Tacky, unprofessional store. Mediocre at best. Way better places to go in the neighborhood. Check out Minerva instead imo.

What with there being a cannabis shop on every corner in Toronto, I feel Dolly's stands out- not only for its vibrant colours- but the style of customer service. The staff at Dolly's aren't just polite and helpful, but they genuinely enjoy interacting and building relationships with their customer base. Every time I go in with other customers, they seem to know each person by name. For myself, they always remember who I am, and remember the details I told them about what is going on with me since I've seen them. They can tell if I'm having a good or bad day and always offer to chat it out if I need it! I've heard them share interests with many people (including myself) and point out new and interesting places along bathurst & dupont. Dolly's doesn't just feel like another cannabis shop, it feels like a part of the community! The interior is warm, fun & inviting- as yes the staff is knowledgeable about the product but they're not afraid to check with one another or different members of the community for recommendations. I easily pass by four or five cannabis shops on my way home, and there is a place 2min from my apartment-BUT I go to Dolly's everytime because no other place is as wonderful to their customers and involved in the community as Dolly's is. Easy 5/5:)

Not a massive selection, but reasonable pricing. They have friendly staff, and a proper covid friendly pick up service. My only pseudo-issue (as a large consumer of herb) is they only sell half quarters, but I know a lot of dispensaries have miminmized their stock throughout this pandemic.

*Update* They now have more stock than most dispensaries I go to, as well as dog treats (milkbones for walk-in pooches, not cannabis related lol)
So that'll be 5 stars from my dog and I.

They were really helpful providing the genetics of the strains which is really cool and not lot of other dispensaries do that. Selections are okay, they provide a bunch of nice strains from 30$-40$ although they are a bit pricier compared to the OCS and other dispensaries.wish the customer service experience and product knowledge was better as it felt very transactional as if they just want me to get what i ask for instead of providing recommendations that would point to a potentially better product.

Everytime I come here the staff are really rude, the store is really dirty and constantly give me the wrong order, and refused to fix their mistakes, when I walked in after work because it was close they said they didn’t need my service, never had a problem at other dispensary

Staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable- this is my new spot! Prices are great and the story behind their business is very touching. The website and curb side pickup is super easy. Looking forward to many visits in the future.

This place I just discovered. Its great for it has sales and their prices are reasonable and better then most other places. The back story of Dollys is poignant and real. Check it out, its worth it!

Have been here a few times now and can say I'll be coming back. Very nice and professional staff. From the patience of the young guy on my first visit, to the friendly/understanding owner himself. Best prices and deals on a fair amount selection.

It was my first time shopping at a cannabis store, and I have to say the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming and highly knowledgeable. They have a variety of great products and with their guidance and assistance I was able to get exactly what I needed. Their curbside pick up system is so easy and very efficient. I highly recommend Dolly's Cannabis to all. Looking forward to making another visit there soon!

Amazing place, awesome staff. I've been back at least a dozen times since they've opened and each time they've treated me with the same care and attention. I've always loved the products recommended to me and their prices are the lowest in the city. I will definitely be back again soon. Big thank you to Dolly's Cannabis!

So happy this place is finally opened! Great buying experience both on-line and in person. I like how they are always willing to explain differences in product and make sure you get what is best for you. Payment process was simple and safe. Overall excellent experience and above expected service. Will come again.

The cutest weed store ever! LoVE all the decor and neon signs, great selection for all ya smoking needs. The customer service topped it all off! THE MOST GORGEOUS SWEETEST TALL GIRL was so so kind and helpful! Heard she likes peach kombucha so tip her in kombucha if you're feeling generous.:)
