Love our new garage doors. Great service from the time we called, the sales person came to meet with us and take our order. Our old doors were in bad shape and they took them away and re-trimmed around our doors and put in new garage door openers. Took them most of the day on a really cold day. The guys were friendly and did a fantastic job to make sure everything was level in good working order. Very happy with the whole transaction, the workmanship and service was great. Would highly recommend dealing with Doan’s.

Great service but was shocked that I had to pay gas mileage. From Lindsay to little Britain no way was 53.00 dollars spent to get hear.

I couldn't even get information emailed to me. Had a different company come and install within 3 days of calling and they are over an hour away from us. Sorry Doan's Overhead Doors but my experience was terrible.

Not very happy with extra charge for mileage for a service call when they installed my garage doors.twenty minutes work and a bill for 160. I recommend the garage door store in Orillia, found better prices and service there.

Had new doors installed last week and they are great, and the installation guys did a great job and cleaned up all there garbage before they left. My wife wants to hire them to keep our garage clean! Good job, well done.

Sales was a great experience - But once they have your money then what! Well - Let me tell you! - Their customer service is second to none - I didn't hear any stories - I didn't get any questions - It was as simple as - I told them what was the issue - and they said - we'll come and fix it! That simple! Superb customer service - They didn't ask for any monies or suggest they were doing me a "favour" - They simply lived up to what they said - and they sure did! We had 2 garage doors installed yesterday. Alex, the installer was very professional and did an exceptional job. The doors are exactly what we ordered and look wonderful on our home. We are very happy with the new Garaga 4-panel door and the Liftmaster 8500W door opener that Doan's installed for our cottage boathouse. I had two "carriage-house' style doors installed in what used to be an old barn-like structure. The installers worked in tandem ahead of time with my GC to ensure all of the prep work would align with Doan's installation. I received a commercial-grade, mechanical/ opening system for the price of residential. Thanks to Jim and Rona and James for the seamless and consistent customer service and professionalism. Two thumbs up.

I was recommended to go to Doan's for a new garage door. Just moved to Lindsay so we ordered a garage door in august 2019 they came 4 weeks later and discovered the measurements were incorrect. They said they would put a rush on it but then again another 4 weeks they came with the door. But they couldn't cap the door as they didn't have the equipment! So we had to look at an unfinished garage door for another 3 weeks. They came and capped it but after they left I discovered that not all the screws were screwed in and it looks like glue dribbled down on the upper cap.

I did write the company but never heard a word back.no apology or no reduction in price. The door looks good but I would have to think about recommending this company.

On three different occasions we have tried to do business with Doan's Overhead doors and all three times we have been dissapointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism.

Called for a quote on garage door openers. After several days of waiting they eventually showed up to quote the job.

Never did hear back with estimates. (currently 3 weeks later)

busy or not, there didn't seem to be a lot of ambition between the installers that showed up to quote, or any follow up from their office

We ended up using another garage door company.

Several repairs later it still does not work and each time they keep charging for a service call. It works for a short time and then they can keep billing you.

Rob the service technician is fantastic and knowledgeable.
It is never a pleasure to need their service but they always do a great job.
