Abusive staff I was checking stuff and guy came upto me started being disrespectful went through all my pockets n stuff ended up getttin nothing and started cursing
Didn’t even made an apology

Today i went to your store and forgot my card in the car… the cashier ANMOL proceed to audibly sigh, and roll her eyes… very unprofessional

One of the best places to get your balloons but not happy to pay $0.75 for extra helium. They used to only charge $1.25 for all of their helium balloons but for the past year or so it’s been $1.25+0.75+tax. Not happy but what to do.

A white middle age lady with short hair at the cashier didn't respond when I said hi, and didn't say anything when I'm done with the payment, just pushed away the products I've bought, so that I can bag them? Is it because of my race? One of the rudest staff I've encountered.

Worst dollar Tree! I went here last week and there was so many boxes everywhere that I couldn’t even get my stroller anywhere. Will not be going back to this one

I love going to this place with my family and have been going to this store for many years now. I love how much variety they have and how friendly the staff is. However yesterday I bought some stuff and I don’t know the employee name she is white, healthy girl she was so rude to me and my kid. She blamed me for opening one Dino egg. The egg that I was paying for and I am the one who told her to charge as my son had accidentally dropped it. She went on and on telling how we are not suppose to open merchandise before buying. I understand it’s not legal to open merchandise before purchasing but if I offered to pay and explained her that my son dropped it she should have understood. But she didn’t stop. It’s one thing if someone doesn’t pay or exits without informing staff but when I told her she made a big deal out of it. She was extremely rude. I don’t think people like her deserve to be in Customer service. I am so disappointed

I bought Gatorade from this store and it tasted spoil, despite the expiration date. My husband drank some and he was nauseous and almost threw up. I took a sip and the taste was completely off. Maybe it's the batch dated December 19th, 2021. Please be careful. We tasted it within the same 5min of our purchase.

Very nice store. Everything is $1.25 plus tax. I agree few things are not very good quality wise but sometimes you find gem there. Lot of variety is there. Staff is polite. It is located Opposite to Burger King and Walmart. Enough parking spots are there.

Not a big store, but you can find a few useful items there.
The product quality is not super good as it's a dollar Tree but worth visiting one time to checkout the products.
Employees were really quick at the cash 4 stars for the staff)

1. Employee was seen not wearing mask.

2. Apparently because of COVID-19 you can only touch product once and not return it to store shelves according to one employee. This goes against any worldwide public health data and the first time I've come across anyone since the start of the pandemic who's said this to a customer. Unbelievable. You can't make up your own rules.

3. Aisles are narrow and frequently there are boxes on the ground of unstocked goods causing aisles to be even more narrow. Social distancing is next to impossible at this location nor is their any hint of trying to do something about it.

4. No one sanitizes the wheeled or carry carts nor is there anything available to clean with in store.

5. They are starting to carry less quality items, smaller packaged items and more products made from overseas rather than brands from North America. This is to cut down on costs/markup so the selection is getting worse over the years.

6. Some employees that used to be friendly and nice to customers are now rude. I understand COVID-19 has played a role in people's mental health over the long months during the pandemic but customer service should be priority.

This location has gone downhill over the years.

Is social distancing even a things at this place?

Due to the covid 19 pandemic
The store is very dusty, unclean, not organize, stuffe, and there is no clean clear air in the store.
The doors, cart are very dusty and dirty they are not sanitize or disinfected for people to use.
The staff do not organize the stuff nicely the stuff is everywhere.
The staff do not organize the cart nicely its always in the way.
The staff do not sanitize the store, cart, doors, floor everytime people enter or exit the store.
The staff let people in with no number count to prevent people from getting close contact with others.
The store do not provide to people or even sale anything to help stop the Covid 19 like sanitizer, mask or gloves.
The store do not have any instruction to follow on the door, floor, and they don't have a space for customers to wait in line for check out 2 meter a part due to the packed stuff everywhere.
I think this store need new management to take care of.
I have never visited a store like this in canada.

I am a dollar tree addict but this location is only one of 3 that exist in Brampton and it is by far the smallest, messiest and disorganized any time of the day or any day of the week. If i had time i would go and help them organize and stock the shelves and re do the displays. The staff though are almost always friendly.

Love it, they have alot of things all for a $1.25. HVr found some amazing household items from here. Also the one on main street brampton is amazing as well.

The store is always well stocked, clean & the staff are amazing! The only thing is that it is a smaller location so it’s cramped if the check out lines get going or if you are using a stroller / wheelchair.

I stopped coming to this dollar tree. I don’t know why the employees are extremely rude to me. But not to others. This dollar tree is closer to where I live but I would MUCH rather go to the dollar tree on Kipling. The employees there are super kind and helpful.

Was in this morning and what a miserable cashier. Very rude when lady in front paid but came back to pay for an item that was missed. Be grateful not RUDE. If that unhappy she shouldnt be there! Also maybe just maybe try saying thank you to your customers. Will not be returning.

Good prices and choice. The cashier however with long link pink nails is very rude with a bad attitude. She was a little bit stressed and started using the f word because she could not handle the stress. No please or thank you. Guess she is till doing training on having manners.

Vicki is such a wonderful employee. She's so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on her face. Great prices and variety.

Best prices compared to other dollar stores like Dollarama. Bought the same flowers for 50% less here. Staff is nice. Lots of variety.

Wish there were more locations!

Best dollar store to come to. I always come here first then head to other stores as the prices here are unbelievable! Every single item is $1.25. However because of this, the amount and variety of things lack. All in all though, its a must visit.

Nice selection, small staff, but clean store and great selection.

Its a decent spot. Better than Dollarama, which is not even a dollar store anymore, at least you go here stuff is actually $1.25 or less (drinks, gum, chocolate bars etc.) Don't get me wrong though, love me some Dollarama.
