Food and service is great. The guacamole is fantastic. Food was quick. Sue is awesome and made us very welcome.

Dogtopia is the absolute best. They always take amazing car of our dog Benny and even provided us update photos during his stay so we could see what a wonderful time he was having!

My dogs love going to Dogtopia! All 3 of my girls do daycare and love it! I love that they separate rooms out by size and temperament. The youngest is a dachshund and loves running around with all of her friends; the small play structures are great, they can safely hop on them and tunnel under them. Our german shepherd has a great time with all of her friends as well and the coaches do a great job ensuring they are all playing safely and getting along. She loves fetch and chasing balls and gets lots of exercise. My oldest girl is winding down a lot due to age but they make sure she has lots of breaks. Its made a difference to her in her old age being able to socialize with other dogs and with the staff. They are all treated in such a loving manner, I can tell the staff really care about their days being very special. 10/10 will continue to use daycare & boarding here!

As soon as we pull into the parking lot our English Bulldog Norman goes crazy, you can’t open the car door fast enough for him and as soon as you do, he races for the entrance. You open the door into Dogtopia, and his bum is dancing, his tale is wagging as down the entry hallway he races again. Honestly, if there was a dog door from the parking lot into the daycare play area, I think all we would need to do is open the car door and he would be inside playing before we even had a chance to undo our seatbelt.

Yeah — I think he likes going!

On a human side of things, the stay are always welcoming and treat him with a warm welcome. We also use their grooming and nail trimming services - how can you go wrong, a fun day of playing and a clean dog! WIN WIN!

My pup was safe and had so much fun! I love the live feed so I can check in on her whenever I need to. Staff was very knowledgeable and reassuring on my first visit. Love how positive everyone was!

I love how easy & convenient it is to bring the pup in for a play date. The people are awesome! The response is super quick, out of the 3 that I emailed requesting information, Dogtopia answered the quickest & with all of the information I needed, as well, they set up a meet & greet the next day!

I called and made a appointment for my dog to get a haircut, when I went there they said he had to have his needles and be nudered, she didn't Tell me this important information on the phone, my dog was there last yr with no issues, very disappointed. Won't go back, don't believe in all the needles, he is 10yrs old with no issues

Dogtopia in Newmarket is the best place for our Jackson! Not only does he go to play once a week, but he had the best hair cut ever! Nicely done! Thanks to all the staff!

Wonderful people and very professional and friendly, they take the puppy in 2 seconds and respect your time a lot.
All the people there, loooove dogs and puppies and know everyone of them by name.
Vary clean and smell awesome every time regardless of the time of the day.

Juno has never been to Daycare before! But she has had a blast these last few days! She is so excited to get there in the morning, and play with her friends! She is so exhausted when she gets home from her fun day, that she almost immediately falls asleep! Thank You Dogtopia for making this transition great for Juno and her family ️

Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and responsive and the environment was safe for the dogs, even the smaller ones. You can see on the Webcam they are attentive. We also used the overnight stay and were happy with the experience.

Benny had SO much fun these last couple days. He's fallen asleep almost as soon as we get home. I'm so thankful for the whole team for giving him love and attention while I'm at work. So happy to have found Dogtopia

I've had my pup groomed twice at Dogtopia. The staff is great. They reply to inquiries very quickly. They do exactly what you request. My dog is always happy and very handsome with his fresh cut.

Toby hates the groomers before we took him to get groomed he would cry, bark and just wouldn’t move, but after coming to Dogtopia he LOVES it I mean LOVES. He goes in happily and comes back happy. The drive is 30 mins when there are other places that’s just down the street but because of their service and whatever they do to make Toby happy getting groomed with them the trip is 100% worth it

I have a doberman who’s a little shy, I brought him in slowly to get him adjusted to the new space. Every time I brought him in, the employees would hardly speak to me, or my dog, and only have us in there for sometimes only 2 minutes.
They just watch him silently and don’t show any actual care in making him or me feel comfortable. I’ve been there 5 times and they still won’t take him in. They’re not even trying to make an effort.
I have asked an employee to get the manager to contact me and they have not done that. It only ended up leaving my dog more and more anxious when we went there.

It seems more like some of them are only there for a pay check, rather than actually caring for animals.
I have now enrolled my dog into a local small business daycare and he adjusted to the space and the employees within 5 minutes.

I would never recommend Dogtopia to anyone, especially for the prices they want, it’s a rip off.

Our dog Toby loves getting groomed at dogtopia. He is not an easy dog to groom. He hated going to his previous groomer and would always run the opposite direction of the groomer. At dogtopia, Toby is happy going into and leaving after grooming. Slightly pricey but worth every penny knowing Toby is treated well

Dogtopia is a clean, safe and caring place for dogs. Their integration process helps dogs (and their humans) to feel comfortable before leaving them overnight. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive to the dogs and the video camera access provides extra peace of mind!

Friendly staff, playrooms for the dogs are very clean and well-maintained. Also appreciated the webcams as it helped put us at ease seeing how happy our pup was playing with her new doggie friends and being well-taken care of by the staff.

Great place in a convenient location. I can run my errands with peace of mind and not miss him too much since I can watch him through the webcam all day.and he comes home tired but happy. Highly recommend it to socialize puppies.

Gus had a ball when he’s there. The staff is always attentive and they teach him new tricks like jumping through a hoop! I can even get a peek at what he’s up to on the webcam feed to see how he’s doing. All around a great time for my baby Gus

Love the environment and the staff interactions! Booking a spot is super easy and the webcams are always fun. The only thing that might not make it great for all is that it is all indoors so if you want some outside time for your pet then this might not be ideal. But all things considered it is great place for play and getting comfortable around other dogs/people. Really helped with my girls separation anxiety and her confidence in being away from us.

Wonderful, efficient, and professional customer service. Clean, organized facility. Staff exercise playful activities with all dogs and encourage them to participate as required. I personally have an older dog who benefits from their care and experience geared to senior dogs. Truly greatful Dogtopia Newmarket!

The moment I picked up my Husky, he was happy as a clam and that tells me volumes. He smelled like vanilla and babies, and his fur was softer than a duckling! Service and price + my Husky was happy. This investment was smack dab on the money. 10/10.

The Newmarket Dogtopia Team is always amazing! Super friendly, professional and the facility is always immaculate! They are always super prompt with emails and booking appointments. They are awesome with all the dogs and their needs!

Our pup (Aussie/Collie) loves going to Dogtopia, she gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. We totally trust everyone at this location and they are so easy to talk to, we don't have any concerns when we leave her there for the day. She gets to interact with other dogs and the coaches and she's getting the exercise she needs. It also helps that you can check in and watch your dog on the dog cams. Thank you Dogtopia team!

We bring our puppy Giant Schnauzer to Dogtopia and we love it!

We have tried couple other daycares around the area but by far this is the best place.

1) Very clean. The coaches clean up the urine and stools immediately. Sometimes wipes the area twice. At the end of the day, the dog is clean and don’t need a full bath each time.

2) Camera. You can see the dog all the time if you would like to. It gives a piece of mind that the dog is happy and safe at the daycare while you are not with them!

3) Friendly Staff! If you have any feed backs or concerns about your dog please call the staff. They are very friendly and willing to hear out your concerns and happy to work with you.

Took my dog in to be groomed didnt know they even offered grooming did meet The grooming and max was matted ashamed to say and was scared but with her experience over 20 years and she was gentle i will be back in eight weeks not few months but Lisa was the best thanks again travis

They are trying their best to work with my very stubborn and hard headed puppy, and I really appreciate all the hard work they put into her care. They have a care plan made just for my girl, and it means a lot to me that they are so willing to work with her.
They are extremely responsive, work hard, and are very caring and professional. It's like a big family.
