Their customer service left me feeling extremely let down. The cashier completely ignored us and didn't even respond to our greetings.

I'm not sure if she's the owner or a staff member, but basic manners should be ingrained in everyone, especially when working at a cash register.

Dollar Tree has lost a customer. We won't be returning to that specific location because it feels unwelcoming to do business there.

I am extremely dissatisfied with a female individual present at the cash register today, specifically on June 11,2023, at 5: 50 PM. It is unclear whether she was the proprietor or an employee, but her lack of etiquette and failure to acknowledge our greetings was deeply disappointing. Regrettably, this shopping experience will mark our final visit to Dollar Tree, as we perceived an unwelcoming atmosphere that does not value our patronage.

At last they have made a good attempt to tidy up the place. Much better. Prices are great. Quality is what you expect for $1.25. Some of their craft items are much cheaper than the equivalent at Michael's or even Dollarama. Lots of good stuff at low prices if you are not looking for high quality.

Terrible store to work for. Management and upper management are ignorant to their employees. They treat you horrible, they talk about each other in the office where clearly the employees hear everything that is being said about them. They are very unappreciative for all the hard work that you put in to make that store what it is. It’s unfortunate that they’re dedicated workers that have been there for a long time get bumped down to minimal amount of days and hours. They keep saying that they have no hours to give but yet they are still looking to hire people which is like a slap in the face to their hard-working dedicated employees. They need to get some actual educated people who know how to run a store and how to actually treat people. One person in particular that needs to go for Shelly. She is very rude and makes you look bad in front of customers not even caring of how she’s making the employee feel.

Picked up some wonderful Christmas decor to match my buffalo plaid theme this year. You can't beat $1.25 for them! Great selection of ornaments as well!

The staff kept announcing to keep 6 feet apart, but I came around the corner of one of the aisles and their was a staff member sitting on the floor with a box of stock. I told her that we needed to pass and that their wasn't 6 feet between us, but she did not move. We couldn't go back down the aisle we came up, because of the arrows and there was someone else walking toward us in the aisle, so we had to walk closer the 6 feet to the staff member in order to get out of the aisle we were in. There was also another staff member who came really close to where I was standing to put stock away.
Announcing over and over to stay 6 feet apart is pointless, when the staff aren't listening to these rules. There was also stuff all fallen over and just left in the middle of quite a few aisles. The store looked like it had gone through an earthquake! Tripping hazard! Before the pandemic, we use to spend about $100 a week at this location. The service was always hit and miss, but after today, we won't be back.

I always enjoy shopping there and I find the staff lovely. I also greatly appreciate not having to endure blasting music that is so ubiquitous in most stores! I despise having to suffer through loud music that is totally distracting and irritating whilst all I want to do is shop and not disco.

It was very busy in the store today but only 2 cashiers were on. 1 cashier decided to go on a 10 mins break leaving only 1 cashier. Very poor judgment and decision. Was in there to buy 1 item and it took 20 mins in line to pay.
