To the younger blonde “ manager “. I made a 39$ purchase. The receipt didn’t print. She said “okay you don’t get one “.
After making any purchase a receipt is absolutely REQUIRED BY ONTARIO law. Instead of providing a solution. Ie.return and refund process again. She abrades me in front of 12 people in line. Once Roger the real manager came he did exactly what I suggested. I don’t need this type of negativity and aggressive behaviour in my life. The cooperate and district managers will be aware that they are denying customers receipts at this store!

The gentleman behind the counter today, whom I didn't catch the name of, but is often there, is a genuine pleasure. He is amazingly personable and very fun. His service skills are phenomenal.

Although the outside appearance is sub par, the interior is absolutely disgusting. There's a leak in the ceiling located in aisle 4, and no wet floor sign, when I mentioned this to the pink hair lady, she didn't take it seriously. What is the message here? Sure come on in to our store, slip on our behinds, break a bone or two and sue you guys? Sure I can do that. Also is it just me or do they have alot of unhappy employees here? This store is by far the worse as far as ambience and customer service goes!

Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and usually well stocked. Not very often I go here looking for something and not finding it.

Same as most Dollaramas, except that, for some reason (maybe the day or times we're living in right now) we got to meet an edgy cashier and an impolite lady in the store.

Prety good store. Prices are almost at other retail stores or identical even higher. Not much of a reason to shop at dollarama enymore

People were going every way but the right way. I don't like giving bad reviews but it was bad it there today Dec 10 2020. I didn't feel safe at all.

Worst customer service experience. I was going in with my partner and the attendant at the door told me that I had to wait for someone else to exit. My partner is elderly and I'm his caretaker. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Staff is super friendly, greeting from door and asking if I found what I wanted upon checkout.

Employees (cashiers) don't know how to pack. Left the store and I was about to put my stuff into the car so I looked at those items and my items were damaged.

Was in your store at 12: 15pm on Saturday.balding man helped me behind the counter. I spoke to him a few times and he ignored me. I said thank you when we were done he ignored me. I said to him in store is it that hard to say thank you. Again he ignored me.train your staff and get rid of the ignorant staff.

The store was busy, but they brought extra people to cash to help speed things up. The did a good job.

Staff was very friendly. Store was well stocked. Found everything and then some that I was looking for

I was in the Cambridge Pinebush road location on Sunday August 9th. There are clearly signs posted on the door to wear a mask unless you have a medical condition - which I am severely asthmatic and cannot wear a mask. A bald male employee with glasses shouted from the back of the store to me at the front of the crafts section "miss where is your mask". Although I appreciate employees following rules he should have walked closer to me instead of shouting across the store at me and having everyone stare at me. Maybe teach employees how to address customers politely.

May items are cheap here but some of them are not worth it. Dollarama is really good for a cheaper option for any purchase

It is a neat and tidy store, and clean. I always find what I need and want. Thanks for being open to he public!

Lots of good crafting stuff usually and a good place for odds and ends like seasonal gift supplies other stores charge double or tripple for. You can find some hidden gems amongst the junk sometimes and cheap candy.

Dollarama is my jam! I go here and buy waaay too much candy! Also they have a pretty cool selection of stuff! Pretty good place to shop when you're broke! Thanks Dollarama! Xoxo

Great place to spend a few dollars and walk out with a couple of bags full of goodies. My favourite isle is the candy isle where there is ample candy to choose from. My 2nd.favorite isle is the isle that has paint brushes and rollers for a real good price. Ample parking and handicap parking close to the store.

Very disappointed with this location because of the staff. They're unfriendly, disrespectful to customers. Unkept, and the store doesn't look like it's been cleaned in weeks.

I personally do not like this store. The people who work there are rude and not very helpful at all. I try not to go to this one at all.

Staff not at all helpful.asked for things then they didn’t clearly communicated.we had to found things on our own.

Best prices on chocolate bars, Maria cookies, has great chocolate covered cookies, Gatorade and worth a visit for anyone who has kids. Toy section is great.

I have a Dollarama addiction. It just keeps getting better and better. Though everything seems to be $4 now and DollarTree is cheaper but I just can’t stop myself from spending $100 every time I go to Dollarama.

I just love the variety of fake flowers
Placed in empty spots in the garden they give the garden a full lush look and they will look so real it is hard to tell fake from real

It is a Dollarama, if visited one, you've seen 85% of them all. Staff here is very friendly though!

My visit July 28 2019,1: 36: 54. I am looking on the receipt $52.61 db card, but find no register number. Might be a good idea to have the customers copy list the register number if you are doing surveys, imo. The gentleman that did the check out with me was by far the best experience I have ever had. I purchased enough to fill 4 bags. Several were very heavy, he offered to double bag. He also advised that a cart without a poll could be used too take to my car. That was a first. He was very empathetic to me with out mentioning that I am mobile challenged. I made a point to thank him when I returned the cart. He thanked me for shopping dolarama.

Recommended: I have been here several times. They have good products and a nice store layout. I find that there is one gentleman that works there who always come across cold. I have tried a couple times to engage with him and give him my smile. Buddy, I know that customer service jobs are tough, but if you're going to stay in this job, please cheer up. If a customer tries to engage with you, at least try.

Lots of selection. Very clean store. Aisles are not cluttered with boxes. Staff gets what they need to restock the shelves, then quickly moves the carts and boxes out of the way. Very efficient staff.

Always cheap but the prices are creeping up so I buy less. The people do notice price increases. Once your prices get anywhere close to regular stores, i buy there since the dollarama items are usually inferior and only one time use

I feel like everytime I go to this location there is always a longer wait time then necessary. The store is clean and organized so I'm giving stars for all that, however the wait times are ridiculous and they always wait until there's about 10 people in line before they actually call for back up.

This is a good location for merchandise. However, the one cashier insists upon not calling for backup as the line becomes swamped with customers. If he chooses to do this, he really needs to speed up his service.

These places are always fun to walk through as it always reminds you of little things you really need but never remember to write down.

This dollarama is very clean and organized! The shelves are always full and the staff is friendly and always willing to help. This Dollarama location is the best in Cambridge! It is very large with a wide selection of everything you need!

Lots of cheap stuff. Store sometimes a bit chaotic as staff work to swap seasonal stock along isles. Front checkout area appears designed to jam up customers waiting to line up for purchases.
