Had my grandpa's funeral on Wednesday, Jul. 12, at Burlington Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home. Thanks to Kristen, who helped us set up the whole event, Coach Ken for safely driving my Grandpa to the cemetery, and Tom and all the staff (sorry I didn't know your names) who were there the whole time on Wednesday. All the staff demonstrated an unwavering commitment to serving our family during this challenging time. They were empathetic, patient, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns we had. Their expertise and experience were evident throughout the entire process, from coordinating logistics to floral arrangements and multimedia presentations.

We can’t say enough about the care, sensitivity, professionalism and kindness we received from Tom Flannery and all his staff during the recent passing of our Mother. It was exactly the same for our Dad when he passed six years ago.
