Doctor HVAC

At our first regular service after Dr HVAC took over for Appleby the technician reported that our AC had a leak and needed to be replaced. We decided to get another company to check on it and they found no leak and we moved onto that company. 2 summers later and the AC is still running perfectly. At my mom's building the general consensus among the residents is that you shouldn't use them as they're kind of suspect.

Furnace stopped working, immediate response, was able to assist via a phone call. Great service. Much appreciated.

Byron came and quoted us a new fireplace in our century home. He was great to work with and even met us another time to answer more questions. Joe and Andre came and install a beauty new fireplace. They really did a wonderful job. They were very tidy and really helped walk me through the process. Highly recommend.

Chris fixed my issue quickly and took the time to explain how my unit worked to hopefully avoid future problems.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dr HVAC's technician Steven Berry today for the inspection&demonstration of how the gas remote control fire place that we got from the previous house owner. His professionalism, patience and knowledge on the system and overall has truly impressive us. Also he wears the mask, with the safety boots wraps nicely up. Prior to the arrival of Steven, Dr HVAC has sent us a text message with brief detail of the information on Steven Berry with all of his background information. At the end of the visit, we are happily to sign up for the membership service that the Dr HVAC provides.

Calling Appleby systems now gets you Dr HVAC, and while the sales person was very professional, if you check out their lower star reviews it is very accurate, a somewhat pushy sales person, didn't ask for a budget prior to doing quotes, so while I would absolutely love to be able to afford to spend ~$35k on a dream furnace, AC, tankless water heater and water softener that was probably more than double the budget I was looking for.

We live in Georgetown and had Byron come to discuss upgrading our gas fireplace after some renovations. He explained everything to us, and answered all the questions we had.

I just received absolutely fantastic service for a humidifier issue from Matt at Appleby Systems. He provided great customer service and informative suggestions for maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

Not overly impressed at all. I will say what they spent over three hours misdiagnosing as well as not fixing which I was told I need parts for another tech in town had it diagnosed and fixed in 45 mins which required no parts.

Paul and his team are great, we bought a Weber BBQ 2 years ago, then did our entire heating and cooling system with them about a year later. Yesterday they repaired our fireplace and we couldn't be happier. We buy local as often as possible and we have always found Paul and team to be fair, professional and excellent attention to detail! The staff in the office have been amazing. The sales rep was great. Gave us some options that were very affordable and convenient. Bought through home depot and this is their contracting company. Way better than ennercare. The product I bought was far superior than ennercare and prices were comparable. I'm getting a trane furnace and AC.

Had a problem with my fireplace and gave them a call. It took them two trips but here's the thing; any other company would have given up and asked me to buy a new one because it would have made them more money, but these guys, they were adamant about getting the fireplace fixed instead, and fix it they did! My fireplace is now up and running again, and I couldn't be happier.
Dave and Mike were great help, as were Jeannette the customer representative officer. Polite, friendly and professional, you can tell these people take pride in their work and are hell bent on providing the best service you can find.
I also appreciated their punctuality! If they say they're coming at noon, they will show up at noon and get the thing done. They also made sure to clean up and put everything back in order.
You got fireplace problems? They have fireplace solutions. And you will be glad you called them.

I'm a firm believer in buying local. That's why I went to Appleby Systems for my Weber. Could have bought it elsewhere of coarse, but I would not have recieved the welcoming feeling, and outstanding service from a Home Depot or big store chain like I did at Appleby. They take care of you hands down!

They disconnected my gas fireplace due my renos, efficiently as requested and notified me that it could have been connected in a better way from the company that sold me the fire place, which I concured. I'll call them back to reinstall them.

Have a problem with your furnace, just give them a call. From the people answering the phones to the tech thst showed up (Dom), everyone is super kind and helpful. He had my furnace up and running in an hour and identified a few other issues as well which were fixed. No upsells and you are not left with a ridiculous invoice at the end of it. They even saved me forty bucks by switching my Sat service call to end of day on Fri. I highly recommend their services!
