Dollarama

I bought kambucha drink thinking it was $1.25 walked out read bill hadn't even left the sidewalk turned around because I was charged $2.00 just to be told no refund. So I would not of bought at that price. Ridiculous that they wouldn't even help me with my dilemma at all not even any solution given.

I like this store.ask staff where something is and they tell u exactly.when walking is hard it's nice when ppl take the time so you don't have to wander around

I brought three $100 Visa gift cards to the checkout. The cashiers couldn’t figure out how to scan them, so one of them went to grab $50 gift cards instead.
Little did I know, each card has a $6 activation fee.
So instead of paying $6 times three cards, I ended up paying $6 times six cards. Double!
Myself and other customers believe that they did this on purpose - as they get some of the activation fee.

Management really needs to change at this store. My coworker left this store the other day feeling extremely discriminated against despite following covid protocols. Completely unacceptable!

The manager has to change in this location. She is very rude and unprofessional. I hope these reviews matter to your company in the sense that you’re in a small town where we care truly to support business in our community. What I had to experience in the store was completely unprofessional. This location will continue to lose more customers if this continues. I would rather drive down to Simcoe and Winchester to have better customer service. FYI get educated

This place is great. I shop here pretty much every time I leave my house, and buy the essentials. Whether it be snacks, drinks, even hair ties. This place has it all. By far the best store in this entire community.

I have never been into a retail store where stocking shelves takes priority! They block aisles with the carts and even sigh or roll their eyes if dare to ask a question! Head office would benefit from sending a secret shopper in!

My neibourhood store. Got everything I needed from a $ store at my finger tip. Professionnal staff. Very Polite.

Store employees are not respectful or polite. There was also nobody working on cash. Ended up leaving my stuff and walking out after 10mins.

Well stocked Dollarama. Very typical to similar type to other dollarama stores. Check out moved very quickly. Staff friendly and efficient.

Staff is always friendly. Can find everything and has the same items as the larger Dollolarama stores even though it is a bit smaller surprisingly fits everything.

I guess i went at a bad time, everything was everywhere.re-modeling the store but that should be done when store is closed.

Town of Brooklyn /Whitby, ON. Best dollar store. Nicest fake flowers and plants. Lots of fun stuff. Some cute toys in there for the kids and craft stuff. Love it! Going back again soon to get more flowers!

This place was clean and well-kept. I would definitely return for another visit the staff was friendly. It was a good store overall.very large Dollar Store.

Picked up a couple X'mas cards and Plantain chips. The chips are still a $1 each, but the bag has gone from 105g to 85g. Pathetic.
