your time. If you are ordering tea may be better drink at tim because they forget about your tea. (same thing happened 4th time with me)

If anyone look closely at the chocolate flake cake slice you will notice a lot of fungus on it. Upon calling the store they refuse to cooperate and talk rudely. Imagine kids eating this and falling sick.

Worst food. Chapati are so bad in shape and taste. They are like map of India uneven shape and they are not even cooked properly. They cause stomach upsetting. Don't go there.

Experience was very bad. I never recommend to anyone. The lady at front started conversating in english when I complained about stale food prior punjabi when I ordered food. Seriously as if English would justify taste of food.

Aloo tikki chaat should be called chilli chaat, I could taste only chilli nothing else, had to throw away the food, Dahi bhalla was also not good at all,

I have very bad experience here.when I come in restaurant nobody give respect and One of tall girl have too much ego without any reason.we wait here too much and nobody ask any odder.

Who could ever sell this as Bhalla chaat is b beyond me. I bet most people in the neighborhood can do better. When contacted the shop, the person on phone just said that their chaat is Bhalla in dahi.

Omg the best service by Ishu, we are designing a restaurant in this plaza, even if I go late night I get the pleasant smiling face with happy and fast service every time.

Worst ever food I ordered aloo pranthe and there so called Indian espresso coffee. The curd with the pranthe is like a spoon of curd added in cup of water. Just please who ever look at this branch direct your employee how to make things

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. We ordered two mango lassis and the taste was like garbage and later we found little peices of onion inside it.

Did a SkipTheDishes order this week and highly disappointed with the quality@james potter location. Black Dal was as watery as it could be with no taste. No difference between a butter naan and plain naan.both looked exactly same with butter naan burnt on sides and such thick dough… I do visit this location for sweets and the quality of sweets is ok. I think i should just stick to sweets and never ever ordering food from here. Sorry but this is not restaurant quality food.

Best channa masala in all of Brampton. Absolutely delicious! However, their portion sizes are quite small and they use an unreasonable amount of plastic in their packaging. Would love to see them become more eco-conscious in the future. Regardless, the food is amazing. Their channa bhatura is definitely a go-to.

Ordered the popular curry shahi paneer and it was just water no taste at all cant think of ordering again, worst experience

I ordered saag from James potter location. It was very sour and bad in taste. Don’t waste your time and money.

Have been a long time customer of Doaba dating 2007 onwards (terry fox location). There is a pattern of them starting to lower the quantity and increasing the price. Bought a thali from this location a while ago and the way 1 paneer piece was put in butter paneer masala was a bit too cheap. I ignored. Recently went to buy pastries and of boy; it was a Pure sign of shrinkflation. The pastries were small in size, full of just cream and 3+$. Definitely not worth it. I Don’t mind paying for quality stuff but here it is less quantity and quantity for the high price paid. Disappointed!

Order instructions were NOT followed.
Even popular dish was prepared tasteless. (Curry was thinner like a daal)
Can’t even think of ordering other dishes.

Guys don’t go there I ate my Thali as I was eating my halwa look what I found a nose hair and booger that’s right dried nasal mucus! I am so disturbed and disgusted how are these people even in business? This has never happened to me ever in my life at any restaurant guys don’t go to this place they’re feeding us their mucus in the food.

Worst food ever.i want to give them zero star but there is no option. We ordered karahi paneer and dal makhani, it was really bad and not fresh. Need the sharp teeth for eating naan. Wastage of money

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DOABA SWEETS AND RESTAURANT. August 17 ordered food for takeout over the phone promised pickup time was around 25 minutes- after paying for the food I was told they don’t have the Food item that I ordered “ HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL”. But that was not it I changed my order picked up the food around 4: 35pm got home around 5: 10pm to find out one of the dishes had a foul smell it wasn’t fresh I called them immediately and asked to talk to the manager who wasn’t available at the moment so I asked for a call back but no response I had to call back after an hour but they refused to accept that something was wrong I requested them to remove the dish from the menu or someone will get sick but they said that the Chef found it to be Okay, but I’m 100%sure it was stale and they won’t accept it. I won’t bother with this location again. Please be careful with the food you’re serving.

Worst restaurant. Their food is always stale. Nd even if u order on the phone they always take longer to get it ready. The employees donot wear gloves or mask and has lots of attitude. Guys somebody can get sick because of your food, would b better if u guys improve the quality.

Their food is Good but Service I ordered there and paid then they told me to wait for 15-20 mins but When I ask them about my order they said Sorry We forgot. This happened with me 3-4 times so you can Imagine about their Service

I haven’t even tasted the food yet but want to say thanks to the two girls Manjinder and Marinder (I hope I got the names right) who were very sweet especially Manjinder whom I asked the names. Very sweet girls and they were handling the customers with patience and so nicely that you would want to wait. Food presentation also looked good.

The food is very tasty but very good is the customer service the girls in the front provide. The staff is just exceptional

This location, james porter Doaba sweets very bad experience with them.
I ordered two times here and two time i got bad smell food that seems to be old food taste like 4-5 days old food.
Omg! Very bad smell and taste,
I recommend never visit this place in future anymore.
But doaba sweet at Charolais location is excellent staff and excellent food taste and fresh food over there.
I suggest if you want fresh food or better food visit charolais location not james porter.

One of the worst run places, I order and was told to come in 30 minutes later, I come in and they made me wait an additional 25 minutes, kept on being told to wait 5 minutes, they let customers come in and order and get their orders before. They have no system they keep talking orders but can't fulfill them, they also don't follow covid protocols, I ended up leaving after they kept letting people come in and social distancing wasn't possible. I have had delayed orders from them before but gave them benefit of the doubt, but today experience was the straw that broke the camels back

When i visited to buy a thali there was a marker swimming in vegitable and the jalebi i bought when i came home there was flies sticking with that. Totally wasted my money. Won’t recommend

Worst food experience.
Today May 6th, 2021 in evening I have ordered thali. The food quality was horrible, nothing was freshly made except Naan. Everything they served me was previously cooked and frozen. They just warm up and gave it to me. There was no taste to anything I ate today. I would recommend everyone to check before buying. I am their regular customer and seen their quality down to free fall.

Rather than trying hard on justifying yourself, I would advise to check the food quality and improve it. I am not mad or stupid who have nothing to do so just wrote a review. I saw a change in quality so updated you. Now decision is yours either change the quality or justify yourself.

I am also uploading photos along with my review. Staff does not seem to be cautious regarding Covid 19. Staff at this place work with only face shields- you could still spread your germs? Droplets from your mouth does not stop with just the shield on. When I confronted that person for the reason as to why she does not have a mask on, I was told that she has underlying conditions that stops her from putting a mask on. Let me tell you, you are the first one to catch Covid when you don’t have a mask on and spread among so many people because you are working at a restaurant. I don’t know what part of Covid you people don’t understand. Its everywhere. That is a safety concern.

Rediculous service lady on the front door is soo rude.they are talking phone orders and you wait for 25 mins and still you have to wait more 20 25 mins outside just to get your order. They making fun of their valued customers.zero star
