UPDATE Sept. 2022
I regret working with Richard and Dominion Pardons, I have paid them $3694.50 in total, my Pardon is not clear and won't be clear till May 2023 he said. I was told it will be done by November or December of 2022. They keep asking for more money, First $734.50 for consultation (my first $500+234.50, then he called me and said it will cost $1921.00 to do the application, after than he calls me out of no where and say I need to pay another $1039.00 for file destruction. Total $3694.50 and taking over a year.still waiting for my background record to be clear.

Update: Richard has contact me and we are working things out. I will update my experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Richard took more than $500 from me for a waiver and did not do anything, I ask him what the money is for, he replied its for consultant. He hasn't reply to my emails. HE is a SCAMMER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This place is a complete scam. Richard is simply a horrible person and should be in jail himself. He has no business getting people pardons and waivers. Do yourself a favor and don’t even have a phone conversation with him. If you agree to use his service over the phone then change your mind, he will threaten you with collection agencies over a verbally binding agreement. Complete nonsense. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Got denied my waiver in 2019 because of him. I’ve now waited 4 years to reapply using a proper pardons and waivers expert who actually cares about their clients.

Had a very pleasant and no hassle experience. Richard is very professional and stays on top of your file.

Richard and his team are legit. Have faith and trust that they are taking care of business. Honest and transparent. I haven't compared prices with other places but they were upfront and informative with the options and what was best for my situation. I will be recommending them.

Richard and his assistants at Dominion Pardons and Waivers has been very professional. The turnover time and results to obtain a waiver was incredibly fast. Also, I had a bit of a hiccup with getting a pardon, they managed to pull through and I got my pardon! I am extremely pleased with their service. I would recommend Dominion Pardons and Waivers to my friends and family.

A friend of mine reached out to this company and made an enquiry about getting a pardon. Some basic information was exchanged and he said he would get back to them. Oddly they sent his information to CRA for unpaid I'm not even sure. Highly unprofessional and you would think they would reach out to him first. Something fishy about these guys.

This is a total scam! Ive paid them almost $3000.00 and everytime i spoke with Richard i need to pay money, I am going to the authorities, and news media about this. I am on disability and just wanted a clean record in case i have the chance of crossing the border. Im disgusted and furious.

I took down my comment, but if they don't finish my paper work after I pay another 1100$ I will repost. I havent worked in over 4months and now another 1,100$ plus the cost of finger prints again 75$ i am struggling with bills as it is

PHONE CONSULTATION THAT COST ME $1500

Few yrs back I seen there ad on Facebook thought I’d call to see what services they had and how much it cost. By the end of phone call they wanted a credit card. I wasn’t prepared to start the process yet so I didn’t give him one told him to call me in a week or so. Figured they wouldn’t start the process until they got my first payment. They called in a week I didn’t have the funds so didn’t answer due to no longer wanting the services. Well he tried calling and emailing a few times but I had not wanted the pardon anymore so had no reason to speak to them.

Approximately a month later I got a letter in the mail from debt collectors for the full amount 1500$ which is what it cost at that time 1000$ for the pardon 500$ for the guarantee even tho I never maid one payment I didn’t sign anything just got a simple phone call asking about there services. They said they will not remove it from collections unless I pay a 525$ fee.

He’s Probably gonna respond But I just got off the phone with him minutes ago. He admitted they Only did an hour an a half of work plus 75$ for taxes some how. But instead of just sending that to collections they sent the full price as if they did the full service. So I will be happily taking them to collections because I’m not paying a dime when I still have a record. These guys are nothing but money hungry they do not care about us at all. He maid that clear on the phone when he said were not doctors an lawyers were criminals. So that’s how he treats us.

An for the record the only 100% legitimate place to get a pardon is “Pardons Canada” Not some third party place like this. For an extra 500$ we will guarantee you your prints will be removed from Every police station in the country they said lol pure sales tactic. What’s the first 1000$ for if u have to pay an extra 500$ for the grantee. That’s like buying new tires but being told if ya pay an extra 125$ you have a grantee they will last for a month.

WORST PLACE TO GET A PARDON PERIOD!

This place has been the worst place I've ever dealt with I highly recommend not dealing with this place for a pardon and do it yourself because you will end up doing half of the work anyway.it took me over a year to get my paper work and when I went to the border to pay and they had threw out the paper work that I waited for from dominion. I had to redo everything at the border.save your money and do it yourself because I got my own pardon in 6 weeks after I had payed.and please do not listen to mr.robert he's got to be the biggest scammer on the face of this earth good luck people and keep the money in your pocket!

The man running this place is a bitter heartless man and no regard for basic human rights. I will definitely be filing a complaint for discrimination.

This is the best company ever, I'm from Red deer Alberta they change my life to the better, Richard he's the best Person to deal with, I always communicate with him and it was pleasure dealing with Richard, I recommend this company to everyone.

TL DR: POLICE WERE CALLED, RICHARD THREATENED "YOU'RE LUCKY I DON'T RIP YOUR ARM OFF" WHEN I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SCAM. THIEVES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I'll try to keep this brief. I hired Richard at the end of December 2018. I paid almost $2,000 for the premium package waiver. Eventually after doing everything I was asked. I stopped getting emails back and Richard was always "out of the office, but I'll tell him you called". Then today when I called I was hung up on because I wasn't calm. Apparently their office doesn't think I should be worried about my $2,000. After all, it's only a measly $2,000, right? Why would anyone get upset about such a small amount of money?

It's now May 1st. I was told everything would be wrapped up in Feb. And now it's been a month since anyone has gotten back to me.and since I had just been hung up on, I WENT TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

How long would you wait before you decided your money had been stolen? For me I waited 4 months with nothing to show for my money or time.

When I got there I was instructed to sit down and wait. I said "no thank, I'll stand! ". I had been waiting for 4 months and was not happy to be ordered around. That's when Richard tried to PHYSICALLY REMOVE ME, AND RIPPED MY COAT.

He then said really nice things like "You're lucky I don't rip your arm off". That's a direct quote ladies and gentlemen. Then he said "You think this s the first time we've had to do this? ". Yikes!

Then they threatened to call the cops to which I replied "PLEASE DO! ". I actually called them to cause Richard was using force to try and get me out.

Unfortunately for me, Richard has the legal right to use reasonable force to get me off the property, so him assaulting me was actually not against the law and there's nothing I could do about that.

The cops told me I have to take him to court if I want my money back.they were very sympathetic.even though he had taken my money and then disappeared.

Anyway, I saw the other terrible reviews and please know that this is not a fake. Check out my other reviews. I review lots of businesses in Toronto, most of which are amazing.

Richard will take your money, upsell you on the premium package with no intention of doing any work. I would say what's most impressive about him is that HE WILL DO IT WITH A SMILE.ok blah blah blah u get the point. I hope this helps you! I hope you read this before you give any money! Good luck with your waiver or whatever it is. Just AVOID THIS SCAM. All the reviews are either 1 star of 5 star. I betting either the 5 stars are fake or the 1 star reviews are fake.which ones do you think are fake? More importantly: would you bet your money on it?

I just want to protect people from a scammer, I heard bad story about your make a wish foundation scamming helpless children.

SCAMMM! Stay away! I was one of those people that read the reviews and still decided to give them a chance. Richard sounded very informed and had the "sale man" gig down pact! Until it came down to getting updates on my file (while I continued to pay regularly), He began to use offensive language, rude and to say he was unprofessional would be an understatement! You would think he was doing me a favor and that I was not paying a ridiculous amount for the services!

I am sure he will go under this comment and respond something like "we don't know who you are, or some other FALSE accusation"! Which at this point you can tell just make him even more guilty.

I am telling you, STAY AWAY, they are not worth it, After all that abuse, my file was completely GARBAGE and I had to take it to another company who were shocked to see what they did! I write this to any person who is even considering hiring them! STAYYYY AWAY! SCAM! I still don't understand how he they are still in business.

Stay clear of these scam artists. I called them in January 2019 to inquire about their services. Richard seemed like a decent guy at first, but the more I talked with him I noticed some inconsistencies in what he was telling me. So I asked hom to send me some documents on what he does and I would look it over. Upon looking it over and researching this company I realized they are fraud artists. So I decided not to deal with them, next day they sent a collection agency after me for 1050 dollars. Absurdly absurd and ridiculous to think I owe them a dime, now I've made a criminal complaint to the rcmp and have reported them to the BBB. Do not contact these people unless you want to be ripped off.

I wouldn't recommend this spot to anybody who is looking to recieve honest help in any paralegal services. Very unprofessional and rude

850$. Wasted. Horrible manners, horrible price, and horrible scam. Richard convinced me into a file destruction when I called for a pardon. Paid, filed, waited. Richard tells me I need to pay 900$ more to him and 600$ more to the government because.surprise surprise.i need a pardon, not a file destruction.

This company has scammed people for a very long time now and I would employ you not to go here. There are a lot of other places that can give you good services, this is not one of them.

I called in for a quote and they sent me to collections and wont cancell it.never signed 1 piece of paper just called in for a quote
