Dollarama

Workers were half an hour late. A lot of people were waiting outside that whole time, many of them gave up and went home. When the worker arrived she was rude

This is a great store where I specifically go to buy certain products that are in stock that aren't available in other locations. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the cashiers are very polite and efficient. I'd recommend the store highly to anyone in the area.

This Dollarama is located one floor below ground level. It is not wheelchair accessible and does not have an escalator or elevator for people having troubles climbing stairs. The plaza does have lots of free parking.

Other than accessibility problems, this Dollarama has a very similar experience compared to other stores. The layout is similar, merchandising of the products is exceptional as the shelves are always full and aisles have no clutter. There is more retail space compared to other stores.

What separates this store apart from others is that the inventory takes a little longer to turn over because of it's unique location being tucked away in the corner of the plaza underground. Usually older stock that you cannot find anymore at the busier stores is found here. It takes a little longer for the stock to turn over but not by much if word gets around on hot items.

Not so crowded. Well-managed and usually good, but didn't have a good variety of shower curtains at the time of my visit.

The shop is at the underground level, pretty crampy. Nevertheless, the shop is descent, staff is polite.

Terrible customer service!
All the staffs there need to be trained how to interact properly with customers. The girl cashier scanned the very first item wrong I asked the price of one the items behind her and she scanned it without even saying yes! And then instead of leading me to the next cash she started cashing out others! When I told her why do you do that she rudely said you should wait for the manager to come! That makes no sense, why should I waite when I have no item on the counter and what is the difference between me and the other customers! The worst happened when I complained to her manager, Instead of apologizing she told me with a very loud voice that she was on her break! And blamed me for asking her to be here to void an item which is not mine at all, I was not the one who scanned the item wrong!

Definitely was my last visit to this location.

Small area compared to most Dollarama locations. But shelves are well organized and they have most items I couldn't find from others.

I think this is one of the better ones I have been to. It always seems to be well organized. Check out is usually quick as well.

This is literally the cheapest store I know. Their most expensive price tag is 4$. I once found guitar hero for Wii u that sells for around 40$ in other stores. The chips and candy there is also extremely cheap. If you want to get a quick snack for cheap, Dollarama is definitely the store to go to. You can also buy 4 1L water bottles for 2$.

Closes hours earlier then all the other dolleramas on the weekend, very inconvenient, and inconsistent.

Great Dollarama store that has a wide variety of products. I love it for its greeting cards, household goods, candies, and much more. Terrific value! Free parking.

I bought a charging wire from this place today and particularly i asked can i return if it not working. The cashier said yes. Charging wire is not working properly and i went there next hour they said we wont take it back. I wont recommend this place to anyone.

I know I report on many places that exchange items for currency, however, at the his place, they make a point of specifying small amounts of currency. I assumed that the items would be each exchange for 'one dollar' based on the title, however this was not the case.

The key holder is rude. I was in line and customer a head of me went to their car to pay how rude. My time worth something too.
