I left the cart and the employee complained about it. It's not the customer responsibility to put the carts away or for them to be aggressive about using the self checkout. I have heard them tell off the old people about learning to use it. It's part of the employee responsibility to cash us out and straighten things up.

Customer service needs to be improved. Be friendly, a smile doesn’t cost you a thing. Just poor service overall.

Too crowded long line ups, aisles narrow, it is an obstacle course trying to avoid people in this pandemic. I know it is not known for aesthetics but It is not for the faint hearted.

This store has some of the cheapest products across all Canada stores. But, the customer service is below average. Very stubborn and insensitive people across stores in GTA. They desperately need to be taught to smile, be kind, greet, help customers
