Dollarama

Very unprofessional staff who shows poor attitude as well as lack of proper training. They’re making up their own policies when it doesn’t even exist on the Dollarama website or FAQ. I would assume it’s discrimination and unjust due to lack of professional training and work experience. Dollarama is still a great store, maybe some staffs just aren’t building a good reputation for the store and brand. Overall horrible experience at this store and won’t be coming again.

Needed a hair brush, bought one here. Came complete with hair. Haven't used it yet. Will need to clean and sanitize before use. Bristles were turned to the inside of the box so it wasn't visible when purchased. I know it's a dollar store but come on.

Worst dollarama, if it is possible! Most hated dollarama ever in all th gta. Worst consumer service ever! 10 visit x approved

Lots of things in stalk with a multiple selection. Everything was good but some of the employee's were very Strick for some odd reason

I don’t like this particular Dollarama store. The staff are extremely rude and are always yelling. The manager is even more rude. One time I went here with my small dog which was 1kg (which I was holding in my hands) and the manager told me “can you get out” in a very rudely tone. I DO NOT recommended to go to this Dollarama.

Worst customer service. Went to the checkout and the lady behind the counter started yelling at me that she won’t sell me items because of the lockdown but wouldn’t tell me which ones.

I have been there just once and it was clean and well organized, I was looking for something specific and cashier was helpful.

I was reading the reviews and some had the same problem that we had with the same guy, very rude, he yelled at the customers, my husband took my kids out the store and left the items, the we move to a other location, we will never back here.

2 staff chatting. I had to interrupt in order to get assistance. One gentleman told me one of 2 aisles. The gentleman behind the cash confirmed one aisle. First gentleman told 2nd that he was going on his break.
After wandering the aisle and searching for the item I wanted, I gave up and went to another store.

Today I had a horrible experience with a male cashier (tall guy around 30) who criticized my outfit. It was very rude. NEVER will go back to this horrible store.

Running a tad low on things but between my not needing 99% of the things and Covid.as usual a good experience. The man behind the till didn't sanitize the counter nor the payment machine.

Very clean store. Helpful staff. Found everything we needed. Cashiers very fast. Thank you will go again!

Was there earlier this evening I have to say the guy running the cash by himself does a great job but maybe takes it abit to serious with the rules during Covid acting like the Police when you enter the store. Bottom line is I will not be back to this location to be harassed by this guy and his over the top actions.

Dollarama can be a life saver when having to buy tools. Sure they're not professional tools but can you really complain about spending $2-3 on tools when Home Depot is just too far and will charge you $10 for a scraper?

It had almost everything I was looking for, and of course a lot more of what I wasn't looking for that I got anyway. It's clean, and it stayed open longer than some of the closer locations to me, so that's a plus.

Rude service from the manager. She placed an item that was poorly resealed with masking tape (clearly been returned), and she wanted it sold for full price of four bucks. It looked like there would be a 50/50 chance it would not work. When I enquired, she said it was the last item and she would rather send it back for damage reimbursement than to sell it for a customer at an adjusted price.

For my needs, this one was a little bit disappointing. I usually get some snacks at Dollarama. Perhaps if I were looking for something else it would have been sufficing.
The snack section was pretty sad and I will likely not come back for it at this location. Pretty much the same as other Dollorama locations but with fewer items. They also didn't have microwaveable popcorn (usually 3 bags for $1.25 at other locations).
Actually, in general, it is not a bad one if you're in the area since they do carry a bit of everything.

Large Dollarama that isn't usually too overcrowded & when the checkout lanes are busy, staff are quick to open more registers to get you in & out quick

Well organized! Lots of good quality kids and activity books. Staff were very nice a polite. Conveniently located near groceries and Winners/home sense!

Nice size Dollarama, with a good selection of dollar store items. Always one of my go to destinations for some of the little things around the house, and one of the best bargains around for gift bags and cards.

Selection was kind of poor compared to other dollarama locations, especially their sticker selection
