Dollar Tree

The staff wasn't very helpful, but I was more excited to share my purchases! My son has asked for a video game birthday. And online, decorations were so expensive, but the dollar tree seemed to have a solution! So happy to find affordable decorations that aren't super cheap. They'll only get used once, so I don't wanna pay an arm and a leg.

Great prices, everything is 1.50 or less! And you can find a lot of cross over items with Dollarama (though there you will pay $4+). It was also well spread out and organized.

Feb. 27th at approximately 11am
One cashier left her station at the main register where the sign is posted to line up
Another cashier was ringing thru a sale two registers over. As I stood waiting for cashier to return the elderly gentleman asked the cashier if the main register was open? As there was a lineup starting to form.
The cashier middle age replied “she’ll be back, she needed the washroom “ in a rude disrespectful manner
Instead of maybe, she could have replied “ next customer I can help over here” it’s not the first time she’s been rude
This was my second trip to this store to buy things because last weekend debt machines were down.
I left! Not, Because I was in a hurry but because I can choose a hand full of other dollar stores.
To talk rude to a customer who asked a simple question is not ok.
And apparently by reading other reviews I’m not the only feeling this way
Sorry I will not visit this store again, maybe re-train that cashier on customer appreciation

Cutomer service representatives are rude and and do not have store restrictions clearly outlined.for example the lines to cash (not labelled like we were suppose to just know) were you line up and be called up to cash.cashier had us go all the way back of line after waiting instead of ringing us through and was very rude about it.in fact yelling it loud.last time I shop here and word of mouth goes a long way

Workers followed me around like I was a thief. When I got to the cash and laid all items on the belt (took me a minute or so) the cashier (who had their back turned and was gossiping with another employee) then proceded to tell me that said cash was closed and I'd have to go to another, no sign or anything. And the only other cashier was the one the first cashier was talking to.
Not a nice shopping experience.
I know it's only a dollar store, but lame services and I probably won't ever go back this location.

Dollar Tree a couple of days before Christmas? Actually not to busy and still a decent selection. Cashiers on duty not self checkouts. Not a long wait to pay at cash. Doing something right.

Always good variety and excellent service.
Goes without saying that the prices are more than great.

Best dollar store in town as it is an ACTUAL dollarstore. Everything is $1.25 (or less) and there is a decent selection of stuff. Plus you are through the checkout in minutes, where as I have stood in line for over 20min or walked out of the other overpriced dollar store because the line was at least 20 people long.

It was excellent. We got what we went for and more. The cashier was very friendly and the store is well laid out

I have been going to the dollar tree for a month now and they still have not stocked the black paint I asked when they would have more in stock and the cashier explained that the truck that brings the paint is a diffrent company and they cannot get ahold of them and told me to try another dollar tree over all she was polite but the company needs to get there third party partners/company's in order
