Such a friendly staff and they explain everything in great detail! Even ask if I have any concerns myself! Gojo is only a baby at 3 months but even he isn’t that nervous when we visit! My family brings all of their pets here and we will continue to do so. Thank you for caring for our furr family members!

I've taken a few of my pets to this clinic. They have always provided them with great care. The staff is so friendly and they are very compassionate and welcoming. I've always felt very secure bringing my cats here.

We're truly grateful for the entire medical team at Dog & Cat Clinic of Niagara, esp Dr Habib! The team was able to squeeze us in on a fully booked clinic day, because our cat was gagging / coughing / dry heaving after a large vomit. They saw us in a couple of hours and Dr Habib started the necessary tests and treatments for her. They kept her safe and sound during her hospital admission. After discharge, the team followed up with us and didn't hesitate to bring her back when she didn't fully recovered. Thank you very much for giving our baby the best care ever + saving her life <3

My sweet little girl Lily, a 5 year old cane corso just recently had TPLO surgery done by Dr. Aziz. I didn't have a single negative thing to say about the entire experience. Dr. Aziz explained the surgery thoroughly, the details of what he was performing, the steps of recovery and the timelines, all while making sure I was at ease and had every bit of information I needed. The rest of the team at the clinic were also very on top of checking in on our girl through out recovery to see how she was. This clinic amazes me every time and I couldn't be happier with how our girl recovered, and how amazing her incision looks/healed! I'd recommend Dr. Aziz and his team a million times over!

My dog Kai had to have surgery due to a rupture from his spay and Dr. Aziz got him in right away and fixed him up. I had bad experiences with other clinics where they order lab work or X-ray that aren’t necessary, that’s absolutely not the case with Dr. Aziz and his clinic. You can feel the amount of knowledge, experience and continued education in his consultation.
Dr. Aziz is so kind, gentle and has your pet’s best interest at heart. I’m thankful that my dog Kai is in such caring hands!

A few months ago, Dr. Aziz performed a lumpectomy and mastectomy on our beloved, nine-year-old mixed Chihuahua, Papillon named Bijoux. All the cancer was removed and she healed so well. She’s running around and jumping like a puppy, you would never know she’s nine years old. Unfortunately, right after her surgery our beloved 12 year old retriever, Emily fell and broke her hip along with other health complications. She had to cross the rainbow bridge, sadly she could not be fixed. The entire staff, especially Doctor Aziz was so comforting, informative and caring, it really touched our hearts during these trying times. We are so grateful to the expertise of Doctor Aziz especially when it concerns cancer. The entire staff at this clinic are exceptional and extremely caring. This is the veterinarian clinic that is outstanding and a real treasure for our family. Thank you all for your service, support and dedication. We relocated here from Thunder Bay and we are so pleased to have found this wonderful outstanding veterinarian care.

Took our cat here for the first time during an emergency situation, and we were seen by the vet within 5 minutes of getting there. We ended up getting some sad news, but every single one of the staff that helped us were so caring and compassionate during such a tough time. My family and I have experienced some bad vets but this clinic was fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

I had the most pleasant experience here. My dog was experiencing a somewhat severe emergency situation.
When I called in, they were extremely understanding and were able to book me in for surgery less than 5 hours later. Dr. Aziz was kind, understanding and sympathetic. He talked to me before the surgery to address all my concerns and what to expect. He also took extra time with me after the procedure to make sure everything was clear. He answered all of my questions. The cost was very reasonable. I cannot thank Dr. Aziz enough for his patience and help with my dog. My dog is already back to her old self in no time.

DO NOT go here. Dr. Nick is great, however Dr. Aziz is the biggest scammer. They tried to charge me $340 for a visit with antibiotics, which I paid for - and then wanted another $900+ for my dog to have a few stitches. Went to another vet for a second opinion and paid $240 for the appointment AND the stitches/sedation and everything was done in the hour, unlike cat and dog clinic where you have to wait for the “surgeon” to be in - aka Dr. Aziz. ANY qualified vet should be able to perform stitches. I’ll take the $240 over the $1,200+ any day. You’d think with their ridiculously high prices they’d be able to pay their vet techs more - but nope, the $ that you send through ETRANSFER goes straight into Aziz’ pocket. Money hungry, greedy, & Preys on people who just want their pet to be as healthy as possible. Because you’ll pay whatever price needed to save them, right? Immoral. Would NOT recommend. He even screws up simple routine surgeries like neutering…. $$$$$$$$

I had to bring my cat there for an emergency dental surgery, and everyone there was so kind and caring.
They have so much compassion for animals.
My kitty is doing great now and happier than ever.

I recently switched from another local veterinary service as I was extremely disappointed in the services and customer experience.

Immediately upon walking in, I knew this was the right choice for me and my pups. I was greeted immediately. There was little no wait time to see the Vet and the Vet was extremely friendly, and patient with me as I had some questions.

The cost is certainly fair. However the service is impeccable. I’m super disappointed I didn’t stumble upon The dog and cat clinic of Niagara sooner. I could have saved myself lots of trouble.

My experience with my previous vet was that of judgement for diet choice (raw at the time), little to no advice when I had questions, and most importantly my dogs exams and vaccinations were not done in the exam room with me present.

All in all super happy with my choice to move on!

Dr. Aziz and Dr. Nick are amazing. We have had some frequent flyer moments recently and they both have been nothing but compassionate and understanding. Losing a pet is a difficult time and they made the time easier. They made us feel like we were their only patients. They followed up with us occasionally to make sure our other pets were OK as well. Amazing techs as well. I love everybody there. We have English Bulldogs and they are very knowledgeable in the breed. And if they don't know something they tell you and research it. I appreciate that. A great Vet clinic.

My 120 lbs. Lab/Shepherd x named Jax had TPLO surgery 2 weeks ago. He is doing great! Dr. Aziz is amazing. Cori is awesome. Dr. Aziz called the day after the surgery to see how Jax was doing and Corri has called several times to ensure Jax was doing well and to answer all of our questions. I took Jax to another referral and had yet another phone referral and both places were quoting prices over $7,000! Dr. Aziz IS the specialist. He has sought out the training and has the skill and compassion to do this major surgery. His hospital is all in house where all of the staff have the training, knowledge, skills and abilities to do all the xrays, blood work etc.that goes with this kind of surgery. This keeps the price down. I highly recommend Dr. Aziz and his staff! They go above and beyond. They truly care. If your dog needs surgery or any care Dr. Aziz and his team are amazing!

Dr Aziz is professional, knowledgeable and so compassionate. My Cane Corso Zoey had TPLO surgery done in June 2022 by Dr Aziz and she has 100% fully recovered. She is back to herself again running around and enjoying life! I’m extremely pleased with her outcome and I would recommend Dr Aziz to anyone looking for a vet or TPLO surgery. He is the best! AND he couldn’t do it without his amazing staff! Everyone is an absolute pleasure and they took such good care of my girl. A truly amazing place!

The dog and cat clinic has been my families vet for years. We have always felt that everyone there cares about you and your animals well being. They were extremely compassionate when we had to put our Newfie down suddenly and didn’t make us spend a bunch of money on tests knowing the likely end result. My last experience was an unexpected emergency with my cat. I was seen right away without hesitation and treated with compassion and care. I was given different options before hand and explained so I understood what was going on. I couldn’t recommend a better veterinary office to anyone!

I am giving this place two stars from my experience to help warn others. I am disappointed at the level of care and service for my dog Charlie. Charlie has an on going skin condition. With a baby on the way I asked if there is any way to help him on a budget. They suggested a monthly shot to help his skin and antibiotics here and there.

I spent way too much there with no results.

Its upsetting that this money could have been put to good use. I still feel like I was swindled.

I ended up taking him back to the vets in Hamilton to recieve proper care for Charlie. He is doing much better for a fair price.

For people who are trying to save money, I would advise against this clinic. They are far too busy and charge too much for their services.

I feel like it’s a safe space to share my concerns about my pet and I’m always taken seriously. The staff is always friendly and I even made a pet friend!

I have been taking my cat here for two years and have always had a positive experience. The staff are so friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I always feel reassured that my cat is in good care here. It’s also reassuring to know that I can phone the clinic if needed and the staff are always happy to help over the phone too.

I made a huge mistake bringing my dog to this clinic. Its all about money. I have been here 3 times and every time they are just billing you for whatever they can.
This time, after the visit with the doctor, she said she is going to flush my dogs ear and put medication in his ear, i waited for 40 minutes and another girl came with the bill. I said i am still waiting for the ear gets flushed.
She had no idea. The doctor came and tried to bring excuses.
I told them just give me the bill. It took them another 10 minutes for it. Worst place ever. Just about money, nothing else. So disappointed.

Took me and my new cat in on a new client emergency situation when they were full and busy and were caring, understanding, and beyond helpful. They treated my cat like their own and handle her with such care. I drove from a different city and I'll continue to do so in the future. Definitely my new vet.

They were very quick to get Nala in, and they weren’t rude about it at all. Very knowledgeable and friendly and will for sure be bringing nala back for care.

Our fur baby took extremely ill this past Thursday we took her to our vet in Thorld immediately. They started to do an exam an told us our baby girl was extremely ill an would need emergency surgery immediately or she would pass. We agreed to do the surgery an they went on to tell us they didn't have time to save her life. Go find another vet that could help. I called The Dog and cat clinic an spoke with Stephanie. She was a blessing she had us in within minutes. They where amazing to deal with. Had our baby stable an ready for surgery. They allowed myself an children to be with her up till surgery an called us to come visit with her an speak with the surgeon following surgery. I was able to call multiple times for updates was never made to feel as if I was a bother. They always said call when ever you have a spare moment give a call. They made us feel so much better with our situation. I have never dealt with such a loving an caring team. From our family thank you for saving our fur baby we will only be going to The Dog an cat clinic of Niagara from now on.

Everyone at the clinic is patient and responsible. This clinic has been with my family for three years. My family have been here for surgeries, daily check-ups, and annual rabies shots, and they are all healthy and energetic now. Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to everyone around me who has pets at home.

This veterinary clinic is the only one I hope to ever have to deal with and recommend highly to everyone I know who has a pet. The staff are phenomenal and their prices are very reasonable compared to any place else I have checked in the area.
I had to have my poor sweet Ivy (cat) put down a few years ago and they were so caring. I have since taken my other cats to them for treatment and annual checkups. I can't say enough good about them!

My first visit with Dr Aziz was so pleasant. He took the time to explain my sick cat Jerry’s situation and answered all of my concerns about treatment. I didn’t feel rushed. The girls in the reception area are friendly and polite. Their prices are affordable and the whole staff seem very companionate about the care of their patients. Our vet clinic that we go to in Niagara Falls is closed, and we wanted to check our dog asap. The clinic is very responsive and got us a spot right away. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Haidy is super nice! I would likely recommend this office!:)

I was in Niagara Falls staying temporarily with my brother after a fire in my home rendered my dog and I homeless.
My dog Tucker a 16 year old Black Labrador was in the final stages of his life and I was far away from his veterinarian and needed help.
I was able through the Dog and Cat Clinic to have him examined in the comfort of my brothers home, and with the help of Dr. Aziz I was able to let my baby cross over the Rainbow Bridge and to be out of pain.
I will be forever grateful for the kind and gentle way Tucker was treated in his last earthly minutes.

Dr Nick was super sweet with our nervous pup. He made everybody feel comfortable while still providing thorough, competent care. We will be going back for our vet related needs.

I have been going to this clinic for years now. I take all my children here and recommend this place to my friends and family. The staff is kind, caring, and patient. My yellow lab Benny absolutely loves them. They are also much more reasonably priced than other locations. This clinic is an absolute gem!

I brought my Mallory in yesterday (Oct 8th, 2021) and was seen by Nick at the clinic. He was very professional, kind and honest. I wasn't pushed into anything drastic but instead was given an inexpensive medication for my sick dog. I will be returning to this clinic as I left completely satisfied in all respects.

This clinic has the best vets, veterinary assistants, and staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. My cat had kidney disease and they provided the most amazing care for him, even when he passed away. They were so caring. Since he passed, I've adopted a new cat and they are amazing with her as well.

Such amazing and caring staff. In the last year between my immediate family there was alot of loss. Before making any final decisions they tried and did everything possible to do what’s best in the interest of our fur babies. At that point I didn’t have any pets of my own but I knew as soon as I found my kitten I knew that this would be the vet that we’d be bringing Marley too. They’ve been so welcoming and friendly since we walked in the doors. As an added bonus their prices are affordable (not that I could put a price on my baby) it truly makes a difference when you are in the care of someone who actually cares about you and your pet

This is the most money hungry Veterinary I have ever been to. 1 year ago still during the pandemic my cats teeth cleaning invoice was $344 and today they want 835$ with no explanation or justification being provided after asking multiple times. I told them its a simple cleaning, he just has a bit of plaque build up, no gum disease, no tooth extractions. THIS PLACE WILL BREAK YOUR WALLET WITH A SINGLE VISIT BE WARNED.edit* In response to their response I will say I was quick to give a bad review, the only good thing about this place is that Ramses life was saved your prices are so ridiculous its like this place has no idea that not everyone who owns a pet is rich. I was quick to leave a bad review because the prices were already bad and then became 3x worse when I called yesterday with NO EXPLANATION. Seeing someone's response like this who continued to come to you for years spending thousands should be a wake up call that your prices are ideal for upper class citizens.

We received a referral to Dog & Cat Clinic from our groomer (Paws & Claws) and decided to take our new kitten here after having a terrible experience with a previous cat and vet. I cannot say enough about how amazing all of the staff and Dr. Nick are! We were welcomed with smiles from everyone; the energy there is incredible! All of the staff were super friendly and came in to meet our new little baby and introduce themselves to us. The facility was spotless and so inviting! We weren’t pressured into anything, only given genuine suggestions about things that could be beneficial to our kitten! The staff were so wonderful that our kitten even fell asleep on the table while we were doing her initial exam! We’re actually looking forward to coming back in the future! Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic for making our first visit so memorable!

I didn't find the staff to be very friendly. They were very cold and smug about things. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning, but they tried to add on additional charges for things my dog didn't need, before even checking her teeth to see what was needed. On top of this, my dogs teeth/gums have started to bleed again only a month later after her supposed cleaning. She also started gagging intermittently immediately after taking her to this vet, which is not something that was ever an issue before.

UPDATE:

My dachshund recently passed away from IVDD. After some research I discovered that it is very discouraged to spay/neuter a dachshund before 12 months of age as it significantly increases their odds of developing IVDD. This is very common knowledge in the dachshund community, but this being my first dog, I had no idea. So I went back to my dog’s receipts/records and found that this clinic spayed my dog at only 7 months! Why on earth would they encourage this when the data and research speaks for itself? !

Had this clinic been knowledgeable on the Dachshund breed they would have never suggested spaying my girl at 7 months. She died at only 5 years of age. It’s devastating to think if this was a responsible clinic my dog could have lived longer.

Stay far away from this place, they clearly don’t know enough about dogs and specific breeds. They’ll probably respond to this saying I’m not a patient of their’s to avoid taking responsibility which simply isn’t true and goes to show how unethical this place is. I have the receipt documentation and studies to prove it and I will be uploading it soon. Stay far far away.

If there was a negative star option, I would have used it. This clinic is terrible, there is a reason you have to wait for appointments at other clinics in the area; it is worth waiting to receive better treatment. I was very specific when making the appointment for my dog; I was 24hrs out of a leg cast and unable to drive or stand for long periods. I made them aware I would be using a car service and that it was very important we be seen on-time & I had to pick-up a prescription for my other dog and they said it would be ready at the desk.

I arrived a few minutes before my 11am appt, checked in and the first red flag was that they did not have a room open and asked me to wait in the waiting room. 15min later we were shown to a room and told it would not be long. At 11: 30am, 30min after the appt time, still no vet. I went to reception to tell them I had to go, the vet was there and when he heard about the wait time, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I then asked to just pay for the medication so I could leave and they had to go have it dispensed; it was not ready at the desk as they said it would be.

With three dogs, I have been to many clinics and this is easily the worst.

Response: Your reply would make sense if your team did one simple thing; make your clients aware there was an emergency or that their appt could be delayed due to an emergency. I was very clear when I made the appt and if I had been made aware of the possibility of a delay, it would have been my decision. At no time while I was in the clinic did anyone (including the vet) mention there was a emergency patient.

What I meant about waiting at other clinics is waiting for an appt. I called on Thursday and was booked in for an appt the next day; at most other clinics it would have been a few days wait because they respect their clients time and don’t stack appts to make more money.

Lastly, your shameless pitch re: an emergency patient sounds false because the vet had time to stand there, hear about my situation then shrug & walk away without so much as an apology. Do better.

My one dog ran away 2 yrs ago and was gone for many days. The dog and cat clinic took my dog as new patient no questions asked immediately and right away they were so kind towards my dog and great with me and every time since. I definitely remend the Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara.

Love the team here! The girls are always welcoming.and Dr Nick is a treasure. I had to say goodbye to my Jasper and they were so understanding and compassionate. Absolutely fantastic service at the Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara. Our senior cats (~13/14) and 3 y/o dog get the best care and cookies during their visits.

We had to bring our very senior dog in to see a vet and had heard amazing things from family members about the level of care that is provided by the clinic. Everyone was so kind and incredibly patient with Dozer. He got just what he needed in terms of love and medicine and even left with a long overdue pedicure. Thank you to the wonderful team!

The entire staff at Dog and Cat Clinic of Niagara have been wonderful to me and my dog, Sadie. They are professional, caring, and their love of the animals is obvious to everyone. This is the 2nd time I have visited the clinic. They are expensive but the additional cost is worth it regarding professionalism and responsiveness to my cat Lucy Ricardo's condition. I was treated fairly and I know that my cats Lucy and Priscilla were treated in kind, professional, compassionate manner. I want to thank both Dr Karim Aziz and Dr. Nicolas Snieder for their kindness and compassion regarding my sick little Lucy Ricardo. I am in the process right now of adopting 2 cats. I can rest assured that both my elderly cats received the best possible care given the fact they both suffered from hyper thyroid conditions.

Through the advice of a good friend, i sought comfort and relief when i knew it was time for my best good cat too move on.

I have had several people reccomend this vet clinic for when I decided to get a pet. I brought my cat there and they were amazing! The staff were quick to come get him. They were friendly and informative. I would highly reccomend anyone to bring there fur baby here!

Excellent, caring veterinary team. Dr Aziz diagnosed an issue that has been affecting our dog for more than 3 years and our previous vet couldn't, in addition, the clinic is spotless and the staff could not be nicer.

Excellent Service, kind and caring staff, is open late till 8 PM, which saved us paying the emerge.

I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for my family.

Originally I found this clinic through a facebook ad and I saved the ad via screenshot just in case. What prompted me to visit was unfortunately an emergency on a holiday. That day didn't have a good outcome but the staff was amazing in helping us through a very difficult time. We may not always like the diagnosis or the outcome but life is unfortunately unfair at times.

Our most recent visit with our dog during covid was difficult but the staff took care of everything amazingly. Communication was great. It makes me feel a little bit better handing off a family member who cannot speak to staff I wholeheartedly trust.

I have never been in with my dogs but I have called for advice while my vet has been closed. Erin and Dr. Nick were extremely helpful and patient with me as I asked many questions about fish oils! I'll start from the beginning, We started coming here 2 years ago since my dog was a pupper. We had many good visits and my dog was looked after professionally. They knew my dog and seemed to care about her and her anxiety. Little info about my dog, she's a big sweetheart and when she's home, she is the most loving and sweet dog. She acts "tough" and protects our home. BUT unfortunately she has one of the worst cases of anxiety I have seen in a dog. She is terrified of cars and trucks, loud noises and new people. Thankfully she's not aggressive but instead she ducks down and shakes and tries to hide.she is scared of ceiling fans and other over head objects and she will not move if she is scared. She won't go on walks because she is scared to walk down the sidewalk. It's alot of work but we love her and will do anything to make her comfortable. So, getting to the bad part of this review.something has changed in the last month's, they aren't the same anymore. I don't feel as though they care about my dog just my money.so anyway, My dog has a injury to her paw. It's a small bump that continues to get ripped open because she plays rough at home. So my wife called multiple times was put on hold (which we understand because of covid) but then after being hung up on, finally gets through to someone who knows nothing about what my wife just told someone else. No notes in my dogs file nothing. So we figure out, the bump needs to come off. They offer antibiotics but they said it most likely needs to be removed, so we made it clear again that she has bad anxiety and we don't want to bring her in if it's not going to get removed. The Dr told us "yes bring her in and I will sedate her and remove it" no price or nothing.so we bring her in and we had to literally drag my poor dog out of the truck she was terrified but we knew it had to be done, Instead we stressed my dog out, dragged her out of the truck with some strangers and left her in there, for them to tell us they don't think they will remove it because it's a whole procedure.so we tell them no, you told us you were going to remove it and now we have stressed her out for no reason at all. So what's the options now? They tell us that the antibiotics would be fine and they are going to ask what else we can do. So why did I bring her? Then they leave us standing outside with my dog inside stressing out. If you're not removing it, then why keep my dog in there, finally they come out (without my dog) and tell us that they will remove it for over a $700!?
Wait what? $700 lol we got her spayed there and a tooth removed for $605 I don't get it.they were mad at us because we were frustrated because they stressed my dog out for no reason, so they over priced us like crazy to remove a skin tag the size of a ladybug.
We have EVERY receipt from the day we went there. And the spay, blood test, tooth removal, micro chip and some cream all on the same bill is less expensive then removing a tiny skin tag!? Lost a customer for good. You need to re evaluate your prices and start getting organized. No one knew what they were talking about, noone told us a price and they didn't care about my dogs anxiety.

Always willing to go above to attend to mine and my dogs needs, even at a moments notice. My dog is very shy and doesn’t always warm up to people but loves seeing the staff here, which is also comforting to me as a pet parent.

All the staff at the clinic are amazing human beings who genuinely care and love animals. Dr. Aziz is an angel. A wonderful man who works hard to give his best to our furry family members. I recommend this Clinic to everyone and anyone who needs a safe, professional and affordable place to bring their babies.

We always have exemplary service and treatment when visiting the clinic. We have had Dr Nick as our primary care for many years, even prior to the clinic- we are so glad we followed him here. Dr Aziz helped us with our girl this past weekend. We were so concerned but knew she was safe at the clinic and in very good hands. Dr Aziz was so kind and caring, he helped not only Lilo but her parents too. The whole team at the clinic are incredible, we are grateful. Thank you.

I was SOOO impressed with the this clinic and the people who operate it. I was / am a new client in somewhat of an emergency situation. They took my cat in immediately and gave her spectacular care (and me, too! I was so upset by the time i called them). A no point did I feel rushed and quite the opposite, at every point of my cat's situation, they communicated plainly and with patience. I highly recommend this clinic for your furbaby's needs.

I have nothing but the best things to say about this clinic! ALL of the staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable, accommodating, and just overall outstanding. Any time I have brought my dogs here they have explained everything in great detail and don’t over charge or try to up sell procedures and medications like some vets I have experienced. Dr. Nick is friendly and compassionate, and one of the kindest vets I have experienced. He always goes above and beyond with the level of care for my dog, and always takes the time to make sure I understand everything that is happening. This is by far the best vet clinic I've ever been too. Dr Aziz and Dr Nick are wonderful. They take the time to explain things and answer any questions we might have about our pets. The staff and technicians are great as well - always friendly and very helpful. Pricing is always explained before committing and very good price at that!
I know my pets are always in good hands with these folks.

Really just the same as any other vet in Ontario. They'll do what they can and make sure you're billed for it! Even in these challenging pandemic times, no understanding nor compassion to accommodate their clients that already spent many thousands of dollars in their business in the past weeks.

We are so relieved to have found Dr Aziz and his staff. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. We have several cats that we brought in to the clinic and are extremely happy with the care they received. We strongly recommend the Dog & Cat clinic for superior care.

I've had the best experience in my life here. I came into this location last week all frazzled and upset about my cat, because he hurt his leg. The staff took take care of him and calmed me down. This clinic is very compassionate and understanding. I've been to many vet clinics before, but this one is the best, by far.

This vet explains everything perfectly, and has tons of compassion. I left with my boyfriends cat registered to this vet. I am most certainly registering my animals here also. To top it off.the best part about this clinic.they called a day or so after my cat was seen and they wanted to check up and make sure he was okay! That is the best compassion and integrity any vet clinic could have! I think all the veterinarian clinics in Niagara should follow their business model

The staff is great, super friendly, nice, understanding, however their pet care, not so great. I went to visit my cat and both times he was dirty. He had barium on the bottom on his chin and tail the first time. The second time he was covered in pee and litter.
