Dollarama

These self checkouts are a joke. If i find wanted to work and scan my own items after a long days work I might aswell work there. I find them terrible! It's like the workers don't want to check you out.terrible new layout

Friendly staff and service, even when it got busy, still didn't ha e to wait long to checkout

The store is kept very tidy, organized very neatly, but the staff are terrible. Rude, dismissive, I even heard one of them talking about getting in her car and running over students of the neighboring highschool. Great facility, terrible staff. I called and complained a long while ago, told I'd here back from them, as you may expect I did not hear back. 5/5 on facility 0/5 for the staff.

Who doesn't love and waiting to be served by a gaggle of girls who are standing around actually not doing any work.

Nearby to location- easy to find home related stuff. Good collection of things and very friendly staff.

When self checkout was introduced I was also introduced to staff being lazy. 2 staff at the checkout counter chatting and gossiping and also two in the aisle again, chatting and gossiping about how lazy the rest of the staff was. I tried to walk up that aisle and they would not budge from stocking even though the took up the entire aisle. Hardly customer based. Then when NOT Greeted at the cash by the two employees they made me wait in line while all self checkouts were full. They could have easily served me. I overheard them saying to 'herd the customers' to self checkout. I'm sorry, last I checked I am a human being. And who you worked with or dated on the weekend doesn't require me waiting longer for service. Well Dollarama, you've lost a customer and I will also be telling everyone in my circle. Take care, I hope it all works outs between your coworkers and significant others.

Found everything that I needed. Staff is very friendly and take you exactly where you need to go.

No signs on aisles (I realize it's on purpose to make you wander and buy more than you need). No staff anywhere except at registers. Could not find what I was looking for. I realized why I haven't been there in years. Left empty handed. Maybe I'll forget this experience and return in a few years. And come to the same conclusion again.

Poor customer service.
The cashier gave me a wrong item of slippers. Poor service. He did not even pack the right items. Mixed it with other people’s items. Would like my refund back. Really disobedient as well.

This is a Good $ store; most important is Clean and well displayed, Casheirs are pleasant with customers, and I can't buy just about anything for my dog at a reasonable price, such as most important things like to pads, Bags, Bags and Bags for use to clean after pups, dogs etc after their potty jobs! ‍?

Loads of items well stocked clean, friendly staff only down fall is the kids from the school seems it takes 5 kids for 1 to buy a pop.

Came in here and got banned for "stealing" even though i didnt take anything.new employee acting tough by banning people for no reason

Goes to say every Dollarama has unique finds and always convenient no matter the time of year. Staff here always polite and they are helpful. This store is always well stocked when I've been in this location which is always awesome!

I get alot of items from dollar store like paint brushes, tape, writing paper, envelopes, cooking tinfoil pans, stove inserts.like the prices These things are cheaper then if you went to hardware or otherstores. I like the variety of flowers as well not real of course. I shop there often as it's close to my home an it usually has what I want.

Great selection. Great prices. I would suggest that they put labels on each of the isles so its easier for customer to view whats in each isle before walking down the whole isle.

Over charging. I find play doo cheaper at toys r us, chocolate have same paking but bad quality cheaper at Walmart or other store, I bought color pencils no color in it I through it in the garbage and bought from Staples cheaper and much better quality. This is not a dollar store Dollar Tree is much more reasonable.

Prices are starting to soar well above the dollar point - I hope they bring back the "dollar" philosophy.

Best dollarama in the area! Staff is very friendly and help out anyone! They are very understanding and very professional when crappy moody customers come in and constantly complain! Witnessed a customer yell at a cashier because they weren't fast enough. Those are the reasons why cashiers become moody and hate their job.

Everytime I visit Canada, I make a dollorama trip. Great deals especially on baskets of all shapes colors and sizes. I use dollorama baskets in all areas of the house: pantry, bathroom, linen closet, laundry room, kids toy room.everywhere! And for some reason I love their scented trash bags and sponges. Another area I always look in is the toy section.great selection especially for party favors. Their price for canvas (art section) can not be beat. Thanks dollarama. You never disappoint. (And I never leave without spending over $100)
