Dollarama

Lady at cashier around 7.30pm has unnecessary attitude problem. We were checking out, but she was behaving like we are doing something wrong, giving bad expressions when we pulled out our own bag from our home. We were three persons and all of us has witnessed her this bad behaviour. We are regular customer here, but every time she has same bad attitude towards the people of her own race.

Very bad service. They write the price of something on the aisle and when you take it to the billing then they say it's more than the price mentioned. Then don't exchange or refund back the money also for that product. Very bad policy.

I am a frequent customer here. I came in tonight (August 1st, 8: 30pm) and witnessed a supervisor or manager berating and raising their voice at an employee in a store full of customers. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The way this manager was talking to the employee clearly embarrassed her in front of the customers. Please do better. People don’t deserve to be treated this way.

Been to thousands of dollar stores and each one let me bring my bike in except this one. Security guard very rude. Hire someone else.

On Saturday June 19th 7: 00, I went into the store with my bike and instead of watching my bike (like security should) in order for me to purchase a bike lock, he stood in my way and kicked me out. I went across the street and took my business elsewhere. Genius hire Dollarama:/

I had never been disrespected like this ever in my life. Every employ that I said hi to said nothing back to me. The cashier lady was so mean and rude no hi no thank you no nothing. Don't come here she said

Bad customer service lady at night shift she was so rude with me i just asked one question regarding one product I bought from another store and it’s have a manufacturing fault I have a receipt as well but she just starting telling me her policy and doesn’t want to listen to me and she was screaming me inform of all other customers She said you can complain head office or manager I don’t care etc etc I was so feel bad then I had to leave I have no idea where I can launch her complain bad customer service

Dollarama at 160 Main Street S.is always fully stocked, neatly and organized. Their staff is very helpful and courteous. If there is any issue, they strive to resolve asap. Recommended for excellent price-product-service combination.

In my last review of the Dollarama at this location I said they were experiencing P. O. S issues.
