Domino's Pizza

This location makes the best Domino's pizza ever. We have tried other locations as well as other pizza spots in our area and no one can compete. It has to be the staff and how they're making the pizza, I don't know. It's always fresh and piping hot! We always thoroughly enjoy it! Thank you guys!

I did not expect to get a free, delicious medium pizza by accumulating loyalty points after waiting some time. All I had to do was pick up the pizza from the store!

So I just dropped in for pizza and wings. The front end is managed by all girls and let me tell you, they were 10/10. Loved the customer service and the food tastes fresh!

Outstanding service by MONICA. I came to order a pizza around 11: 00 p.m. At this location. Monica was very helpful in making my order. She was very kind and very friendly. I know pizza places are usually busy, when I walked in this employee was only by herself and she was very busy. I came very tired after work and I was Just wondering what to order, I was not much familiar with stuff they had. She was very patient and helped me put the order through. Great customer service!

Thanks a lot for making a delicious pizza for me and I was very hungry and I started eating in my car after picking it up. So delicious I cannot tell.

I like this branch it’s closer to my home as well as the girls are caring. The pizza is good too not overly cooked or burnt. Please keep maintaining the hygiene standards. I would appreciate if you guys slightly increase the amount of cheese.

If i could give zero stars i would! Completely gave me the wrong order. I called the store directly to have it corrected spoke with them nicely girl on the phone did not care and said we gave you what you ordered even though i have my order infront of me and im telling her its wrong she did not care mocked me told me she was going to make up a name and not tell me hers not fix anything for me or give me my money back and wouldnt give me head offices number! Extremely disappointed i will never return back

The ABSOLUTE WORST service. Sent the complete wrong pizza, we called them to see if they can fix the order and send the right one. They denied they made a mistake, mocked us on the phone, wouldn’t give their name or even try to come up with a solution. I have never come across anyone as disrespectful as this woman. We have ordered a dozen times and have never complained and the one time we do they show their true colours. Disgusting behaviour after we were served disgusting pizza that looks like flatbread with no sauce. We have advised all of our friends and family never to go this store.

Domino is always the best!
If you don’t want salty pizza, I highly recommend a Philly steak pizza.

Also, Italian sausage pasta is so yummy

Absolutely ridiculous. The employees forget some items you order, and everyone makes mistakes it’s understandable but this is not the first time this has happened and it’s not the first time I’ve had to wait over an hour to get what I ordered. Dominos does a “quality check” on the pizza but they don’t double check they have packed everything you ordered before leaving the store. Simple tasks seem to be the hardest tasks

Excellent Pizza, service fast, special texture and taste, i can save in the refrigerator for a days and to keep almost equal.

A simple request to have chili flakes added to my pizza was denied. They said they cant do it because it spreads to other pizza's. Makes no sense considering if you add any topping to my pizza, so long as its isolated how would it spread to other pizza's. Do yourself a favour, and order from the other domino's.

Very hit or miss. These guys make good pizza sometimes (maybe when they aren’t busy?) and other times it’s barely a pizza with too much sauce, too little toppings.
The only thing they have figured out is fast service.

Ordered a small pizza today. Was cold and dry when it was finally delivered. Barely any sauce. I'm usually pleased with the quality. But whoever prepared my order today did not care about quality.

Gluten free pizzas were so good, definitely hyr spot. Wish we could get larger sizes! Customer service is on point here.

Ordered our favorite pizza and got it delivered super cold and late. Called dominoes and expressed my disappointment. They immediately sent a hot super cheesy pizza and saved the night!

Sub standard product. Very bad customer service. Very rude staff. Not willing to accept negative customer feed back on their products. They could be exceptionally busy due to Christmas, does not mean they must compromise on quality

Following the app and getting into the store for pickup could have a minute or so delay. Depending on the mood of the staff the toppings on the dough could be really insufficient.

I am a huge fan of Domino's Pizza and one thing I like about it is that they are consistent with their service and taste no matter which branch you order pizza from. From last year I have been ordering pizza at Ledger Dr location and I am very satisfied with the taste, freshness and timing to pick up pizza from there.

I visit this place last night i ordered a pizza and cheesy bread.pizza was so tasty and the night shift lady she was very friendly she make my pizza so quick i really wanna visit this place again 100% for service and food to this place.am recommending to everyone please visit this place if you wanna tasty and quick pizza in milton

This is by far the worst place I've ever dealt with for any kind of food order. My pan pizza, cheese bread sticks and what I assumed were the lava cakes. Everything was not even close to cooked. The middle of the pizza was so raw that the cheese barely melted. I called the store before I looked at the balance of my order just to find more uncooked food.

Called the store right away (again not knowing my entire order was not cooked properly) and I was told they would make another one for me. Since I have the kids something else I said no another time. After I spoke to him I realized the undercooked food and figured I would tell them when I call to get my order replaced. Just like previously the staff start to scream and yell at me when someone else picks up the phone telling me that I am lying and it is impossible for this to happen. I guess they do not read their reviews. I said I just want a refund then and they told me that they do not do that. I can wait until next week to talk to someone or at least that's what I think he said while he was screaming. Since eating the raw pizza last night, I have had the worst stomach pains ever since. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE ABUSIVE RUDE PEOPLE! I will be going to the health board for this place considering this is a common theme from the reviews I've read.

Very poor customer service here at this location. I waited in an empty store to be served my food which I watched getting colder by the minute. When I asked the young lady for service she said I can wait while she finished her video she was recording of herself on her phone.

I wasn't going to continue business at this location but immediately after the incident they did reach out and make things good. I have continued to get my food here and the service has definitely gotten much better.

Excellent service, staff is very polite and quick. I always get pizza on time. Food is flavoursome and tasty. Ordering from this location since 4 months every weekend. Keep it up ️

I ordered a taco pizza and last time it was good so I ordered it again expecting the same thing. But I was so disappointed.the pizza was so bland and tasteless.it was such a waste of money!

We ordered 3 Ex Large pizzas, garlic bread and cheese sticks yesterday (Apr 30,2021) and picked up from this location for the first time.

This is the worst pizza we ever had. We are family of 6 and all felt the same way. We ended up throwing it.

Will never step into this location.

This domino’s location made my 4th month anniversary special. I got my pepperoni pizza cut in the shape of a heart by these guys. Thanks a lot to the manager and staff. Even drew a little heart on the box.

The team does an excellent job of making the ordering (online) and pick-up in store process super quick, on time and seamless.

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake on our order and when we called to advise of the error they said it was our fault and nothing they could do. We ordered the pizza online and be used of that it is not there issue. They made the pizza so I believe it is there issue and they should have made it right. We will not order from them again.

Although the pizza and wings were good I am a little disappointed that they charge you $1.50 for using debit on delivery! Due to covid-19 a lot of places are cashless and prefer debit so we rarely have cash. Some convenience stores charge $0.20 but a $1.50 on top of the $3.75 delivery fee and 20% tip is kind of ridiculous. Perhaps I will tip less to accommodate this or just find a less greedy pizza place.

I’ve been ordering from this dominos for some time now. The food is delicious and the service is fast. The delivery guys are super pleasant. I can’t complain about a thing. I’m so happy this spot is close to home. My go to when I don’t feel like cooking.

Actually this was my first to visit after its opening, very clean, after placed the online order, then drove there and pizza were already ready for pickup.

All was ok however saw the staff wearing mask on their chin rather than covering nose and mouth. 3 stars just for that.

The pizza didn't taste good at all and the wings were the worst I have had from dominoz, they ended up in garbage.

Went to this new store in October 2019. The two pizzas that were ordered were not cooked properly, had little sauce, little cheese. It was not appealing. When I tried to find a contact phone number for head office, I could not. I will not be giving this location a second chance and will go to the one at Cawthra/Lakeshore in Mississauga when I visit my friend as they know how to make a pizza!

We truly enjoy Domino’s pizza.usually have it while on our travels. This location makes it good.the way we like it. Most locations are great.unfortunately the location closes to were we live it the worst. Avoid 344 Front Street location in Toronto.

Ordered tonight @ 10: 20pm for delivery, i'm 6 min away from the store, it says the driver left store @ 10: 32pm, but pizza did not arrive untill 11: 05pm, 45 min for delivery while the SLA is 30min and i'm only 6min away! Ordered plates and they only sent the papers they put for the pan pizza! Other locations have dominos plates. Order#136. Will not order from this location again. The pizza was good though!

March 7th 9: 45pm One more bad experience!
The forst guy who is providing help not wearing dominos uniform! That was weared i thiught he's a customer and went behind the counter wearing his own black coat!
Have u ever been served a lava cake in that unprofessional way! Didn't even take it out of the cup and put sugar on the top or even flip it! Just threw the cake with the foil (as is! Once u take it out of the oven) in the lava cake box. Took a picture but do not know how to upload it in the review! Will figure that out.
Have been ordering domino's for 15 yrs and never saw such a lazy/unprofessional staff to serve u the food the right way! The owner/head office really needs to take an action with the girl wearing black t-shirt tonight who served me lava cakes in that way! As if she's telling the customer do not come here again! Never felt i was welcomed in this store like others. And will not be back again for sure. Thanks!

Update March 13th, after a girl called me last week and told me have u even worled at dominos? I am the manager for 3 years! Hahahaaaa:) and she serves the lava cake in the foil cup normally the same way u load it in the oven without taking it out rotating it and speeading sugar on top regulrly! What confident u r to tell a customer have u ever worked here! As if she knows everything:) Zero customer satsifaction experience. Now i am glad to say "bye dominos" after 15 years being a loyal customer, i have switched to Papa Jones.

Not impressed with this domino's practices, I have nothing against the food and the delivery drivers are always nice, but i find it really sneaky that they do not accept online payments at this location and you are forced to pay a $1.50 ATM charge upon delivery.

It may not seem like much but after paying for delivery and tipping the driver they still manage to gouge some more money out of your pocket. I'll be ordering from another pizza joint in the area going forward.

Unfortunately not impressed with the pizza.
I ordered a 3 topping pizza. I found they were a bit light on the toppings (some slices didn't have any mushrooms on it or one piece) and I found the sauce very peppery.

Perhaps it's because it's a new location, but it may be a long while until I try this location again.

The new store on Leger Way had an amazing staff with amazing service. Timing was impeccable. Very clean.
Will definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone who is looking for a great service and great food.

Very nice looking store, great food (wings and cheesy bread are amazing), great service, and great quality. Majority of the people complaining here don’t understand the underlying meaning of “you get what you pay for” but this location, they go beyond that. Would definitely recommend this domino’s!

The pizza is excellent however they have screwed up my order multiple times so I am taking 2 stars.

This is best place to order the pizza. Very delicious and cheesy. Staff is very friendly and store manager is very polite and she knows her job. Store is also nice and clean. I would recommend to visit this one for sure.

This place is great. The staff was very friendly and accommodated to my dietary restrictions. The pizza tasted great and they didn't skimp on the toppings. Also try the wings they're underrated and very tasty.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and worst quality ever. The crust was super thin and the cheese had no taste. Even though I asked for deep pan pizza but still the crust was very thin. Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this location!

I ordered a well done pizza and recieved it completely uncooked from the middle. When I invoked the satisfaction guarantee, the store manager advised that he showed me the pizza prior to giving it to me and therefore that proved that I was indeed satisfied with the pizza.

Apparently that satisfaction guarantee doesn't mean anything because technically you'd have to take a bite of the pizza prior to walking away otherwise they will just say you were satisified. The owner fails to understand that pizza is not something you look at but you eat.

After explaining to him all this he offered to credit my account a free pizza but till now, 1 week later no credit. I have recorded that phone call and Ive forwarded it to dominos head office and they're looking it this store.

We ordered pizza with our friends last Friday. Both my kids and our friend ended up with stomach infection vomiting and diarrhea. Very disappointed.

Pretty good. I find the hours aren't as long as I would like. Food is good. Clean restaurant. Approachable staff. The cashier mistook my name but other than that everything else was fine.

Ordered pizzas last night. Worst pizza of my life! The crust was thin as water although I emphasized that I want deep pan pizza and paid to double up the cheese. It was anything but a pizza! A piece of dried flat bread with no sauce and toppings! We were literally choking after eating two bites! And I’ve been a long time fan of Dominos Pizza! My friends were right when they told me they’ve already boycotted this location as the service and quality is poor and the staff is highly uncooperative! Don’t try your luck! There are hundreds of more decent pizza stores in town!

Our family has been getting pizza from this location since they opened without any major issues. So when we had a pizza missing an ingredient (sausage crumble) I thought best to call the store and let them know so they can work with that staff member (s) to improve their process.

Instead of a simple exchange about quality control I was put on hold (unnecessary) and then told that they spoke to the pizza maker who said they DID put all the ingredients on the pizza. I couldn’t believe that while in the states Dominos would have driven a new pizza to my house to correct the issue I was instead being told there was nothing wrong with the pizza I received.that I was looking at in front of me.and that was definitely missing an ingredient.

Lastt night the weather was bad and we ordered pizza with very specific instructions. Not only did they not give us what we requested but upon calling, the manager was not cooperative and blamed us rather than making up for it.
Highly disappointed.

Not the best pizza I had but worth the money ig, I'm not going to be to harsh on this place since it's new.

First time at this location and will.not be back, extremely late on pizza order while I placed the order 40 mins in advance. Do not recommend

Carefully check ur order before picking up or receiving delivery. Handed me Bacon where I ordered veggie stuff.
Will be more careful next time ever picking up from Domino's or will avoid.
