My rescue pup had never been groomed, so I was nervous. Lily was very sweet and patient and considered how much my pup could tolerate. She did a great job. I would definitely recommend her.

Lilia provided top-notch care for our two dogs during our 2-day absence in May 2023. Given that our pups were still adjusting to the Canadian environment, Lilia's exceptional attention to their needs truly stood out. She ensured timely walks, and her proactive approach with frequent photo and video updates showcased her dedication. Lilia went the extra mile by keeping us informed about their food intake, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being. My baby Leo is always well taken care of. I am usually very hesitant to leave him with anyone but I trust Liliya will always care for him well. My family highly recommends her.

My little dog can sometimes be very nervous when it comes to a new groomer (as he knows what the word means) so I was telling him groomer before we arrived. When Lily opened the door he ran right up the steps and to her on his own accord. She clearly has dog energy! His groom looked great. She did exactly as I asked and he came home happy and handsome from his experience. I would recommend her anytime!

Lilya is very caring and experienced dog caretaker. She took excellent care of our dog. We left our dog for the first time for a week when we went on a holiday, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our dog looked comfortable and relaxed on all photos, and Lilya took her our for daily walks. The dog was free to walk around the house, and the space is open and pet friendly.

Took excellent care of our cats, even gave eye drops to our older cat with no problems. Would highly recommend Liliya to look after your pets.

We have two pets; a 13 year old dog (with hip issues) and an 18 year old cat with diabetes. Both these pets require a significant amount of care and attention. Lilia was exceptional with both animals. She was able to care for both, while maintaining a loving relationship with both. This gave my wife an I an opportunity to get away for a few days and relax. I would not hesitate to use her services again, and would highly recommend her to anyone. She is dedicated, caring, and thorough. She kept us constantly up to date via text messaging.

Lilia was so great with our 2.5 year old shih-poo baby! She is naturally great with dogs, and connected instantly with my usually anxious pup. My dog had such a great time here, and Lilia sent photos and videos throughout the day care session. I highly recommend Lilia to everyone looking for a caring environment for their puppy!

Such a wonderful experience for our dog. He is treated with love when he is cared for regardless of his length of stay. Grooming on site is an added bonus!
