Ordered a small well done pizza. And the pizza wasn't even cooked and was really saugy, uncooked, the complete opposite of what I Ordered, just gross. Threw it in the garbage, waste of money. Horrible service, how hard is it to make a pizza?

I don't know what is going on at this location.but twice now I have ordered online delivery.the tracker has shown my order processed, out for delivery and delivered.yet no pizza delivered to our house. The staff give the run around when called. I honestly don't think any pizza was made in the first place. Ridiculous.never again!

I placed an order around 4: 30pm today, Monday Feb 13th. I don’t know who made my order but let me tell you I hope your pillow stays cold on both sides and that you win the lottery!

This was the best dominos order I’ve ever had. I ordered a well-done medium hand tossed thin pizza, with provolone, brooklyn pepperoni, pineapples, red peppers and oregano. Along side some parmesan bites. The food came HOT and everything was perfect. The amount of toppings, the cut of the pizza, the “doneness, ” and everything. 1000/10.1 million stars!

Worst staff placed here. They don’t know how to talk to customers. Giving wrong orders to customers.

Domino's is the one of the best Pizza store in the canada which I like most due to the way they take the order and hospitality of the customer.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese but get with the extra pizza sauce not cheese. Worst experience on second time as well. Didn't recommend to anyone.

Disappointed. They forgot to pack the dips that we paid for. Pizza was not properly cut into slices, had to cut the pizza myself. And our wings were barley sauced. Although, pizza and wings did not taste bad and staff were friendly. But, not worth the money in my opinion.

Worse service you can have, went to this place to order a pizza around 9: 30pm then I have to wait 10 minutes to someone see me, then ppl that was going in after me was getting asked “pick up” and this stupid attendant leave me waiting again and again, had to leave without order because I was getting mad already! Never go there my friends, choose a clean and different place!

Worst pizza in Brampton. My order wasn’t even cooked through. The crust was only half cooked. It was cold when we got it. Easy to see lack of professional effort put into the making and delivery of my order

This place has gone downhill.are we expected to cut and add our own toppings? What a joke.see if you can count the onions, green peppers and tomatoes on this large pizza

Disappointed, very light on the toppings, more crust than toppings and tons air bubbles throughout. Very light on the sauce and hardly any cheese, which made the pizza very dry. It was basically just oven cooked bread with a few toppings. I Expected better but my expectations were too high. The pizzas I ordered sucked from this location. Zero stars would suffice except, it's not possible.

Yesterday I ordered 1 Large pizza with 4 toppings. My wife picked up my order behalf of me and she doesn’t open pizza at store bez we have faith. Once I opened this pizza at home it seems staff throw all the toppings on top off pepperoni pizza And gave it us. My order number was 142 on 26 Nov 2022. I am ordering pizza from this store last 5 year what I noticed quality of pizza start going down and now reach to point I should not order. I do recommend people plz plz open the pizza box at store before bringing home.

Had two medium pizzas yesterday. Raw dough and dough was a lot. Less toppings. Not recommended. Waste of your money.

This location never seems to be right in terms of cooking times. My pizza had very little sauce and was dry and overcooked. Barely any toppings and the pepperoni was gross. I also got 7 wings in my 8 wing order. They gave me a coupon for another free pizza but I don't know if I'll order from this location again

Was a wonderful experience. Right from ordering to the quality of the pizza, was simply awesome.

Tasteless, uncooked, less amount of toppings and unevenly spread out on pizza.wasted my money plus time. I wish I could give 0 star.

Always dry, hard and cold for some reason. They barely put any toppings, I only find like 2 lil pieces of chickens per slice

Ordered medium pepperoni pizza here. The service was good, the guy serving was friendly and welcoming. However both pizzas were over cooked. Cheese was burnt/black on both and dry. Didnt enjoy that, would be good pizza if it wasn't over cooked and dry

What actually complimented the pizza was the quality service offered. I placed a mobile order which somehow was incomplete.the gentleman on the counter was patient and gave me time to check the emails and assisted me make another order fantastic service by Akshey a Wexford drive

Ordered pick up special large pizza with 4 toppings. Extremely disappointed with amount of toppings for the price. Restaurant needs to look in to their overall food quality as we have ordered from other Dominos locations in Brampton with much better overall food quality. Would not recommend this particular location.

I ordered a pizza. It took about 40 min to get to my house when it take about 15 min make a pizza and 3 min to my house.

The pizza was well cooked, the only issue was that one of the pizza’s crust was very thin in the middle but the crust was thick

Staff was very rude SPECIALLY SAMANDHA SHE IS RUDE LADY AND SHE IS EXPERT TO EXPLAIN YOU WHAT DIFFERENT BETWEEN PIZZA AND CHEESE GARLIC FINGERS and if you don’t understand she will shout and hung up the call… If you want this service so please Go this store. SAMANDHA she will give you lessons….

I order from here all the time, it's always delicious and always fresh n hot. The employees are very friendly and always greet me with a smile.

First time ordered from this location and the worst experience ever. The pizzas were so dry and over cooked. Stingy on the cheese and sauce. Never ordering from this location.

Got the pizza at midnight. Went home and found pizza was undercooked, veegies were still raw and base sause was all over the place as it just sliding out.

DINNER WAS RUINED.

When tried to call back, no answer. Called bunch of times and still no answer.

Been having issues over and over with this location. We pay full price but get half the food other location would provide. Yesterday I placed an order which i had issues with the past.pasta and pizza. Last time past tray was less then half full and next to no sauce. J had to add sauce when I was ready to feed my kid. I called and explained to hre store what happened last time and when I got my food the past try less then half very little sauce and almost no veggies. Pizza was raw (see picture) and no sauce and very little topping. I don't usually write these reviews but thisbis just getting out of hand. Next time j will just drive to the Mayfield and hwy 10 location where I have never been disappointed with my order. $50 for food and you have to cook it when it gets to you

I ordered a cheese pizza well done with light cheese and was delivered raw dough with more cheese than normal. Additionally, one of the slices was slammed against the top of the box. I called and the manager replaced it with a perfectly cooked pizza so I won't give 1 star, but it's still disheartening to see this is the kind of product that would be sent out.

Just ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. Take a look at what they served on Friday, December 3 at 5: 55pm. I ordered in person and picked up, only to come home to find a cheese-less burnt half of a pizza. This Wexford Domino's should be ashamed of themselves for serving this trash and calling it pizza.

Best gluten free pizza! Always fresh, fast and tasty and if you sign up with them you can get some fabulous deals, like 50% off which I used today

I would have given 5 Star. I ordered meatball pizza which was well done. Unfortunately a second vegetarian pizza was below par, It had too much tomato sauce that completely masked the taste of the veggies

Normally I enjoy Domino's pizza but I guess it depends on the location. I had to order from this location once again because I received credit on my previous order which I wasn't able to use at other locations for some reason. The pizza wasn't good, the crust was dry and very unlike the other Domino's pizzas I've had. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I orderd pizza last night and it was waste of money.normally they make good pizza but dont know if they hired new staff, pizza wasn’t good at all. Pizza base wasnt even somewhere it was thick and at some part it was so thin that i cant even hold a slice… Not ordering pizza from this location anymore

It was busy when my boyfriend went to pick it up but whoever made my pizza didn’t do a proper quality check it wasn’t cooked all the way through

The worst franchise. They never get your order right and deliver the order late. For the last one year, they have never given my order as I requested. Always messing things up and provide you with things that you didn't order. Don't order here if you want a pizza.

A typical Dominos. But one thing I noticed that not everyone in kitchen is wearing hair nets or beard net. They are just doing the minimum. But again why would someone give 100% just to earn minimum wage

UPDATE: Domino's customer service responded and the area manager called and apologized for the issue. That was awesome, and showed that even as a huge company, they still care about the customer and didn't just send a scripted email.
Will definitely continue to order from here!

Placed an order at 11: 30pm, it was ready and out for delivery at 11: 50. As I live 1.5km from their store, at 12: 30 I called to ask what happened to the delivery, and they said they would have to make it still. Ended up cancelling the order. Would have given it one star, but the woman on the phone was polite.

I usually dont put reviews but last night i ordered a large pizza with onions-green peppers-chicken-mushrooms and pineapples from this location, am not sure if they were running out of all the items including cheese that i asked for. I am not throwing this review to get free pizza or something just want to let you know that the quality of stuff they make has gone down. Dominos at steeles and hurontario makes the best pizza. And last thing - people in the pizza cutting area were roaming without their caps, i really dont want to eat someone's hair.

Ordered 2 large pizzas yesterday and I was really disappointed with the quality. It crossed my mind that I should've checked the boxes before leaving but because they had a sticker to seal it, I didn't bother. The pizzas were so dry and lacked sauce. Felt like I was only eating the toppings and bread. The quality has gone down from what I can remember, unless it is just very inconsistent. This also goes for the Mayfield and Hurontario location. Officially done with dominoes.

I ordered a large veggie pizza for dinner from this location. And there were barely any toppings on most of it. Have never seen such poor quality of food being distributed by a franchise.

Been going here regularly for carry out pizza. Love the ease of ordering online and the pizza is very tasty.

The system they have for placing orders and picking the order is very good. The staff that I encountered were very nice and provided great service.

Ordered online with a pick up time and it was ready exactly on time and right out of the oven!

Ordered a pizza via app since I had a free one available as per their app’s offer. The pizza made certainly looked like a sub-par one. Barely half the amount of toppings added as compared to the regular priced one! Get such practices sorted please.

Tried to use dominos car side pickup tonight. Followed the email to let the store know I was waiting outside for my order, waited and waited, nobody ever came out with my order. Had to go into the store to ask for the order and it was sitting there getting cold. Why go to the trouble with app and emails Dominos? Nobody brings out your order?

Paid for extra cheese but got the same amount if I didn’t order extra, kind of disappointing that you have to pay extra for nothing

The staff dont understand the order. I have ordered a large pizza but got delivered a small one and the manager its saying you never mentioned the size of pizza.this is my last order here.

If you order delivery from this location, make sure you ask for Inder! He delivered my pizza and I accidentally gave him a lot more money than I needed to and he was nice enough to call me later that day to inform me of what happened. He returned the money to me. Most people wouldn't have done that, but luckily Inder was my delivery guy!

It is really good. I used to go other pizza places, the competitors. However, now Domino's Pizza has been making amazing pizzas and it is my go to pizza spot any day any time. My full family thumbs up!

I usually go there as its close to my house. Nothing much to write about. The staff are OK and it's usually crowded. As with any pizza place, the staff rushes you with your order and I have felt that a couple of times.

They do mess up occasionally but most of the time I've had great service and the food has always been good. Always hot, never soggy and just the right amount of toppings
