I normally do not write reviews but my family has had such a poor experience since docbraces corporation took over just like others have mentioned. Very disorganized with many new staff. Good reviews were for previous owner and are misleading. My daughter has had multiple emergencies with her braces and the staff are so rude. The dental technicians don't even talk to her and the blonde one. Michele is mean and condescending. Made my daughter cry. It is very difficult to get appointments, they book out months and there is always a different doctor. Doctor made us wait for her morning appointments and walks in 30 minutes late. We will be going elsewhere for my son. Staff must be given a bonus to get good reviews and ask people to remove bad ones.

The orthodontist is honest and took the time to answer all my questions. When it came down to discuss prices the treatment coordinator broke down the finances to a reasonable monthly price, the best thing it’s an interest free payment plan. Needless to say this office and all the people working there are wonderful and patient; I highly recommend coming here for your treatment! I have 3 kids 1 who’s just starting and 2 who will be getting future treatment here when ready.

Feeling reluctant on getting braces at a certain age, I was immediately put at ease. Everyone there is professional, fast and courteous. No regrets.
