Dominion Hotel Pub

They built a new screened in poarch addition at the back. It was lunch time and quit busy so we sat beside it under a canopy. The szechuan stir fry veg.and veg.and chicken were very good as was the fish n chips. The waitress was friendly and efficient. They even brought a bowl of water for the dog. Good people, good food.

A table of four adults and one child. We shared a huge plate of nachos, the guys ate the double burger (too big for them), and I had the pineapple curry. My meal was tasty, and they had crayons for the child. Nice place.

Amazing place to eat and have a cold beverage. Great atmosphere and the service was terrific.

Fun night of trivia on a Thursday. Very good selection of beers available on tap or in a can. Food was good. I look forward to returning.

Quiet afternoon beer.

Arrived on a Sunday night and it seems like the place to go for a Sunday dinner.kinda crowded.

Had another of their great hot dogs - the Bull Dog (cheese and crispy bacon). Mmmm

Returned for trivia last night. Had the Rottweiler hot dog.cheese and jalapenos with a side of tater tots.that's good eatin'!

I went in for a drink had a margarita not frozen it was $14 waitress never came back had to get up and get someone to pay my bill glad I didn't have 2 at that price!

Cottage gathering.good vittles with buddies for almost an hour and half.

I didn't stay but the music was awesome and so was the food and drinks. The waitress was amazing as well!

My pretzels came out hot and my Caesar salad was perfect!

I went with my daughter, niece and grandson. We ordered and waited 30 minutes for food. And nobody liked it. My daughter had cheese quesdilles, no flavor, just ordinary melted cheese. My niece had the chicken quesdilles, very little chicken and again no flavor. Really it's a Mexican dish, spice it up. I had chilly cheese fries, not enough cheese and the chilly was luke warm and dry. My grandson was the only one who ate, he had the chicken wings. We will not be coming back.

Server was nice, place is beautiful, most of the food was good but the soup tasted like the bottom burnt and they stirred it in and serves was very slow. Plus it was very expensive $12 for a cocktail!
Didn't stay at the hotel, just went for dinner.

Room was cozy, a bit dated and loud but given that it was a fraction of the price average for the area it was great without being a shoddy Airbnb.

You can hear people walking around and some dude was clearly playing call of duty all night on a laptop and I felt like I was part of his posse, they seemed to be winning.

Great vibe though, comfy beds, clean space - everything you could hope for. I'll definitely stay again

What a charming place for a get away. Our room felt like a home - not a hotel. Very comfortable. We had food and beverages in the restaurant which were FANTASTIC! I had the steak and Guinness pie and my wife had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Wow. Absolutely amazing. Washed it all down with a few of the Dominion Lagers and live music on the patio. PERFECT weekend getaway. Definitely will be back and 100% recommend!

Place need a freshen up! That staff were courteous. Very historical. A bar or pub. Had band playing and was nice. And outdoor area available. Good location.

Had a great lunch, black bean soup and Caesar salad. We also had a Ruben with smoked meat and salad the meals were excellent.

Great patio and good burgers! They have a pretty consistent live music roster too it seems.

Pretty good pub food and selection but service can be slow. Did not check into hotel which is upstairs.

Great restaurant for a family meal or party room for a larger gathering. Great menu variety and food quite tasty! Right on main Street in Minden. The original historical Hotel.

I've been a few times. They have THE BEST food, draft beers and service. I love their open patio & live music. Rooms are clean & well kept. My fav place to stay in Minden.

Decent place to have a meal. The waitress was kind, didn’t bother us at all to order more.

The food was really good too, the only issue to me is the value for what you get. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki Dinner and expected that. Not 2 skewers on fries with a Greek Salad. Not for the price they charge anyway.

It's a great place, we drove 35 minutes to get there and food was great but if you order any appetizers you tell them and remind them again coz they will forget

Not impressed! First time coming here to try out their restaurant. Just moved to town. We called 30 minutes ahead to reserved a table the girl on the phone said don't bother just show up. We show up and nothing only two seat atthe bar. They took a group of 8 when she told us don't both just show up at 5: 30. Not impress at all. Not in no rush to go therr now!
