Dollar Tree

I use to go to this location a lot. But last two times when I went to grab some balloons. They staff was so rude not at all helpful. I would give 0 for customer service. Really bad experience.

We went today and had amazing staff member Cecilia. I mentioned it's been a very long time since we've been in the store. It was very tidy and clean.

Cecilia only started working there and was helpful to so many people. I only saw on other in the store as we were leaving. She was multitasking and had a line up. Awesome girl. We'll be back.

I didn't ask to use bathroom which they slways said doesn't work.

The store itself is fine and this review is ONLY for a specific lady who worked there on a Saturday morning. She was a fat lady with blonde hair and not sure if she was the manager but she was TERRIBLY RUDE! We had asked for helium balloons and when she came to assist she was extremely rude! Not only to us but to other customers as well. She should be fired! If the owner of the store is reading this review please fire such rude and racist employees who do not know how to treat customers with respect. This is a humble request to the dollar tree owner. I feel extremely bad for the cashier who was working under her. He had apologized to us on her behalf because her behaviour was UNACCEPTABLE!

We were looking for a few foil helium balloons last minute for my sister’s virtual baby shower and the employees here were incredibly helpful, attentive, and quick to service us over the phone and during pickup. Thank you for a great experience during these times! A+ service

Amazing store! They always have good variety of articles throughout the year for all seasons. The Christmas decoration products are really nice at this place.
The customer service is good as the staff are quite friendly and the store is always shelved fully. Must visit the store for day to day generic needs.

Good dollar store. Dollar Trees are my favourite since they are the closest to a true dollar store with everything $1.25 Surprising what they have. Not as large as some of the others, but still has a lot of choice packed into a smaller space. Only had one cashier and a long line up when I went. Lots of parking and plaza is ok to access but the driving path is circuitous. TIP: Bulk Barn is next door if you can't find the candy/food you want.

I purchased Bueno Kinder Chocolate and many other stuff. The chocolates were expired Jan 12th 2020 and it was Jan 21st 2020. I checked that after I paid and before going out of the store so I tried to get them back and they refused to return or refund. They sell expired chocolate.

Never have had a problem with this location. Always fully stocked shelves and clean asiles to navigate our stroller. Friendly staff with generally a fast an efficient check out. Highly recommend this location

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Always disappointing. I don’t understand how this store stays open. It is always a ghost town with the crappiest stock ever.
Anything “American” that comes to Canada never does well.

Would give zero stars if i could.closing is a 9pm.not 5 mins to.especially if the customer parked directly infront of the store.walking towards it.you don't lock the doors instead.if it was 9pm I'd understand.i made sure to double check the time they use on cp24.my time wasn't off, 5 mins to they locked doors.hopefully they didn't have what my daughter was looking for

I practically live in this store. I'm here at least twice a week. I was in two days ago and, as ever, Eric was so friendly and helpful. He must have wondered about me as I was going around the store with my blacklight flashlight, searching for UV reactive items for a glow in the dark party. He helped me last year as I searched for items for my ugly sweater Christmas party snowglobe costume. I'm deducting one star as the girl on cash was not friendly at all and spent the time while she checked me out talking to another staff member. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
