Excellent RMT’s. Krista gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and followed it up with some stretches I could do to help with certain muscle and body pain. 10/10

Love the atmosphere and services. I especially enjoyed the lavender body wrap and lunch package at the River Mill! Highly recommend:)

I haven't been to dolce Bella spa yet but I have heard great things about the services! I have seen the great photos shared on their social media. I also love the contests they run on their Facebook and Instagram pages! I can't wait to go and get pampered there!

I love going to Dolce Bella to get my hair done a few times a year. Jenny is the best stylist and I've followed her from salon to salon, but I love the atmosphere of Dolce Bella. I can't wait to try some of their other services as well!

My husband also knows it’s my favourite so it’s his go to for gift cards and spa day packages. He said the process was so seamless and easy. He was fully supported by the staff when making his online purchase while deployed overseas!

Now that is 5 star service!

I have been going here for over 5 years. I have received services from mani/pedi, hair services, massage and facials. All staff is wonderful and welcoming and continue to be so! Definitely recommend

I’ve gone to this spa for 8+ years now, when I started my hair was fried and damaged from a relative practicing on my hair for school, the ladies at this spa helped bring my hair back to life, as well as help me find the color that works for me and I’ve felt so much better about myself since!

My hairdresser is Ashleigh and she’s seriously a miracle worker! And the kindest soul!

I had a really great experience at Dolce Bella! I thought I had booked appointments for my hair and brows through their bot system but was told when I showed up that they weren’t booked (it was my first time booking at Dolce Bella as I had a gift certificate). The staff were incredibly accommodating and fulfilled the appointments anyways, which I really appreciated. John did a fantastic job on my hair, he was very thorough and checked in with me often regarding style and length. I’m thrilled with how my cut turned out, it was exactly what I wanted if not better. Tatiana then did my brows and was equally as meticulous, I’m super happy with how they turned out. Both staff were a pleasure to talk to, as well. Would definitely return again in the future! Highly recommend.

We went to Dolce Bella Spa as a group with my work before the holidays last year and it was amazing. I was so impressed with the atmosphere, and how luxurious they make you feel. The massage was soo good, I didn’t want to leave. They were professional and had great customer service. I can’t wait to go back in a few months.

Great staff. Nice atmosphere. Scenic location. A little pricey but the quality meets the standard, and that standard is high.

Ashleigh was amazing!
What I appreciated most was that she took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She looked at all of the pictures I showed her and gave me her professional opinion regarding what would look best with my specific hair type. She took her time with the cut, adjusting it as we went. On top of being a great stylist, she was a pleasure to be around. She was warm and approachable. I will definitely be a coming back to see Ashleigh again:)

Wonderful spa experience. I really love this place. They do lasering, facials, hair nails etc. My skin has vastly improved in the 5 months I have been going for treatments.

Ashleigh is the best - really listens, has good ideas for solutions, and can execute them. I am never disappointed.

I absolutely have to edit this post. The owner reached out to us and a total class act. Took responsibility, apologized and gave a generous credit. It does not change the day but it does take the moment but does take it from I am sorry to a real human moment. Thank you!

Total disappointment when your daughter books a couple massage and lunch for your birthday and 2 hours before you are informed they can only do one and offer a hair appointment as a back up. Amazing that an organization during COVID times does not have a back up plan in case someone calls in sick. If it is a special day that you are booking for I would not recommend Dolce Bella.

I go here everytime I need a beard trim and haircut and Ashleigh does such a good job everytime. Always a great time and a always leave with a great hair and beard!

Staff are always welcoming and services are excellent and professionally delivered. They care about their clientele and it shows through staff interaction with each other and clients. I have witnessed and been particularly impressed with how they accommodate individual client needs being sensitive and meeting religious/ethic requirements. Very professional and positive experience. Best place to be pampered.

My husband and I are clients of Dolce Bella since 2020 (no problem since today). Last week, I booked for couples massage RMT for today. The massage wag great and ladies were both professional. However, after the massage the receptionist told us that the person who did my husband's massage is not an RMT. Clearly I stated on the booking that we want aN RMT and clearly, nobody told us beforehand that there is no available RMT and yet they proceeded with the treatment. I wanted to talk the manager but the receptionist said there is no manager on site. I emailed and filed a complaint. Still waiting how they are going to handle this.

Update: so they handled the complaint very professional. I received an email from the owner within 12 hours. Im glad that they took care of it as my husband and I really love the spa.

Awesome communication from reception. My services were booked seamlessly. The Spa is spotless and very comfortable and soothing. Megan was so pleasant and professional. Exquisite treatments. My skin feels like butter, from head to toe! Nothing was overlooked.right down to a freshening makeup so I looked as good as I felt when I left. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my body wrap treatment done by August. Her technique is wonderful and i was left in the most relaxed state. Vanessa at the front desk was a pleasure to check in and out with. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable. I brought my husband for his first ever massage and he loved it. The first thing he said after was that he wanted to come back for more. Thanks so much for helping us have a wonderful self-care day together.

I love this spa from the time I arrive to the time I leave. Client relationship manager, Sabrina, is sweet, kind and amazingly efficient. She puts clients immediately at ease. Sabrina is the classy first face of the spa. I absolutely adore RMTs Ashley and Kathy. They are true professionals with the magic hands of experts in their field, and a deep kindness in their ways. They are phenomenal. Aesthetician, August, is also a true professional whose gentle spirit is so relaxing and calming as she works her beautifying magic. I love my appointments with August. Visited Dolce Bella Spa on Saturday July 21/18 with my Mother to celebrate her birthday and as wedding anniversary gift. From the moment we walked in we knew and could feel that we were going to be pampered. The Receptionist was extremely friendly and walked us through what we could expect during our full day experience. The various Spa Specialists who were assigned to us were very polite, friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our day at Dolce Bella Spa so much so that my Mother is already planning a return visit.

I did not think this was worth the price point at all. I got a manicure, pedicure, facial, and massage and all were incredibly underwhelming. The massage was certainly NOT done by a professional-it basically felt like she was tickling me-not pleasant at all, the esthetician that did my facial tried to give me skincare tips and tried to push me into buying some expensive skincare products. The woman doing my manicure took literally over an hour just to do a standard manicure-just painting nails and would not stop talking to me about all of her life problems etc. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this to anyone.

I had several back to back appointments booked with Dolce Bella. I had a pedicure, manicure, hair trim and a hot stone massage! All were great and I didn't wait for more then 2-3 minutes (maybe not even that) between each service. Andy (who I believe is the owner) did my hair and was awesome. He listened to exactly what I said and recommended some products for my hair that would help make it healthy again which I appreciated. August did my mani & pedi and despite the fact that she is a relatively new grad, did one of the best mani pedi’s I’ve ever had. My massage was done by Jen and it was great. All of the individuals who did my services were very friendly. Would highly recommend any/ all of these individuals. I will 100% be booking all of my future appointments with this Spa!
