Chris fixed our door (out of alignment and off the track), did some necessary maintenance and pointed out a deficiency in the original construction and installation of the door to keep an eye on all in about 20 minutes. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend Dodds to anyone who needs service with their garage door.

The installation of our garage doors was a positive experience. The installer definitely knew what he was doing and got to work right away. Very pleased with the installation and the product. Dodds kept us informed on our order, ETA and called to ensure we were happy with the results.

Excellent service and Brian the installer of the door was a pure gentleman and did a fabulous job his attention to detail was second to non! Plus I think he enjoyed playing with his little helper our Golden Retriever Oliver!

Our installation was non standard because we have 2 car lifts in the garage. Dodds went above and beyond to get their best installers to do this properly. The new door is so quiet and improves the overall look of the front of our house.
The original install was expected to be about 3 months due to delays in the overall supply chain but Dodds received the door earlier from their manufacturers and installed it after only 6 weeks. We are very, very pleased.

We went with Dodds as the result of a friend's recommendation. The installation was completed as promised. It was very quick and I am amazed at how quiet the door is when opening and closing. Condo board hired Dodd's Garage guys for repairing single car garage door.spring had snapped in half. Chris showed up promptly, and repaired the garage in 35 minutes. Dodds customer service is amazing. From the initial step of someone coming and reviewing the requirements till the timely installation of the door. Proper clean up after completion. Next day post installation service call. Since i ordered capping a estimated time-line was given. You can always get price negotiation (s) however service is something you can't comprise on. I recently had a new garage door installed. Dodd’s garage door provided a great door and excellent service. They are prompt to address any questions you have pertaining to the installation process and work with you if you are not satisfied. I definitely recommend this company for garage door installation or for repairs.

We had two garage doors replaced which included a tune up of our existing garage door opener system if not replacing (much quieter now).
