Dogtopia of Meadowvale

We had boarded our dogs Maira and Stella with Dogtopia for a week in December and Dogtopia was amazing. Maira is blind and they kept us up to date and accomodated her as she was not comfortable in her crate. I really appreciate this with a special needs dog it's not easy to find care. Our flight coming back was also delayed and they were amazing as we kept in contact and were able to keep my dogs there for another night. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We take our dog Tucker to get groomed at the Pawsh Dog located in Dogtopia. They do a great job, and he always comes back looking so fresh and handsome! They even provide a report card afterwards to update you on any issues they found, and take pictures of the pups after they finish with cute seasonal backgrounds. We love the groomers at the Pawsh Dog - thank you for taking such good care of our pup!

My dog seemed to like it here initially when I signed up for a package in 2020. The reception desk was friendly and receptive and when I viewed the cameras the staff was engaging and playing with the dogs. Forward to this year I thought to take my dog back. The reception was not as friendly as before. When I viewed the cameras there were almost 20 dogs or more in a room with only 1 staff that was more busy cleaning up the waste. At one point someone was cleaning the plastic risers that the dogs like to rest on and they were handling them roughly-the dogs around seemed to be scared and ran away from that area because of it. I bought a package of 10 stays prior to dropping my dog off but sadly I will not take him back there as they seem understaffed.

My dog loves this place and they treat your dog with love. Really nice staff that care about your pet.

This facility deserves a zero star. After speaking over the phone with a representative I booked a meet and greet for my dog. Went on the day of meet and greet and the girl at the front desk was so rude with us. They basically didn’t want to keep my dog unless we commit towards booking 2-3 days of daycare every week. Over the phone or in their website no such thing is mentioned that they only take dogs if owners are willing to put them in day care for at least 2-3 days a week. It’s just a moneymaking business and they are looking for a steady source of revenue. None of the staff we met looked like dog lovers and the vibes we got was just awful for a facility which claims that they care about dogs. Stay away from dogtopia meadowvale!
