Despite the sharp increase in prices and the absence of a true dollar store, the lady working in this location was delightful. She sang in a Christmas style and extended a very warm welcome.

The staff and this location are always very friendly and do a good job keeping the store organize. I often visit this location and am constantly surprised and the new additions to their selection. Many people seem to be upset about the price increase but it seems just as many don't realize the value increase of the products that are offered now compared to even just a year ago.

Love the assistant that sings all the time. Friendly, fast. Go once a week just for the enviroment.

The biggest location within Richmond Hill.
Lots of kids stuff, art and crafts stuff at this location. For sure your kids won't be disappointed.

Some are rip off those are old items, can not replacement at all. The price goes up, so sad that no refund and no exchange too.

You can find many products with cheap price and average quality. I remember years ago, almost everything was $1 but nowadays you have to pay $3 to $5

I am leaving this review to comment the older Philipino lady who was working at the cash register on Saturday July 30th, 2022. She is an asset to this store! She was literally putting a smile on every customers face before they exited the store!

Good prices for many items. Some change over time, and others stay the same for years (price). The staff are kind people, and can help you pretty well.

I was looking for a bathroom tub plug or stoppers. And they only had 1 left. Luckily I took the last one, but they should restock more often!

Staff and management are so considerate, genuinely kind, and have made my shopping experiences dramatically positive.

Cashiers are rude. They also usually verbally argue with their colleagues while yelling at each other. Its not good.

This was a fun visit. Kids love it here. Get your kids some fun things to do on an easy budget as the pandemic has been difficult on families both financially and finding things fir our children to do. Statistics have come out that childrens mental health has declined drastically during this pandemic. The lack of socialization and fear has taken a toll on their delicate psyche. As parents and teachers and all in the community who love our children its a sad state of affairs. So take them shopping if yoyr able. My kids had fun here.

I always find what I need at this location! They have everything from kitchen stuff to arts and crafts and even things for my pet. I love that the service is also quick. There was a bit of a line at the cash but the cashiers got through it pretty quickly.

I got so many different treatments from another place in a while years but no one was effective for me and he cured me in first visit

I went here to buy something, when I asked about something I was looking for, one of those employees stated shouting at me, she look likes Chinese, she was crazy and I ran away. She was rude.

This particular Dollarama was clean, well stocked, and spacious. I even mentioned to the friendly cashier how nice it was compared to others I'd been in.

The owner seems to be changed recently. The store is a cheater. It displays the price as 1 or 2 but at the counter, charge you with double times more. If you asked for checking the price, refuse it. Also refuse to give the money back at the counter when you checked the receipt and raised a concern just before processing complete payment. Don't go to this store anymore. If you ever decided to go, check every price at the counter before processing payment. Be alert for cheating on~

I love the dollar store, you can get alot here for dollar prices and they are expanding the selection of what is available. Good if you're on a budget, but I would recommend to use discretion when buying as products tend to be not the most sturdy so to speak. Still I think these stores can be good for anyone to shop, they offer many products for a better price and you can find great buys here I feel.

What a shame this STORE MANAGER by the name Dolli is. The store used to have friendly employees, always with a smile and ready to help. The experience I had today was really beyond imagination. As I was shopping for gardening and was almost done with it, I couldn't find one item, and I decided to ask someone either they have it. The lady I asked didn't know and was even scared to answer, she suggested I asked Dolli. I approached Dolli and asked either they sell a certain item in the gardening dept.when she replied I AM NOT SURE without even looking at me and went to the next isle. Thinking she is looking for it, I followed her only to hear from her "Mam, you should know when you don't see it, we probably don't have it, shouldn't you? ! " Right after that she continued to talk to her friend as loud as one can get in Spanish without bothering to help the customer. I was speechless! As I was looking for the manager, I found out that it's her. HOW can someone behave like this at workplace, especially store manager? Surely, I had to tell her what I think of her SERVICE and how being rude won't take her far in life. How SAD when a manager doesn't even have a basic customer relationship knowledge. It was closing time and line up was a bit too long, there was only one cash register open. When staff member, (who actually ended up helping me in a very friendly way), called her to help out at the cash, she literally ignored it and continued "walking" through the store. Poor, very poor service and poor excuse for a manager. Not even a word of sorry. Their employee had to apologize for her! I hope she won't be there for too long so we can shop there as before.
