The new fudge they got in is amazing and the price is unbeatable. Their protein shake comes in vanilla and chocolate and is the best deal around!

This store received weighted blankets and never put them on the floor. Staff bought them and resold them on Facebook marketplace.

Grouchy old lady with a raspy voice and short, dyed auburn hair, working the register at 19: 20 on Oct 6 2022 gave the absolute worst customer service to everyone who she spoke to. She was so miserable, rude, and refused to do any more than the bare minimum. Absolute cow. I hope managers speak to her and tell her to brighten up or quit. She does NOT belong in customer service.

Horrible customer service, make you wait in line while two of them count the cash for one register. No one else to check out customers

As always, if I could I'd move right in very helpful staff, always stocked on products, and even in these busy hard times.they still manage to keep the store well maintained.

Dollarama on highway 2, Dundas west was good. They had the articles i wanted. Staff stocking shelf was great. Cashier was somewhat rude, disinterested in what she was doing.

In this Dollarama the staff is very rude and they didn't know how to deal with costumer's question gently

Used to love coming here but newer staff are rude. I don’t come to dollarama to have staff talk about me and my tattoos/piercings in the next aisle over.

I lost my phone here just now and the employees were super nice & helped me find it. 10/10 would recommend losing your phone here

Bigger that the usual dollarama. Great customer service they need to little bit to hire more people and bring some prices down What it used to be before

The people who work here seem extremely miserable. They never say hi or bye and hardly look at you at all.

I like the store I frequent it often I find what I need and I get out. I haven't had a problem with staff, in fact I find them quite friendly. I've ever had a question I've always had answered I've never run into somebody grumpy, I guess it depends on the person who approaches them

I love dollarama and everything is really cheap but their is a staff member who has been really rude to my friends and I and haven't been treating us the way we should be treated as customers.

Worst customer experience at any Dollarama! When you only have 2 cashier's on a weekend and the line up is worse than a ride at wonderland, something is wrong.then the one cashier had to help the other cashier do a void? ! That's when I put my stuff down and said goodbye.a manager should help out if they are getting slammed.weekends should have 4 ppl on cash!

I have met some rude people before but never rude and bossy! Seriousiy? Those girls in this Dollarama on a Monday night should not be working where they have to deal with people. I know some can be a nightmare but all it takes is a smile and thank you.

You need to give your staff lessons on how to be a decent human. At my minimum wage PART TIME job, this attitude would NEVER fly. Whoever that older lady is.she asked do you want a bag? We said no, she gave it anyways and THREW IT with our items inside ON THE GROUND instead of handing it to us over the desk like any other normal clerk would do.i asked why would you throw our stuff? She didnt answer and just said NEXT!
the young lady next to her on the cashier over was also giving us condescending looks.
