Dollarama

The girls that work here have absolutely awful costumer service. They are always talking to eachother when checking customers out and ignoring the customers. They should not be working in customer service.

Nice clean store with people they are at a cash to take your money no do it on your own cashes.

Love the selection n low prices. Seasonal stock is awesome. Staff very friendly n helpful. Very well organized stock.

Dollarama is by far the best discount chain if you want bang for your buck. The rest are fine but usually far less selection & quality IMO

I love Dollarama. One of the better dollar stores for me and my children when craft hunting.

Good location. They keep the store clean and always have everything that you would typically find at a Dollarama. Great place to buy cold soda, bottled water, batteries, individual LED bulbs, and individuals stationery items. The store is also offering a bigger selection of DYI tools than many other Dollarama locations.

Terrible customer service, I've seen staff be pretty rude to customers on multiple occasions. Standard small Dollarama in terms of selection.

You can find good stuff here if you spend time looking hard at the products. Good selection of items.

It's a cheap way to get chocolate. I personally like to buy it, melt it and make custom stuff.

I called yesterday evening to ask if they carried a certain product. The man who answered the phone said he didn’t know. I kindly asked to be transferred to someone who may know and could help me out. He proceeded to say “come in and check yourself”. He seemed very stressed and continued to be extremely rude to me over the phone for no apparent reason.
I came into the store about 20 mins later to check for myself and I overheard him complaining to other customers how short staffed the store was. Overall he seemed agitated, making customers extremely uncomfortable.
He was the only man on cash yesterday around 5: 30pm. He told the lady in front of me in line that his coworker who is supposed to be out on cash is taking a break and that he wasn’t pleased to be on cash and should be facing shelves instead. The lady seemed uncomfortable and had no response to his complaints.

I went there tuesd. I bought separate item and 1 whole bag I needed a receipt for work. Paul help me to get the receipt that will impossible to locate, but he uses he’s smart idea and help me. Thanks Paul u are amazing u did a very good job, customer service was handled perfect with dedication.

There are things here that I have never seen in a dollar store before. Wonderful things like full DC and Marvel graphic novels (comic books), and an absolutely kickass selection of Hot Wheels that I browse on a weekly basis. In addition to a well stocked pantry of regular foods and an excellent snack selection, they also have a decent inventory of charging devices and household utilities to meet the needs of anyone looking to shop on a budget.

I would say this is the best dollar store in the city, and would give it 5 stars if the company gave their employees a sizable raise for all the work they do. Dollarama, if you're reading this I hope you give every staff member a nice bump up in pay. They deserve it.

Asked for help today and was told “I’m tired of getting asked dumb questions”, super rude! That woman should not be working there.

Love this store. Has everything that anyone needs. Always buy more than intended. Added to supplies needed at home.

Not very many options and pricy. Thought could have great options for coffee as take out but options were just a few. Went in and out in less that 5min.

I usually shop here without any problems. I mind my business, I social distance, I respect everybody's personal space. On Tuesday at 11: 30am, shopped without a face covering due to a medical exemption that I had. The cashier was being very friendly with everyone, making conversation, having laughs with people, wishing them a great day, as every cashier should. As soon as I walked up to him. I was treated to nothing but silence. I said thank you, said have a good day and got absolutely no response. I forgot an item and went back into the store to pick up the item. Second time around I go, he asks about my mask I explain I have an exemption. The man then proceeded to whisper under his breath I should of shown my exemption. So I kindly explained to the man how it is very rude to treat me less than human just because of my exemption. Also explained the law as by law, I do not need to show papers or any proof as that is between my doctor and I. I was very kind to the man and was treated as a second class citizen. This should not be tolerated and have been debating whether or not legal action is required. Everyone is entitled to thei rights and I respect everyone and their choices. If your working for a public company, treat everyone with the same respect.

Clean and tidy. Easy to locate what I was looking for. Friendly, quick and efficient checkout. Clients and staff were mindful of safety protocols. I felt safe shopping here
