I am a single dad and when I needed advice and directions around renewing my mortgage and consolidating some of my bills I was told about Tracy Valko and associates.

I had looked over other companies and made some inquiries but when I spoke with someone through Valko financial I instantly felt heard and that they understood what my needs were. I wanted to renew my mortgage and get ride of some of my bills without having a large payment at the end that I couldn't afford.

To say our kids fe would be very different had I not come across Cindy White and the Valko team would be an understatement. We have a very difficult property due to zoning and Cindy has gone above and beyond to exhaust every option for us in the last few years. From us coming across big structure issue we hadn’t budgeted for and needed repaired as soon as possible, to finding a lender that would even work with us due to our zoning restrictions and the fact that we started renovations before the appraisal (learned my lesson there), Cindy made it all possible! There is not another mortgage broker I would consider and would recommend this brokerage and Cindy over and over again! 5 stars is not enough for this team!
