Doctors Walk-In Medical Clinic

I was lucky to find this clinic still open on a Friday afternoon. Very pleasant front reception, kind to every person in there.

Very ignorant and rude personal. Never answered calls. Sent referral to doctor who has been retired for 10 years! Don’t waste your time on them.

Came to visit Doctors walkin clinic. Very bad experience with the doctor (Dr Michael Hart). He is not able to figure out the problem and talking in a rude way. He is not ready to hear what is the exact problem of the patient and said nothing he can do other than giving pain relief tablet.

We were in and out and 1.5 hours, the receptionist was so friendly, the Doctor was very nice, very thorough, asked lots of important questions, listened to my concerns, it's so nice to see a walk in clinic who cares for their patients and do what they do because they want to help people!

This place is a joke every time we go here. They seem to be fall to capacity yet when I called the reception they said that they weren’t busy today. It’s ridiculous. This is the last time I’ll be going to the doctors office.

They close the clinic whenever they feel like. Timing dont matter to them. People and their medical need dont matter to them.

Walk in, wait was about an hour. The admin and doctor were very nice, in and out within a reasonable time.

I took my son in this location since he had a stomach pain. First time visiting this place and we are very pleased to find out that our favorite Doctor is there. Dr. J Kelland, his amazing very helpful and smart.
The receptionist is so nice too and friendly I think her name is (Normida) I hope I put her name right.

Was told to come back in an hour, so i came back in an hour.then had to wait hour and a half before i just walked out.i couldnt take sitting in the waiting room anymore i was in pain and they did not care

Recently they have turned a corner and are very well run. I think it’s because of the wonderful nurse they have there Monday-Friday and the medical secretary too. What a great team. Doctors are cheery too.

Wow the worse clinic! I can't even get the results of my blood work because they have yet to answer the phone. I traveled there to get bloodwork done and asked them why they don't answer the phone. I have 4 children and in order to get my results I had to go with all of my children because they won't call me or answer the phoneit doesn't even ring

Unethical! The doctors repeatedly ignored me for simple blood results & medication renewal. One doctor didn't call back for weeks & after repeated calls, another ordered more tests & again after repeated calls, simply didn't get back to me. This is a hormone replacement medication that i need to live since having had cancer. That's how they operate, ignore you & hope you go away.l believe we have lots of doctors in ON, but with so many walk-in clinics & phone only options, they can pick & choose who they want as patients & just refuse to get back to you if you require more follow up than most.

Made an appointment for a phone call at 8: 10am, 5 hours later and still no call. Luckily I read the reviews and also made myself an appointment at South London Urgent Care. No issues at South London Urgent Care and I had my prescription by 10: 30am. If they ever actually call I will be sure to let them know that their service is garbage. Would give less than one star if I could.

Run don't walk to this place! This is the best service I have received EVER in any medical situation. The receptionist is nothing short of an angel! She was kind and patient although we didn't realize it was call in only she provided so much care. The Doctor who called us was detailed thorough and caring. We will use this clinic always when needed and will recommend to anyone who needs prompt care! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

I went here this morning at 830. Sign in the window that said "open". When I got to the door, there was a sign that said call this number and we will get back to quickly. So I did, and they didn't call back quickly. I tapped on the glass door and the secretary came out and told me that I have to call the number and if I need a prescription the dr will send it to my pharmacist. I told her I did and she said oh, well the dr is not here so go home and call. I live 7 minutes away and I called as soon as I got home. When I called the voice mail said the box was full and couldn't take any further calls
It's no wonder they're have 384 with only a 1 rating. What a sad outfit this place is. Keeping this up that type of extremely poor service up, this place will surely shutdown and so it should.

They ask you to call the number and leave a message if you want to see the doctor but the voicemail is full and no one picks up the phone.

They don't do in-person consultations any more, it's a telephone consult. You call at 8 am leaving your name and number and then spend all day waiting for a call back. For the first 6 hours, if you try to call you receive a message stating "that the answering machine you are trying to reach is full. " After that, you get a message stating that there are no more appointments being made for the day.

I called at 8: 04 this morning, it's now 12: 35 am (16.5 hrs later) and not a call back.

Do better.

The doctor called back within an hour of my initial contact, and I was able to pick up my prescription an hour after that again. Quick, efficient and pleasant service - thank you.

Everything about this clinic screams, "we are here to make money and our patients are secondary". Every time I go I don't even get a chance to explain my problem. I always get cut off and rushed. Bad vibe!

Called multiple times during the period it was open and no one picked up. Rang until voicemail every single time and the voicemail was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.

Walk in receptionist smiles but continues to work on computer, stands up says sorry and calls some people in. Few min later returns and starts working on computer again with I assume a Dr. A patient waiting says they close soon, so I had to interrupt the receptionist to ask. And the Dr? Said yes we're closed.
How ignorant can somoene be, like I was standing there cuz I was bored?
What a joke clinic, no wonder the reviews are garbage.

Total incompetence. Appointment for 8: 55. Received call at noon. Was told 2 prescriptions would be called in. Only one received. Called for update. Faxed Second prescription on black paper which could not not be read. No prescription for me. Can't believe OHIP allows them to stay in business.

I wouldn't waste your time, I booked a phone appointment as that's all there is, like what is a walk in clinic anymore? For 8: 50 am, no phone call thought maybe they're busy, I'll wait a little longer and then had no phone call! Why do you have an online booking system when the doctor never calls you anyways? So stupid.

Sign on door says closed 5pm, was there at 4: 30 and door was locked. Called 1: 50pm number posted next day and was told day’s appointments full and to not leave a message! I only need my history sent to newly acquired family doctor, I wouldn’t think I even need to actually see doctor. Getting the run around!

Instead of giving me the advice that I should look for a hospital, they just ignore me. They didn't answer my email, the doctor didn't call me at the appointed time. I felt completely helpless.

I've had 2 appointments in the last 2 months and each they were they were unable to help me. They said they would look into it and get back to me, which is fine, but they never called me back. I've tried calling them and left 3 voicemails in the hopes of getting some kind of update and they still won't call me back. Since every clinic right now is call only your better off going somewhere else since the doctors walkin clinic is a waste of time.

I would give them -50 stars if I could, they are the most unprofessional group of so-called "doctors" that ever lived, they refuse to l listen to me and sent me for an x-ray just so they could bill OHIP knowing full well it was not a bone issue, then refuse to call you back with the results

Worse doctors! I called because I’ve been feeling dizzy. And after the blood tested, they won’t give any prescription or advice even though some of my blood tests are low. And they won’t even explain why I feel dizzy? Worse doctors and make sure to change the doctor right away if they assign dr. Hafshah

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and rude. The doctor was nice though and listened to what I had to say but my prescription was not sent to my pharmacy. I waited hours and called the clinic 4 times. In a lot of pain but still my prescription is not at the pharmacy.

Appointment over phone went great but they still haven’t faxed my prescription to the pharmacy after over 3 hours.

This place is very very bad. They need to learn to keep their opinions to themselves. People in the medical field should know this.
They also push MNRA vaccines onto people and shame people that do not have one.

Great experience. I left a message and received a call shortly afterwards from the receptionist and Doctor to refill a prescription. Kind, professional staff and quick, efficient service. I've been to this clinic many times and have never had a bad experience.

My prescription was never faxed and its a 4 day long weekend. I now have to go to the emergency room to get the prescription.

Awful, supposed to be a walk in clinic but they’re never open. They tell you to leave a message and they don’t call you back.

I called to speak with a Dr as directed by the sign on the window. I have hurt my knee and I was wanting to have it looked at they refused to see me as they are only doing phone consultations. This is not how you practice medicine. You need to see your patients! They are double vaccinated so there is no reason they should not be able to see you.

Worst doctor ever, never solve any problem. I dont have any words to explain how irresponsible, nobody is doing anything in this clinic, Government should cancel doctors' license.

Awful experience. Walk in clinic that you can’t walk into. You need to phone them to arrange a phone consult which is fine. I was told the doctor would phone at 1: 30, he phoned at 1pm while I was at work. At 1: 30 I tried phoning back, nobody picked up until 2: 30. By 2: 30 the receptionist told me he was gone for the day. Just an embarrassing experience, avoid this place.

Nowadays you can judge the value of a walk in clinic by whether or not it stays open during lockdown. If it doesn't it was deemed so unimportant by those that run it, that it wasn't deemed an essential service. It also shows how little it values prescriptions for controlled substances and those that might need them. Fake Doctors.

Went to this clinic for a specialist app, not going to mention the Dr name but ive never felt so degrated as a human being in all my life, left in tears, basically everything i told him he would basiclly tell me i was not telling the truth, this doctor was a nightmare, not compassionate at all, and then told me he was going to tell my primary doctor not to give me no antibiotics to treat ongoing UTIs because he said that from what i told him, it wasnt infections at all i was getting. He wouldnt let me speak and if i did get any word in he would say no thats no right. This doctor is lucky i dont report him to the College, I dont know who this doctor thinks he is speaking to a patient like he did to me. I feel sorry for any person that see's this Doctor hes a very very hateful unprofessional and will try to rip any kind of dignity away, by the time i left i felt suicidal, dont go to this clinic if you have health issues because youll leave there feeling hopeless and defeated. This isnt healthcare at all its a Doctor being a damm bully

AMAZING! I called in to get my knee injury checked out. The receptionist and was super efficient and polite. I chose to speak to the doctor over the phone for a tele medicine consult. I was seen in under 30 minutes. I called in at 3pm and was seen in about 30 minutes. The doctor was very kind and attentive, communicated clearly and suggested I go for an ultrasound for my nagging knee pain. They also put me in touch with the best physiotherapy place in town. Excellent patient care!

Excellent fast professional front-end response in a covid environment. The doctor was very thorough on the phone in the virtual environment.

Do not go here if you are transgender. I am not sure if it was a language barrier or just ignorance, but the doctor who I spoke to could not understand, despite me explaining multiple times. I do not expect the doctor here to be an expert on trans health care, but knowing that trans people exist and being able to direct them to the appropriate services is the bare minimum. I only give two stars because I have previously had good experiences here, but I was made to feel so invalidated and insulted during my last phone call. I will not be returning.

My experience (s) at this Clinic are share-worthy! Dr. Khan is the epitome of kind, thoughtful, caring, empathetic, considerate, supportive, understanding & every other positive adjective one can think of. But not for what I am going through, our paths may never have crossed-always a positive side when you least expect it!

This Clinic has fine-tuned the pandemic protocol with very quick responses. To all the Staff, thank you & stay safe!

Been a few times. Rush you in and out, so I personally stopped going. I brought my daughter there as she just needed a Dr note, the Dr, was "creepy", inappropriate touching and asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the appt. Won't be going there again.

I showed up to the clinic at 1pm and waited 5 hours to speak to a doctor. After wasting my whole day waiting. Doctor Ahmed came in and wouldn’t listen to me and was rushing referring me to my family doctor. I felt like he was unprofessional, and undermining my concerns. All I needed was some paper work filled out which I’ve filled out at walk in clinic before. I felt like he made his money from my appointment and wanted me out of there so he can go home. Terrible service!

The male doctor made me cry. I was experiencing a very painful issue that happens to me from time to time that needs antibiotics that are not over the counter so I have to go to these places to get treated. Got there at 7: 30am and waited for almost 2 hours. I know exactly what I have since I’ve been having this issue for the past two years very frequently, and it’s never been an issue beforehand to get my antibiotics. I couldn’t provide a urine sample for them because I had literally gone to the bathroom 3 times in my 2 hour wait with them in excruciating pain. He then proceeded to scold me for not being about to provide him with one and basically threatened to not prescribe me the antibiotics I needed to receive. I will NEVER be going to such a horrible place like this again with their lazy and unconcerned staff. Shame on this doctor

Inconsistent weekend hours. They closed when they want apparently leaving people with nowhere to turn depending on the time.

As most of the reviews say, avoid this place. It is very true that they only see 1-2 patients per hour. Also, they open early but won't see patients for an hour after opening. They will close 4 hours early because there are 4 patients and it will take until 8pm to see them all. If that wasn't enough, the doctors are terribly rude. The Thompson walk in clinic opens early too and is much better.

Wait times are as high as 4-5 hours!
Despite the clinic's name, there's only 1 doctor on staff. Not only that, with a waiting room FULL of people (because they continuously register people without telling them the rough wait time) a doctor left at 3pm and the next one wasn't in until 4! Meaning, there was a room full of people which continued to fill up further, WITHOUT A DOCTOR TO SEE THEM!

From my experience, two of their doctors are good, but at least one of them is poor he won’t listen to you and won’t answer your concerns, but he will tell you he is certified doctor he knows everything so listen to him! If you unfortunately see him, he will make you never come back unless you don’t ask questions.

Hours are posted as closing at 8pm Sundays. Just brought my daughter in at 4: 15 and the sign on door states at capacity for the day so closed. There were 3 people in the waiting room so unless it's going to take an hour per patient my guess is they want an early start to holiday Monday. I will file an official complaint with Patient Ombudsman.

Says open till 8p, they are not. Online check in they participate in says 1hr+ wait, nope sign on their door that they reached daily capacity and locked their door.

When i called this morning, the lady on the phone was very unprofessional and seemed very uninterested in what i had to say. No help what so ever and very rude.

If you go here don’t expect the doctors to listen to you when you try to tell them what’s wrong. I’ve been here twice and both times he didn’t ask many questions and didn’t let me explain my symptoms, completely useless clinic

Literally the slowest clinic on the planet would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 hours and there was only 6 ppl before me like what? !? !? How slow can you be

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place plays with your emotions. They close when they want at random times. Staff is rude. They never get your x rays on time and basically play with your health. I normally don't write reviews but this place won the award for worst clinic in my opinion. Please if you can try, find a better walk-in clinic to go to!

Well. I spoke with dr. Jonathan keys. Having him just a few weeks earlier for a different minor issue compared to today.he's very focused and professional and took probably 1/2 hour on my.yes. 1 issue. To speed up the process as I spoke with 2 others waiting. I wrote down all my symptoms/concerns/ history to help him formulate and make the proper decisions a dr needs to make. He is good. Having been to this clinic a year ago I understand the 1 stars. Really I do. Office staff are well. Good now but yes.rather rude before. The washroom.and I'll post a pic of ants around the toilet is disturbing. But.as for this dr.keys. I'll only see him if he's on. Guess I got a lucky roll of the dice. For some reason my dice ended up at start of my review.a dr. A Male dr that genuinely took his time resolving 1 yes 1 serious problem I had to deal with. Thank you.

Waited with a friend for hours to be seen.doctor raised his voice over hers and didn't listen to symptoms. Luckily family doctor was able to diagnose correctly.you'll waste your time coming here cuz they don't get the diagnoses right anyway. I'll never come here and I'll see to it that my friends and family don't either

Dr. Walji is no good. Better to see family doctor or go to a different clinic. We received good diagnosis somewhere else. Lady at front desk was helpful telling you how many people were before you.

Great Medical staff at this location and the doctors are phenomenal and the ladies at the front are great, kind, helpful as can be, keep it up:)

Went during open hours and it wasn't open. Drove all the way there, there wasn't even a notice on the website saying they closed early. Clearly don't care about patients. What a waste of my time.

The doctor that saw me was very judgmental. He prescribed medication going off of 2 symptoms when I had more. His assessment took less than five minutes.

Poor service, don't waste your time here. Doctors act like they can never be wrong yet seem to be wrong often according to these reviews. When is management going to start taking the patients side and listen. Maybe they might actually get a good review. Should have listened to friends before coming here

Wait times are horrendous. Waited over 3 hours to see the doctor. Doctor did not know what he was doing. My child had a persistent headache and fever with jaw pain and yellow discharge coming for her nose for 72 hours. A Telehealth nurse told me to request a urine sample by the doctor due to accidents that started happening around the same time. Doctor stated that he would not do a urine sample as "her urine is probably contaminated anyway because she's a little girl - go to emerge". I have never been refused to do a urine sample before because " it's probably contaminated anyway". I asked him if it was normal protocol to go to emerge for a uti, and he stuttered saying, "well, um, yes, because it would just be contaminated anyway if I tested it here from my experience. " I wonder how many children he ignored having a uti because, in his mind, it's very common for little girls to have false negatives. (What's the point of having test strips then in general?) Also, he stated that you can have pneumonia with clear lungs and he can't test for pneumonia in clinic, even though my daughter had pneumonia 5 months ago and was diagnosed and treated IN A CLINIC. I know what pneomnia symptoms look like since she had it in the past and it did not included a severe, persistent headache with no sign of cough. I told him I was going to record the conversation as he sounded absurd and I wanted to get a second opinion on what he was saying, but he stated that no phones are allowed in the clinic so I may not record. Convenient! Very unprofessional and clearly not the top of his class in med school.

Why do they post hours when you NEVER abide by them - don't waste your time. If I could rate a BIG FAT ZERO. You owe me $20 for gas, I went there twice and both time closed at 6: 20.

Keep in mind I NEVER leave reviews, so that should tell you something. I've always had good care from any doctor here, but don't expect to ever see the same doctor twice. The front reception is very hot & cold. Don't ever expect to wait any less than 1.5hrs even if you get here at 7: 30am when the "open". The reception herself confirmed that the doctors don't arrive until "around 8: 15", a full 45 minutes after they open. All this does is force people to leave their house very early to sit in the waiting room around others who are sick, not in the interest of public health. EVEN IF YOU ARE THE VERY FIRST PATIENT OF THE DAY YOU WILL HAVE WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR FOR NO REASON.
They should change the hours to reflect when they are ACTUALLY open. Health care in London is terrible, the worst in any city Ive lived in.

I'd give no stars. I went in with intense pain in my foot, was accused of being a drug addict & ended up in a screaming match-STARTED by the Doctor! I had purple streaks in my hair from a charity event-some how that was proof I was drug seeking. I left there & went to the hospital- I needed surgery. Stay away from these psychos.

Go to a different Walk-in. I have always left disappointed. And I was the 4th person there at 745 and waited an hour to be seen. The doctor arrived at 8: 24am. What a joke this place is! I agree 100% with last post! I was there yesterday and felt the need to inform others. Go somewhere else, I will never support this clinic again knowing the truth!

This clinic is the best clinic I have been to. I don't understand the last patients comments. She had a sick child, very sick, she waited in a walk in clinic for? How many hours. When the Doctor told her she should take the child to Emergency then he is telling her, your child is sick, and needs more testing then we can do on a Sunday night with no labs or x'rays open to do any testing.did the child even give a urine sample, To me that is someone who did not get what she wanted and is clouding what really happened in that room.

Every time I come it’s closed. Even when they say they’re open. Even when I come we’ll before they say they close. When I try calling no one picks up. Don’t waste your time trying to come here. One star isn’t low enough.

I had an allergic reaction to the meds they put me on for a UTI, I had a big rash on my forehead and the doctor asked if it was a sunburn.it looked nothing like a sunburn, I also had a fever and I almost passed out in the waiting room. The doctor was really annoyed with me and thought I was an indiot and I was lying, even after I told them about passing out at work. Instead of giving me a different med for my UTI with a med to counteract the allergic reaction they just gave me something to make the reaction go away and my UTI came back.don’t waste your time here I’m always disappointed going here I refuse to go anymore. The only nice part about this place is the nurses, not like it helps you though.

Worst walk in clinic in London.and thats saying something. After waiting 3 hours to see the doctor he didn't even LOOK at my throat before telling me I had strep throat and a lung infection. And to top off the appointment they sent me home with another girls doctors note, when I called in to tell them about their mistake, they didn't even have MY visit on file! Needless to say never going back. The receptionists could also learn how to smile once in a while.

Absolutely the worst walk in clinic ever was open until 8pm but said it cant take any more around 7: 00pm patients absolutely disgusted

My mom had the best diagnose possible to her symptoms all thanks to Dr. Siyon Chung. And the medication that was prescribed to her gave her instant relief. Thank you for figuring out what has been bothering her for years.
