The store was well mantained they had a lot of things that I don't regularly see dollaramas carry, they staff was kind and so was this nice lady that I met at the store

Full of shoppers, staff are hopping on a Saturday afternoon assisting at self-serve and assisted-serve checkouts. Easy in and out.

This lady with short (boy cut) hair was unnecessarily rude when I clicked the wrong bagging option at self-checkout.sheesh

I'm being generous giving this store 2 starts. Of all the Dollar Stores I have ever visited, this store has some of the rudest employees I have ever seen. Really awful customer service, no respect, regards or curtesy. Also very obnoxious. I'll never shop at the store again, period!

Go-to Dollarama in the Annex. Clean, large, good selection of items, accessible entrance and checkout. There has been a security guard at the front since mid-covid.

Friendly staff.

The lady with the grey curly hair is very friendly and pleasant. She helped me find the item very fast. The female security currently working is also very friendly unfortunately I can't give full stars due to bad incidents when the female Asian employees accused me of stealing container at cash when she actually counted the lids incorrectly. I has to pull them apart to show her the lids were not containers. She didn't apologize after making a scene.

Good prices, the only bad thing is that I didn’t find powder for my feet and thermal bottles to keep coffee hot.

Never in my life seen a maggot in my fruit snacks before until now! I’m extremely disgusted with this place & have filed report with corporate for lack of awareness! Just nasty

This location refused to honor the $20 gift certificate that Lucky Mobile had sent me as a promotional offer when I signed up to their mobile service provider. In case you are unfamiliar, Lucky Mobile is the telecom whose SIM cards are sold **IN DOLLARAMA** and the gift certificate promotion is literally the entire signage posted as a display for this product. In this location its right between the main entrance and the checkouts. They were also pretty rude about it; one of the cashiers took the bags of items I was trying to purchase away from me and put them behind the counter, as if I was somehow trying to scam to scam and I was about to run off with the loot. I had to press two different cashiers who were stone faced refusing to even look at the certificate, just so that they could finally call over a supervisor. They just kept repeating to me "No. It doesn't work. It doesn't work. You pay cash. No. " One of them tried to convince me that when it was sold, they used the wrong barcode, because there's a code on the giftcards and a code on the cardboard backing. If this was the case they would be responsible for the employee using the wrong code to invalidate my purchase or whatever and they would be required to help me. I knew it wasn't the case however because if was an e-giftcard that was texted to me by Lucky Mobile and it was only one barcode to scan on my phone. The supervisor finally showed up but then left for 15 minutes while I went online myself and found the number for customer service, and when the supervisor came back she had taken the time to get for me the number for customer service. The number somehow connected me to the wrong department and the rep that answered was surprised when I asked her to transfer me to the correct department. When I was finally connected to the correct department, my call was picked up by a voicemailbox that let me know everyone was long gone but if I left my number someone would get back to me sometime. So yeah. I didn't get my discount. I mean obviously it's a dollar store it's whatever but rude and useless employees are never acceptable.

P.s. Lucky Mobile is great I've had great service for like a year now and I have no complaints at all

Since the pandemic, self serve machines are serving and the workers were very patient with teaching me how to use them.

How could you go wrong with a place that’s named Dollarama! For instance you can get set of $1: 25 UV sun glasses in assorted colours. These glasses are indestructible. I wear them for construction and I lose them before They break …. Underrated!

Not the most talkative staff but they have a above average selection of toiletries and the place is huge. Better brands selection and the usual trough of candy bars!

Popular Dollarama store on Bloor Street, very close to Bathurst station (yellow line) with a moderate queue in COVID times due to limited numbers of people allowed. It's a medium sized store with usual Dollarama items.

There are self checkout kiosks available. It's recommended to self checkout in the COVID times. The items are updated with the seasonal festivals.

No line ups outside in the evening time and no waiting for the automated cashiers. Great prices

The store was pretty well stocked but a usual item I wanted wasn’t available. There weren’t many customers at that time (early evening) so it was easier to social distance. Staff were helpful.

Perfect place for those small things you need around the house. They have a bunch of seasonal items (right now they have things for st. Pat's, Easter and even hats with Canadian flags). It also a good place to get stuff for loot bags for kid's birthdays along with stuff you didn't even know you needed!

The usual dollarama, it's larger though so there is a good selection. Always seems to be busy so there is usually a bit of a wait

Great place for candy. I also get Ricola here they have all kinds of other stuff, too. I have very few nick nacks in my place and I still like shopping here.

Great large dollar store, easy to navigate layout. Great for kitchen supplies & birthday warping paper.

Good location as it's right at Bloor and Bathurst. Lots of selection throughout the store, just the only issue I have going in there is knowing I will have to face a long line up as they typically only have 2 cashiers working at a time. Prices are always pretty good so maybe thats what you are paying for.

As a homeschooling mom this place have great price for craft and art, books and paper for work like practice writing and you can even have calligraphy at home books for practicing. Paint, flowers for decoration and proyects.

It’s really great when you can go and collect all your loonies in your piggy bank, bring em all to one store, then absolutely splurge on things from wireless mouses to groceries.literally for one dollar. Always love going here, long live dollarama

This location is very busy and filled with students at certain hours (school near by). If you prefer less crowds avoid this location. Waiting in line is a thing here is a thing too. On the up side it's open late.

Great location with parking on the street right across the street. Once inside, the staff is friendly and the store is kept very clean and well stocked. We came for Christmas decorations and costume ideas and found everything we needed and MORE!

When things are a dollar you can’t be too upset. I bought some tins for coffee and a couple containers for the kitchen counter and so far so good. We also used a yoga mat as stress mat in the kitchen until I was able to get something a little thicker somewhere else. It held up and the cats loved scratching on it. Better that than the arms on the couch!

You'd be surprised at the little retreats, stationery, kitchen and craft items you can find, baby needs, party items and of course costumes for HALLOWEEN.at Dollarama. I like the socks you can find!

Dropped in to get dog treats. I only buy freeze dried meat and they had a variety of flavors. Not all Dollarama stores do.

It's a decent store with great prices on stuff, though I've found fewer and fewer "dollar" items as they have increased their quality and named bands. Example: I bought a Rubbermaid water bottle for $4 that WalMart has for $8 and Amazon had for $9.

The only reason this store loses a star is because of the fact that it can be ultra busy with kids. I made the mistake of coming here after the local high school got out and was fighting my way through rude as heck teens. It makes me feel sorry for the staff here that have to deal with these folks.

Oh, and it also because it took the spot of the original (and best IMO) Sonic Boom location. I miss the basement shows and giant punk rock section.

I would like to know why you would think 1: 30 in the afternoon was a good time to close aisles down and do your restocking? You would have to be very very smart to do something like this.

Its a large and airy dollarama with quite a variety of items, well displayed, well lit, well patronized, central location, great staff.

Typical dollar-store surroundings. It's certainly a notch above your usual family-owned junk emporium (of which there are several competing with it in the neighbourhood), and has a very good selection of the stuff you go into a place like this to buy.
